以工业级普通二氧化钛和硝酸银为原料,经溶解、净化及沉淀等过程制备了TiO2/Ag系纳米复合抗菌材料。抗菌检验表明,该抗菌材料浓度100mg·L-1,作用60min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑杀率均可达99.0%以上,同时,表明该抗菌材料具有良好的抗菌持久性。  相似文献

近年来研究发现,自然界材料表面结构的特异性,可通过制备相似仿生材料实现。鉴于抗菌材料的广泛需求和应用,仿生抗菌材料成为研究热点之一。由于其化学性质稳定、廉价易得及生物相容性良好,TiO2材料可被用于仿生抗菌材料的研究,而制备具有仿生结构的可控TiO2纳米阵列材料具有很大的研究意义。利用简易的水热合成法,通过调控反应时间在掺杂氟的SnO2导电玻璃(FTO)上成功制备TiO2纳米阵列材料,进行了物化性能和抗菌性能测试。材料物化分析表明:随着反应时间的增加,TiO2纳米阵列沿(002)晶相排布更密集,且表面水接触角从85.97°逐渐变化为19.11°。材料的表面抗菌实验结果表明,TiO2纳米阵列材料对革兰氏阴性菌和阳性菌均表现出了良好的抗菌效果,这将为制备表面亲水性的抗菌复合材料提供备选材料。  相似文献

通过溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-gel)进行金属Li离子掺杂TiO2抗菌剂的制备,采用大肠杆菌(ATCC 25922)为实验菌种,对掺杂锂源、掺杂量、表面活性剂、焙烧温度等因素对材料抗菌性能的影响进行探究,并讨论了该抗菌材料的抗菌机理.应用 X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis-DRS)等测试手段对样品的基本形貌、物相结构及光吸收特性进行表征,通过调整制备过程中各影响因素,得到Li掺杂TiO2 抗菌材料的最优反应条件.实验得出,Li掺杂TiO2纳米抗菌材料对大肠杆菌的抗菌率达到99.5%以上,其抑菌环直径达到2.6cm.该抗菌材料通过抑制抗菌剂的晶粒长大和拓展光响应范围等方法增进抗菌剂的光催化性能.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
