固氮菌肥对小麦生长和产量的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
农业走上可持续发展道路,必须大力推广生物菌肥。研究以小麦品种晋麦47为试验材料,研究固氮菌肥对小麦生长和产量的影响。试验共设4个处理,分别为:处理(1)固氮菌肥拌种+喷施固氮菌肥+施用化肥;处理(2)喷施固氮菌肥+化肥配施;处理(3)固氮菌肥拌种;处理(4)喷等量清水作为空白(对照)。收获期调查株高、分蘖数、穗长、穗重、单株产量、百粒重、小区产量等指标。结果表明:使用菌肥后能促进小麦生长,提高小麦产量。效果为处理1处理2处理3处理4。菌肥对小麦生长与产量的影响以固氮菌肥拌种+喷施固氮菌肥+施用化肥处理效果最好。  相似文献

2000-2001年研究了化学物A、B、C、D及其混配剂对白肋烟烟碱合成、烟叶产量、产值及评吸质量的影响,结果表明:化学物A、B及化学物B+C能显著降低白肋烟烟碱含量,改善评吸质量;与对照相比,上部叶烟碱下降0.89-3.42个百分点,降幅达12.95%-49.785;中部叶烟碱下降1.77-3.81个百分点,降幅达24.25%-52.19%;化学物A+C及化学物C单用能降碱,但幅度不大。所有处理对烟叶产值、产量无明显不利影响。通过这一研究,基本确定了降低白肋烟烟碱含量、提高其可用性的有效化学调控技术。  相似文献

土壤施硒盆栽实验结果表明:在实验设定的土壤施硒范围内,白肋烟叶含硒量为3.8—210μg,根含硒量为2.2-57μg,茎含硒量为1.4-42μg/g,白肋烟根、茎、叶的含硒量均与土壤施硒量呈极显著的正相关;白肋烟的含硒量呈叶大于根大于茎的分布规律;白肋烟根、茎、叶的富硒量均与土壤施硒量呈极显著的正相关,而白肋烟富硒量则呈叶大于茎大于根的分布规律,所以白肋烟的富硒能力为叶大于茎大于根;叶、茎、根的富硒量占总富硒量的比例分别为54.3%-70.8%、20.8%-37.5%、5.5%-9.5%,说明白肋烟吸收的硒有90%以上累积在地上部分;白肋烟对所施硒肥的利用率为8.9%-18.1%,与某些条件下磷肥的利用率相当.  相似文献

为明确酵素菌肥在牡丹江地区果树栽培上的功效,进行果园田间肥效试验,验证该肥对果树生物学性状及果实产量的影响.实验结果表明:酵素菌肥当季肥效最高,次年肥效表现仍旧良好;酵素菌肥具有肥效周期长、促树体健壮和增加含糖度的作用;果树施用酵素菌肥后,果实叶片全氮和铁含量明显增加,果树的抗逆性和抗旱能力有所增强,提高了商品价值,在牡丹江果树种植区值得推广使用.  相似文献

研究了生物菌肥对生姜的增产作用和土壤细菌群落的结构和多样性的影响。于4月份将生物菌肥作为底肥与传统施肥方式一样施入垄内姜种之间,11月采收生姜,称重,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取2种肥料培养的生姜挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术测定其化学成分获得离子流图。采集施用生物菌肥和施用传统肥料的九山生姜田土壤共10份样品,采用16S rDNA序列分析生姜土壤田土壤细菌群落结果和多样性。施用生物菌肥的生姜长势优于传统肥料,收获的生姜块大且色泽金黄,生姜增产37.2%,土壤细菌种类和丰度增加。在属水平上,与对照组相比,施用生物菌肥生姜土壤较传统肥组鞘脂单胞菌属Sphinogomonas、鞘氨醇单胞菌属Sphingomonas、诺卡氏菌属Nocardioides差异较大。结论:生物菌肥显著增加了生姜的产量,影响了土壤细菌的丰度和组成分布,放线菌门和变形菌门是优势菌群。  相似文献

为探讨施肥对三七种植土壤pH的调节作用及对三七生长和发病的影响,作者比较了不同施肥处理钙镁磷+三元复合肥+生物菌肥、生石灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥、草木灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥、三元复合肥+生物菌肥、生物菌肥和不施肥对土壤pH值、三七生长及其发病率的影响.结果表明,钙镁磷肥、生石灰、草木灰分别与三元复合肥配施能显著提高土壤pH,且不同施肥处理的土壤pH存在显著差异,表现为生石灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥草木灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥钙镁磷+三元复合肥+生物菌肥三元复合肥+生物菌肥生物菌肥不施肥.出苗率、存苗率、株高和叶面积指数均表现为草木灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥钙镁磷+三元复合肥+生物菌肥生石灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥三元复合肥+生物菌肥生物菌肥不施肥.钙镁磷+三元复合肥+生物菌肥、生石灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥和草木灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥3个处理的三七根腐病发病率无显著差异,但显著低于不施肥处理.三七根腐病发病率与土壤pH呈负相关,且在4—8月份相关性显著(p0.05).由此可知,草木灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥配施能显著提高三七连作土壤pH值,促进三七生长,降低其根腐病发病率.  相似文献

以蜡状芽孢杆菌和胶状芽孢杆菌为菌种制作的菌肥,可以提高土壤的供肥能力,N2O可提高97.2%,K2O增加83.9%;使蔬菜次生根数增加10%-51%,增长可至30.9%,根系活力可增加17.2%;菌肥还可促进植物的营养,可和物叶片的营养元素P、K、Ca、Mg的含量均有增加;还要增加叶片中叶绿素含量达53%,作用的叶面积系数增加26.8%;菌肥还可降低呼吸强度10%-23%;菌肥中细菌代谢时可生成多种生长激素和细胞分裂激素,如6-苄氨基嘌吟、吲哚乙酸、赤霉素等,通过这几方面的综合作用,使作物的生长加速、消耗降低,最终使作物获得增产。  相似文献

从本地土壤中筛选出二株具有解磷,解钾能力强的菌种,均为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus spp.)。它们可将壤中及化肥中不溶解的磷,钾养分,且对碱性环境和本地土壤有较高的适应性。用此菌种制备成PK菌肥,对早春结球甘兰(Brassica pekinensis)生长效应进行了研究,结果表明,施用此菌肥与二铵和空白对照相比,其产量分别增加8.66%和15.54%,产值提高35.48%和46.67%。  相似文献

以油茶为试验材料,采用正交试验方法,分析不同浓度稀土微肥与N、P、K肥配合施用对油茶株高、冠幅、单株产量和单果重的影响。结果表明,当N肥用量较低、P肥与稀土微肥施用量均较高时,不利于油茶生长和产量的提高;处理4(N肥120 g·株~(-1)、P肥45 g·株~(-1)、K肥85 g·株~(-1)、稀土微肥300 mg·L~(-1))和处理7(N肥170 g·株~(-1)、P肥45 g·株~(-1)、K肥120 g·株~(-1)、稀土微肥200 mg·L~(-1))的油茶长势及产量均较高,且优于对照处理,反映了稀土微肥与适量的N、P、K肥配合施用对油茶生长和产量提高具有促进作用,但单独施用稀土微肥不能达到良好肥效。以此确定,以处理4和处理7为较佳的稀土微肥与N、P、K肥配合使用量。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
