采用流变相法成功合成了尖晶石Li2ZnTi3O8.X射线衍射(XRD) 分析结果表明所合成的尖晶石颗粒结晶良好.扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试结果表明,所得Li2ZnTi3O8粒径较小,分散较均匀.将所合成的样品作为锂离子电池电极材料,采用充放电测试和循环伏安测试研究了其电化学性能.电化学性能测试结果表明,该材料的放电比容量和循环性能都较好,在0.05~3.0 V 电压下,以100 mA/g进行充放电,首次放电比容量为234.6 mAh/g,100次循环后放电比容量仍保持在208.5 mAh/g.  相似文献

采用蔗糖辅助燃烧法制备了富锂型锂离子电池正极材料Li1.1Mn2O4, XRD表明合成的Li1.1Mn2O4样品具有完整的尖晶石结构. SEM显示样品是由纳米粒子组成. 0.5 C 初始放电比容量为115 mAh/g, 10 C放电比容量可达109 mAh/g. 10 C倍率下循环200次容量保持率为90%. 实验结果表明该材料倍率和循环性能均优良.  相似文献

采用二次缩合溶胶-凝胶法制备锂离子电池正极材料Li1 xV3O8,首次放电容量达330 mA.h/g,循环15次后容量衰减7.6%。测试不同温度下放电时正极材料Li1 xV3O8中Li 的扩散系数DLi ;从动力学角度研究了温度放电倍率密度对电池性能的影响。结果表明,随着温度的增加,DLi 增大,比容量相应增大;当以0.02 C的放电倍率放电时,电容量较高,以0.08 C的放电倍率放电时,电容量衰减约50%。  相似文献

采用共沉淀-微波法,利用自制加料装置合成了橄榄石型LiFePO4/C. 利用SEM、交流阻抗及恒流充放电技术对样品进行形貌表征和电化学性能测试. 结果表明微波8min样品具有均匀结构和较好电化学性能;0.2 C充放电表明,首次放电比容量157.81 mAh/g,53周循环后仍为156.15 mAh/g,材料具有良好的循环性能;1C充放电时,第一次放电容量为136.30 mAh/g,经20周循环后容量没有明显衰减,材料的倍率性能较佳.  相似文献

以Li2CO3和V2O5为原料,进行了固相法制备锂离子电池正极材料Li1+xV3O8的实验研究.通过TG-DTA,XRD及交流阻抗等测试方法考察了合成条件对Li1+xV3O8样品结构、电导率及电化学性能的影响.XRD结果表明:随着焙烧温度的提高,产物的(100)衍射峰相对强度增强,这使Li+在LiV3O8中嵌入脱出的路径较长.交流阻抗测试表明:随着烧结温度的提高,电导率增大,而随着烧结时间的延长,电导率出现先增大而后又减小的趋势.电化学测试结果表明,580℃焙烧20 h合成的产物具有优良的电化学性能,放电比容量最高达到254.0 mAh.g-1,10次循环后仍保持在245.6 mAh.g-1,...  相似文献

采用一种新的掺杂方法制备了Cu掺杂的LiV3O8,该方法设备简单,热处理温度较低.电化学性能测试表明,Cu掺杂和水处理可以使层间距变大,电导率提高,从而促进Li 离子的扩散,使Li 的嵌脱变得容易,改善了掺杂材料的充放电循环性能.其中掺杂量为0.05的样品首次放电容量为265.0 mAh/g,100周后为227.7mAh/g,容量损失仅为14%.  相似文献

采用控制结晶法制备富锂锰基固溶体正极材料Li1.17Mn0.53Ni0.2Co0.1O2,并采用AlF3对其进行包覆,通过XRD、SEM、TEM和电池充放电测试研究了AlF3包覆量对材料结构和电化学性能的影响.TEM观察表明,在颗粒表面形成一层10~20nm厚的AlF3包覆层.电化学性能测试表明,AlF3包覆可有效改善材料的循环性能,提高材料的放电比容量和库仑效率.当包覆量为1%时,样品具有最优异的电化学性能,在0.05℃下的首次放电比容量由未包覆时的228mAh/g提升至274mAh/g,库仑效率高达86.7%;在0.5℃下经50次循环后容量保持率为93%.  相似文献

利用固相反应法制备Li1 xV3-yMoyO8(0≤y≤0.6)并对其进行了500 ℃和550 ℃时的放电性能测试. 采用X射线衍射测定掺杂Mo对Li1 xV3O8物相的影响, 用电子扫描电镜观察粉末的形貌, 用函数记录仪记录电压随时间的变化. 研究结果表明: 当y>0.2时, 物相为Li1 xV3O8和V2O5;当y≤0.2时, 物相为Li1 xV3O8;掺杂Mo后的粉末形貌基本不发生变化;当放电电流密度为100 mA/cm2, 终止电压为1.8 V时, Mo的掺杂使Li1 xV3O8在500 ℃的最高电压提高约0.3 V, 比容量提高约300 A·s/g;550 ℃时嵌入Li 的量最多可达x=3.8, 接近Li1 xV3O8嵌锂量的理论值x=4.  相似文献

通过固相烧结法制备了掺钴的LiFePO4/C正极材料. 采用充放电测试、循环伏安和交流阻抗等现代技术测试了样品的电化学性能. 结果表明,750 ℃烧结的掺钴样在2 C倍率电流下首次循环的放电容量达到115 mAh/g. 该样品50次循环的容量衰减率仅为2.61%,电化学性能稳定.  相似文献

采用低热固相法在700 ℃合成了 (1-x)Li2MnO3·xLiNi1/2Mn1/2O2 (x=0.3, 0.5, 0.7)正极材料,并对其相组成、结构、微观形貌进行了表征,对电化学性能进行了测试. 实验结果表明,x=0.7时合成样品中出现尖晶石LiMn2O4相. X=0.3、0.5材料在循环中比容量逐渐升高,后续循环稳定性较好. Fe掺杂加速了x=0.5材料容量的上升,第二次循环时放电比容量高达189.5 mAh/g.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
