研究了气固流化床中TiO2渗氮反应的工艺条件。通过小型冷模实验比较了不同气速下包裹型纳米TiO2床层的流化状态和膨胀情况,依据流化情况选择了操作空速;通过热模实验在不同反应温度、反应时间、反应气体等工艺条件下进行了渗氮反应,测试了产品TiO2-xNa对SO2的气相降解率,并进行了XRD,UV-Vis分析,据此得到较佳的反应温度为400℃、而反应时间与气体组成对反应的影响不大,并根据XPS结果推测了渗氮机理。  相似文献

利用自制的P t/T iO2催化剂对苯气体进行光催化降解,实验结果表明,苯的降解率最终可达100%.同时对苯的起始浓度、水蒸气含量、紫外灯光强等反应条件进行了研究,确定了最佳反应条件.此外,还对该反应的动力学和反应机理进行了探讨.  相似文献

通过使用CO2脱钠实验对拜尔法赤泥脱钠无害化工艺进行探讨,以脱钠率为研究指标,分析反应温度、反应时间、固液比、CO2气流量和赤泥粒度5个因素对脱钠率的影响。研究结果表明,合理的脱钠工艺参数为:反应温度25℃、反应时间100min、固液比1/5、CO2气体流量0.8L/min和细磨的赤泥粒度;该工艺下的脱钠率为76.12%,残余Na2O含量为2.5%,NaHCO3溶液浓度约为4%。相比传统工艺,该处理工艺简单,经该工艺处理赤泥浆pH值由10.2降至7.1,实现了赤泥无害化,又降低了温室气体CO2排放,并可进行回收NaHCO3,有利于资源的循环利用。  相似文献

以锌粉、氯化钴为原料,用化学沉淀法制备纳米Co粒子。通过正交实验考察了反应温度、搅拌转速、反应时间等工艺条件对Co粒子的粒径及形貌的影响。用透射电镜(TEM)对试样进行了分析。实验表明:在反应物料浓度一定的条件下,Co粒子的形貌主要由反应温度决定;影响粒径的因素主次排序依次为反应温度、搅拌转速、反应时间;为制备不同粒径及形貌的纳米Co粒子提供了依据。  相似文献

文章以邻氯苯胺和硫氰酸铵为原料合成邻氯苯基硫脲,在酸性条件下,通过正交实验方法和单因素实验方法探讨了原料的配比、反应时间及反应温度等工艺参数对邻氯苯基硫脲收率的影响;实验得出了较佳的合成工艺条件:邻氯苯胺、硫氰酸铵及盐酸的摩尔比为1∶1.25∶1.20,反应温度为85℃,反应总时间为12 h;在此工艺条件下,进行了实验室平行放大实验,结果表明,产品的收率可达86%左右。  相似文献

研究了CO+CO2、CO-CO2-H2系气体压力对还原度、金属化率、碳化铁率的影响,通过实验研究得到:提高压力加速了还原、析碳和渗碳反应.温度700℃、反应时间180min、气体成分80%CO+20%CO2,压力0.2 MPa条件下,产物的还原度、金属化率和碳化铁率均超过了60%;相同温度、反应时间条件下,气体成分为75%CO+25%CO2,压力为0.48MPa产物的三个指标都超过了85%.氢气有促进还原和抑制析碳的双重作用.  相似文献

主要探讨了常压下盐酸对蛇纹石型红土镍矿进行浸出的工艺条件。考察了酸矿比、液固比、反应温度、反应时间等对蛇纹石型红土镍矿浸出的影响。通过实验得出最佳工艺条件:酸矿比为2.5∶1、液固比为5∶1、反应时间为0.5 h、反应温度为100℃。在此条件下镍、钴、铁浸出率分别为100%、100%和90%。  相似文献

在亚临界水条件下以蔗糖代替甲醛合成了类似于脲醛树脂的绿色环保型胶黏剂.通过平行实验初步确定了反应配比、温度和反应时间;再用正交实验法对催化剂种类(酸)、催化剂用量、反应配比、反应时间、反应温度进行了优选.蔗糖尿素胶黏剂合成的最佳工艺条件是:n(蔗糖):n(尿素)=5:1;催化剂为磷酸,用量4%;温度205℃;时间3min.  相似文献

非均相法是合成氰酸钾的较优方法.通过实验对氰酸钾的液固相反应制备工艺进行研究.以尿素和碳酸钾为原料,利用正交试验,对实验的工艺条件进行优化.以二甲基亚砜为溶剂的正交实验表明:反应温度对氰酸钾产量影响显著,其次为溶剂配比、反应时间、原料配比和搅拌速度.实验结果表明:在实验范围内,氰酸钾合成的最佳工艺条件为在140℃下,原料配比为3.5﹕1,溶剂配比为7﹕1的条件下反应2 h并快速搅拌.  相似文献

分别以不同颗粒度的纯铁铁粉为研究对象,进行气体渗氮.通过各种渗氮条件下的氮化实验,系统地研究了颗粒度对纯铁氮化行为的影响,研究结果表明:在气体氮化实验中,纯铁铁粉氮化后所形成的氮化物的相组成及含量与颗粒度有关,细化后的铁粉由于表面能及晶界、位错等缺陷的增加,为氮原子的渗入提供了有利条件,当粒径减小为原来的1/10后,临界渗氮温度可以至少下降50℃,并且相同温度下的渗氮速度明显提高。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
