本文用热扩散模型给出了带衬底的半透明前电极热释电探测器响应率表达式,并计算了在衬底和热释电材料吸收系数共同影响下的器件响应率和噪声等效功率,着重分析了热释电材料吸收系数对热释电探测器性能的影响及器件最佳响应厚度与频率之间的关系。  相似文献

为了解决传统太赫兹(THz)探测器吸收效率低,频率范围小的问题,提出将双层超表面吸收阵列结构与钽酸锂热释电探测器相贴合,构成宽带太赫兹超表面热释电探测器。采用MATLAB和CST联合仿真的优化方法对超表面结构进行按需优化;使用ANSYS对热释电探测器进行仿真分析,得到敏感层、绝热层等特征参数对太赫兹热释电探测器的温度变化率以及响应电流的影响。结果表明,采用超表面阵列结构提高了全THz波段的探测性能,凳型热释电探测器在给定条件下的平均热释电电流输出为31.52 pA。使用超表面作为吸收结构可以使热释电探测器具有连续且高效的吸波特性,为宽带太赫兹探测器的设计提供参考。  相似文献

设计了一个红外探测器的光谱响应测试系统,并对系统原理进行了分析.对不同温度和频率情况下的热释电探测器进行光谱响应实验.实验结果表明,热释电探测器对红外辐射信号的响应不同,但电压变化曲线的趋势基本一致,从而验证了红外探测器光谱响应理论.该设计能有效抑制系统的干扰信号,提高信噪比,具有测量精度高、稳定性好的优点.  相似文献

本文在考虑表面和体内共同吸收的情况下,用一维热扩散模型推出了悬空型、半透明面电极热电探测器响应率(?)的表达式,并计算了TGS热电探测器的?和NEP的数值。本文指出: (1)悬空型、半透明面电极热电探测器具有最佳响应率厚度,对较高工作频率,器件还具有最佳NEP厚度。两种最佳厚度可根据本文导出的响应率公式和已知的噪声公式计算出来。(2)在某些波段,如果能把材料的吸收系数提高到5×10~4cm~(-1)以上,就可研制性能优良的半透明面电极薄膜器件。  相似文献

探讨了热释电效应及热释电薄膜红外探测器的工作模式,特别是探测器单元对热释电薄膜的材料与低温生长要求.为了克服薄膜生长过程中较高的基片温度对ROIC的破坏性影响,一方面发展了离子束辅助沉积、外延缓冲层等多种低温生长技术;另一方面发展了复合探测器结构设计,已研制出了性能良好的铁电薄膜非制冷红外焦平面阵列,其NEDT可达20 mK.  相似文献

氧化钒(VOx)作为热敏材料已经广泛应用在非制冷红外探测器中,其中热敏材料的性能对于最终器件性能的影响尤为关键。为了研究钨元素摻杂对氧化钒热敏薄膜材料的相变温度、热滞宽度、低温时的电阻温度系数的影响以及对探测器性能指标的影响,利用微电子加工工艺制备了钨摻杂与非钨摻杂氧化钒溅射薄膜红外探测器件,并利用黑体测试系统结合锁相放大器和频谱分析仪对器件性能指标进行了测试。结果表明,相比非钨掺杂器件,钨掺杂器件的相变温度降低了16℃左右,热滞宽度缩短了5℃左右,器件的响应电压则提高了0.15 m V,单位带宽噪声均方根电压降低了15 n V·Hz-1/2,从而使器件探测率提高。当辐射信号的调制频率为80 Hz时,非钨掺杂氧化钒探测器的探测率D*值为1.67×108cm·Hz1/2/W,而钨掺杂氧化钒探测器的探测率D*值为1.85×108cm·Hz1/2/W。可见,钨掺杂氧化钒探测器的探测率较非钨掺杂氧化钒探测器的探测率高。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
