Résumé Nous avons étudié l'influence de différentes températures sur la translation de l'ADN d'origine bactérienne chez les plantules de tomate. La température n'a aucune influence en elle-même. Néanmoins des variations de température diminuent la dépolymérisation de l'ADN étranger migré dans la plante.

Résumé Nous avons étudié l'influence de la lumière sur la translation de l'ADN d'origine bactérienne chez des plantules de tomate. La lumière augmente la prise d'ADN étranger. Cet ADN est, par contre, dans un état moins polymérisé que chez les plantules exposées à l'obscurité. Dans les mêmes conditions expérimentales, la lumière n'a aucune influence sur la synthèse de l'ADN endogène, réalisée à partir de petits précurseurs.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die aktive Na-Ausscheidung Nareicher quergestreifter Muskeln konnte durch eine mässige Steigerung der Wasserstoffionekonzentration gehemmt werden. Obgleich der intensivere Kohlehydratstoffwechsel an und für sich die Na-Abgabe steigert, wurde dieser Effekt durch die Herabsetzung des pH unterdrückt.

Summary The interaction of sodium sulphite and sodium benzoate with nucleosides and DNA has been studied in vitro. Reduction in UV-absorbance was consistently noticed. However, no new products result from such interaction. It is likely that our previous observations of the effects of the 2 food preservatives on DNA synthesis and mitotis inVicia faba root meristems is not due to direct action of the chemicals at the level of genetic material.We are grateful to Professor P.A.
