京沪高速铁路区间通过能力计算参数及列车扣除系数的探讨

在参考国外高速铁路有关资料的基础上，结合我国铁路的实际情况，从技术可行性角度出发，提出了京沪高速铁路区间通过能力计算参数，并通过铺画实验运行图，得出了不同列车运行组织方案下通过能力及列车扣除系数的计算结果。     

创新的基本规律研究

创新是当今的时代特征和时代精神。创新有规律吗?回答是肯定的。纵观人类创新发展史,深刻地认识到创新不仅在于创新主体的创新能力,而且与制度、组织和精神密不可分。由此,提出创新能力与创新关系、创新环境与创新精神是构成创新基本矛盾的观点。本文通过分析研究创新的基本矛盾,力图探究出创新的基本规律。     

典型四相位信号交叉口交通组织优化应用研究

交叉口交通组织优化的核心是对其各类冲突进行有效控制.针对我国典型四相位信号控制交叉口,提出了典型四相位信号交叉口交通组织优化的方法,即以时间优化为主,空间优化为辅,对自行车与行人进行一体化设计,提出了绿灯间隔时间优化模型和相位衔接优化模型.最后选取武汉市友谊大道与园林路信号交叉口进行了实例验证,验证结果表明,该方法经济实用,能有效提高四相位信号交叉口的通行质量和行车安全,为城市交通信号控制技术的研究与开发提供了理论依据.

利益协调能力是现代政府的一项重要施政能力,关系到建设社会主义和谐社会的成败与否。当前我国社会存在一些不和谐因素,政府必须通过各种途径提升利益协调能力,解决这些矛盾,才能够使得社会主义和谐社会的建设目标得以实现。     

运行调整系统若干技术难点问题的研究

从我国铁路日常运输组织特点出发，从通用性、实用性和可移植性的角度，采用数据相关法表示技术设备及各种运行参数的特征及关系；提出了运行图无级缩放、任意平移和加快图形处理速度的过滤裁剪算法；研究了适合各种线路结构和技术条件的调度算法的实现方法，较好地解决了实现计算机辅助列车运行调整的技术难点问题。     

浅谈组织内部的冲突管理

随着世界经济的全球化以及多元企业文化的相互碰撞，组织所面临的环境越来越复杂、多变，冲突对于组织来说不可避免，因此如何做好冲突管理工作不仅仅关系到组织的效率问题，而且关系到组织的兴衰存亡问题。     

Resolution for Conflicts of Inter-Operation in Multi-Domain Environment

This paper proposes a method to formalize the interoperation in multi-domain environment. Through employing the algebra method, we conclude four types of the conflicts for the interoperation, and analyzes the cause of the policy conflicts. For each type of conflicts, we formalize it and proposes the method of detection and resolution. Finally, the method is illuminated be effective through comparing our work with others.     

Conflict Analysis and Detection Based on Model Checking for Spatial Access Control Policy

In this paper,we propose a Multi-granularity Spatial Access Control(MSAC) model,in which multigranularity spatial objects introduce more types of policy rule conflicts than single-granularity objects do.To analyze and detect these conflicts,we first analyze the conflict types with respect to the relationship among the policy rules,and then formalize the conflicts by template matrices.We designed a model-checking algorithm to detect potential conflicts by establishing formalized matrices of the policy set.Lastly,we conducted experiments to verify the performance of the algorithm using various spatial data sets and rule sets.The results show that the algorithm can detect all the formalized conflicts.Moreover,the algorithm's efficiency is more influenced by the spatial object granularity than the size of the rule set.     

完善行政组织法的若干问题分析

结合浙江科技学院中德学院外事工作的实际，从文化维度、语言差异、思想形态等方面分析了中德跨文化差异对跨文化冲突的影响。列举了在中德学院外事工作中跨文化冲突的实例，尝试提出解决高校外事工作中跨文化冲突的策略，以提高高校国际合作的效率。     

Host genome surveillance for retrotransposons by transposon-derived proteins

Transposable elements and their remnants constitute a substantial fraction of eukaryotic genomes. Host genomes have evolved defence mechanisms, including chromatin modifications and RNA interference, to regulate transposable elements. Here we describe a genome surveillance mechanism for retrotransposons by transposase-derived centromeric protein CENP-B homologues of the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe. CENP-B homologues of S. pombe localize at and recruit histone deacetylases to silence Tf2 retrotransposons. CENP-Bs also repress solo long terminal repeats (LTRs) and LTR-associated genes. Tf2 elements are clustered into 'Tf' bodies, the organization of which depends on CENP-Bs that display discrete nuclear structures. Furthermore, CENP-Bs prevent an 'extinct' Tf1 retrotransposon from re-entering the host genome by blocking its recombination with extant Tf2, and silence and immobilize a Tf1 integrant that becomes sequestered into Tf bodies. Our results reveal a probable ancient retrotransposon surveillance pathway important for host genome integrity, and highlight potential conflicts between DNA transposons and retrotransposons, major transposable elements believed to have greatly moulded the evolution of genomes.

科层体制下公司创业中权力斗争与协调

博弈均衡表明:创业过程中由利益分配所导致的权力斗争是客观和不可避免的,基于对创业项目边际贡献来进行利益分配的激励措施并不能有效的调和关键参与人之间的利益冲突,但对创业项目的边际贡献却是权力配置的一个重要的衡量标准。权力配属和利益分配矛盾无法在创业组织内部,单纯依赖边际贡献原则解决。对这一问题的解决需要创业组织外部资源和力量的介入,利用转移支付或其他科层内部命令控制系统来协调。

Task Coordination Organization Model and the Task Allocation Algorithm for Resource Contention of the Syncretic System

At present, robot embedded systems have some common problems such as closure and poor dynamic evolution. Aiming at resolving this situation, our paper focuses on improvements to the robot embedded system and sets up a new robot system architecture, and we propose a syncretic mechanism of a robot and Soft Man(SM). In the syncretic system, the structural organization of the Soft Man group and its modes are particularly important in establishing the task coordination mechanism. This paper, therefore, proposes a coordination organization model based on the Soft Man group, and studies in detail the process of task allocation for resource contention, which facilitates a rational allocation of system resources. During our research, we introduced Resource Requirement Length Algorithm(RRLA) to calculate the resource requirements of the task and a resource conformity degree allocation algorithm of Resource Conformity Degree Algorithm(RCDA) for resource contention. Finally, a comparative evaluation of RCDA with five other frequently used task allocation algorithms shows that RCDA has higher success and accuracy rates with good stability and reliability.
