在大型轧线系统中,钢坯加热是初始工序,加热炉各段温度的控制对钢坯轧制品质有着重要的影响,因此设计一套虚拟测温系统。由该测温系统的计算值跟热电偶测量值相比对,甚至在热电偶损坏的情况下,以虚拟测温值替代热电偶测量值对轧线生产有着重要作用。基于此,设计了以BP神经网络为基础的虚拟测温系统,该系统在莱钢大型轧线加热炉应用以后,取得了良好的效果。  相似文献

以中型H型钢粗轧道次工艺过程为研究对象,通过热模拟实验建立了Q235流变应力模型,并选择某11道次典型规格H型钢的粗轧过程进行仿真研究,对轧制过程中轧制力及奥氏体晶粒尺寸变化进行了分析,结果表明:粗轧轧制力仿真结果和现场实测数据具有较高的吻合度;此外,粗轧过程能够有效细化腹板处晶粒,但芯部及翼缘晶粒细化不明显,因此其晶粒的细化必须依靠后续精轧过程实现。  相似文献

为精确预测轧件的温度场、优化轧制工艺和提高最终产品的质量水平,通过对钢坯的加热和轧件轧制过程传热关系的分析,采用有限差分法建立了热轧全流程各环节轧件三维温度场的数值计算模型。结合钢厂实际生产条件,利用该模型模拟了各环节轧件的温度场,并与实测结果进行了比较,验证了计算结果的准确性。研究表明,轧制速度和终轧厚度对轧件温度影响较大,压下率和轧辊温度对轧件温度有一定的影响,其他工艺因素的影响较小。  相似文献

利用商业有限元分析软件MSC.Marc,建立了轴承钢GCr15棒材六道次粗轧过程的三维有限元模型.借助MSC.Marc的二次开发功能,将轴承钢GCr15的微观组织演变模型与棒材粗轧过程的热力耦合有限元模型相结合,模拟了不同工艺参数下奥氏体晶粒尺寸的演变过程.模拟结果表明,粗轧过程中轧件中心奥氏体的晶粒尺寸随着轧制温度的升高而增大;轧制速度对晶粒尺寸的演交基本没有影响;初始晶粒尺寸和轧辊辊缝的大小对奥氏体晶粒尺寸的演变过程有一定影响,但对六道次粗轧后的晶粒尺寸影响不大.实际工艺参数下模拟得到的轧件内部晶粒尺寸与实测值吻合较好.  相似文献

为了分析现有型钢轧制工艺的合理性,必须综合考虑轧件的微观组织演化、轧制力等多方面因素.为此,文中提出了针对H型钢多道次轧制过程的综合数值分析流程,通过热模拟实验和金相观测,建立轧件材料的高温屈服应力模型及奥氏体再结晶预报模型,并构建基于网格重构的多道次仿真分析方法.对某11道次H型钢多道次粗轧过程的仿真计算表明:轧制力的计算结果和现场实测数据吻合较好,现有多道次粗轧工艺对轧件腹板的晶粒细化作用较为明显.  相似文献

常规热连轧作为最常用的钢材生产方式,其主要使用板坯连续加热进行铸钢。同时在钢坯轧制前要除去表面的氧化铁皮,粗轧后再利用计算机控制技术进行精轧,最后使用无旋水流来完成热轧板带的冷却活动。通过分析常规热连轧线的Ti-IF钢铁素体轧制工艺,提出利用Ti-IF钢铁素体轧制进行组织强度与加工控制的方案。  相似文献

利用通用有限元软件Marc/Mentat,采用二维弹塑性大变形有限元法,对粗轧过程中各道次温度场进行了数值模拟,分析了轧制过程中轧件温度场的分布和变化规律,并与实际结果进行比较,从而验证了计算结果的准确性.研究表明,轧件变形中,接触热传导和变形传热是影响温度变化的两个主要因素,二者的综合作用决定了轧件各点的温度变化规律,可以为指导实际工作提供相应的理论依据.图3,表1,参11.  相似文献

针对中厚板轧线,研究了在实行控制轧制工艺时,如何对坯料的出炉时间进行合理控制,以满足多坯交叉轧制过程轧制节奏控制的需要.介绍了典型单机架中厚板轧线的设备布置情况,并根据不同交叉轧制情况下的轧制节奏控制状态确定坯料之间的轧制间隔时间;根据具体轧线布局计算坯料的出炉运输时间,并确定坯料的出炉剩余时间.考虑其他非理想状况的影响因素,设置坯料出炉剩余时间极限值,实际控制中通过调整该值,保证坯料出炉时间控制的最佳效果.  相似文献

对部分在精轧过程发生相变的热轧钢种,当在双相区轧制时,因奥氏体与铁素体的变形抗力随轧制温度的变化规律不同,使得传统轧制力模型的预报误差很大,影响轧制过程参数控制精度.为此,研发了一种适用于精轧过程发生相变的热轧轧制力模型.首先建立了余弦形式的相变体积分数模型,算出不同轧制温度下奥氏体与铁素体的体积分数;接着,建立加权形式的轧制温度对变形抗力影响项的计算公式,较好地模拟出轧件在双相区轧制的变形特性;最后,把该模型用于宝钢1880热轧轧制力预报在线计算,实际生产表明,该模型显著提高了无取向电工钢等精轧相变带钢的轧制力预报精度,改善了轧制稳定性.  相似文献

为了改善南海湿地生态环境,提出一种新的南海湿地生态长效补水优化控制方法。针对包头市南海湿地景区,依据圣维南方程组建立水动力模型,通过双扫法完成数值计算,构造水量及水质模型。求出各网格的水位和水流变化情况,将质量守恒方程与动量方程作为依据进行补水,保证补水后南海湿地符合质量守恒方程,实现南海湿地生态长效补水优化控制。对其进行离散处理,通过有效差分法中的追赶法对组成不同网格的方程组进行计算。在求解的过程中,若对流过程占主导,则求解过程中采用高阶空间离散较为合适。若扩散过程占主导,则采用低阶空间离散。选择控制点,研究水质变化情况、经济效益变化情况及生态环境改善情况,发现所提方法能够改善水质及生态环境,提高经济效益。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
