播娘蒿引种栽培的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
作者通过在成都地区引种栽培播娘蒿,研究了不同播种期和栽培密度对播娘蒿产量及经济性状的影响,初步选育出了3个新品系。试验结果表明:播娘蒿在成都地区适宜的播期是10月上、中旬,适宜的栽培密度为180000株/hm^2左右。选育出的A-1和B-1品系的产量均较原始群体有明显提高。  相似文献

通过实验研究了不同浓度精氨酸保鲜液对瓶插百合切花的保鲜效应.结果表明,精氨酸瓶插液可使百合切花花枝硬挺,观赏期和瓶插寿命延长.此外,该保鲜液还具有保持百合切花花枝鲜重,维持水分平衡,降低花瓣膜透性,延缓叶绿素的降解等作用.通过对各保鲜指标的综合评价,以浓度为0.4mmol/L的精氨酸瓶插液效果最佳.  相似文献

本文探讨了香水百合切花采后微生物对切花衰老的影响。分离培养香水百合切花采后茎切口的微生物,通过人工回接实验,分别对接种不同菌株的瓶插香水百合切花进行外观形态指标及瓶插寿命的观测,结果表明:不同菌株处理下香水百合切花采后萎蔫程度,外观形态以及瓶插寿命存在明显差异,有3株真菌对香水百合切花采后萎蔫影响较严重,经过形态鉴定与分子鉴定,香水百合切花采后病毒原菌为黄色冻土毛霉,黄色镰刀菌与长柄链格孢。  相似文献

本试验在日光温室和现代温室中对东方百合荷兰进口种球于8月上旬定植,完成切花采收后,让种球在基质中渡过低温休眠期,然后升高温室内温度,让种球发芽、出苗、产花,观察记载有关指标数据。最后对两茬栽培情况进行统计分析比较。试验证明对东方百合的两茬栽培是可行的,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益,具有实际生产意义。对个别品种进行了三茬栽培。  相似文献

探讨了不同浓度处理的无机盐CaCl2和CoNO32溶液对瓶插百合切花保鲜效果的影响.结果表明:CaCl2和CoNO32配合使用可以使百合切花花枝硬挺,花径增大,改善切花的观赏品质,延长瓶插寿命;同时,还具有保持百合切花花枝鲜重、维护花瓣细胞膜透性的稳定、维持瓶插溶液pH值保持在适合的浓度范围之间、缓解叶绿素的降解等作用.通过对各处理的各项指标的综合观测与分析可知,以0.1%CaCl2和0.05‰CoNO32溶液的配合使用对百合切花的保鲜效果最好.  相似文献

以"新秀1号"黄心乌为材料,在秋季分4个播种期进行播种,研究不同播种期对黄心乌农艺性状及营养品质的影响.研究表明:随着播种期推迟,株高、叶片长,叶片宽、叶柄长呈下降趋势,而株幅、叶柄宽、叶片数及产量呈先上升后下降的趋势;叶片和叶柄硝酸盐、淀粉含量呈先上升后降低的趋势,蛋白质、可溶性糖和维生素C含量呈先降低后上升的趋势;定植30 d与定植60 d的变化趋势基本相同.从农艺性状与营养品质综合分析,第4播种期为最佳播种期.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献
