胰岛素泵的临床应用与护理

目的：探讨胰岛素泵的临床应用及护理体会．方法：对65例血糖控制欠佳的糖尿病患者应用胰岛素泵进行治疗、护理．结果：持续带泵3～5d可以有效控制高血糖．结论：胰岛素泵是治疗糖尿病，预防并发症的方便、有效、可靠的工具．     

糖尿病酮症酸中毒40例患者的临床效果分析

探究糖尿病酮症酸中毒的治疗方法与治疗效果。本次研究选取金川公司职工医院于2013年3月—2015年2月收治的糖尿病酮症酸患者40例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为实验组与对照组,每组患者各20例,实验组患者采取胰岛素泵治疗,对照组患者采取微量静脉泵治疗,对两组患者治疗效果对比分析。通过临床治疗,实验组患者与对照组患者治疗效果有所差距,实验组患者治疗效果优于对照组,组间差异明显,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。临床中给予糖尿病酮症酸中毒实施胰岛素泵治疗,不仅可以提高临床治疗效果,并且可以降低患者血糖浓度,值得在临床中推广与应用。     

动态血糖监测系统的临床应用及护理体会

目的：探讨动态血糖监测系统（CGMS）的临床应用及护理对策．方法：对120例住院糖尿病患者进行了连续3d的动态血糖监测．结果：CGMS能发现及记录常规方法难以发现的血糖波动．结论：通过正确使用CGMS，进行全方位的护理，才能最大地发挥CGMS的效能，提高糖尿病患者的遵医行为，对调整糖尿病的治疗过程起到指导性的作用．     

急性心肌梗死的护理体会

目的：探讨急性心肌梗死患者的护理方法,以配合临床治疗,降低病人死亡率,提高治愈率.方法：对48例患者进行综合护理.结果：治愈23例,好转21例,死亡4例,经过治疗和护理获得满意疗效.结论：通过综合护理,使患者得到及时救治,提高生存率,减少并发症,促进患者康复.     

优质护理在提高妇产科患者满意度方面的效果分析

目的：探讨优质护理在提高妇产科患者满意度方面的效果。方法：将我院2012年6月至2014年6月收治的110例妇产科患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例,观察组给予优质护理,对照组给予常规护理,对两组患者的护理满意度进行比较和分析。结：观察组患者护理总满意率为92.73%,对照组患者护理总满意率为63.64%,两组间的比较差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：优质护理显著提高了妇产科患者的护理满意度,在极大程度上减少了护患纠纷的发生,值得临床推广。     

上消化道出血的内科救护

目的：归纳上消化道出血的病因，探索上消化道出血患者的有效护理方法和护理途径。方法：对152例上消化道出血患者的内科护理工作探讨。结果：通过密切观察、及时给药、防止继发感染，做好生活、心理护理，152例患者取得良好的护理和治疗效果。结论：上消化道出血患者整个治疗过程中，临床护理观察是，临床诊断治疗的科学根据。     

中西医结合护理干预在糖尿病肾病临床护理中的应用

目的：研究中西医结合护理干预在糖尿病肾病护理中的应用。方法：选取已确诊为糖尿病肾病患者60例，并根据护理方法分为观察组和对照组两组各30例，观察组给予中西医结合护理干预，对照组采用常规护理干预。结果：两组患者护理后，观察组患者的餐后血糖、空腹血糖以及血压等降低的程度要较对照组患者的明显，<0.05；观察组护理满意度也高于对照组，存在显著的差异。结论：对糖尿病肾病患者采用中西医结合护理干预效果远好于常规护理效果。     

糖尿病足的护理指导

目的：通过对糖尿病患者足部的护理指导，使患者对糖尿病足知识的认识程度有所提高，将血糖控制在良好水平，增强患者战胜糖尿病足的信心。方法：对已确诊的30例糖尿病患者一对一的足部健康教育及护理指导，观察其治疗护理效果评价。结果：细心指导过糖尿病足患者明显提高对相关知识的掌握，控制病情继续发展，个别患者好转出院。结论：护士的健康教育与护理指导能够提高糖尿病足患者对相关知识的认识程度，提高患者的应对能力，更好地保护双足，提高生活质量，减少重症及截肢的风险。     

责任制护理在急性缺血性脑卒中溶栓术患者中的应用

观察责任制护理在急性缺血性脑卒中溶栓术患者中的应用。选取我院收治的76例急性缺血性脑卒中溶栓术患者作为研究对象,借助excel进行随机分组,研究组和对照组各38例,2组均给予静脉溶栓治疗,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予责任制护理。比较2组患者的治疗效果及护理满意度。观察组治疗有效率为95.12%,显著高于对照组治疗有效率67.44%(P0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为97.67%,显著高于对照组治疗有效率62.79%(P0.05)。在急性缺血性脑卒中溶栓术患者中采用责任制护理能显著提高临床治疗效果,且患者护理对于护理满意度高。     

肝硬化患者的护理体会

为探讨满足肝硬化患者需求的护理方法,对我科收治的126例肝硬化患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结护理的经验,对126例肝硬化患者给予护理模式干预后,获得较满意的效果。有效的护理使患者在生理、心理、社会、精神各方面得到改善,提高了患者生活质量。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
