在1300℃下,通过向CaO-SiO2-FetO-P2O5系熔渣中浸入固相CaO的方法,分析了CaO-SiO2-FetO-P2O5渣系与固相CaO间的反应过程,利用分子离子理论计算了炉渣中各组元的活度,研究了2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5固溶体的形成机理.研究结果表明,CaO-SiO2-FetO-P2O5渣系中组元主要是以2CaO·SiO2和3FeO·P2O5化合物的形态存在;当固相CaO和炉渣接触时,渣中的2CaO·SiO2首先在固相CaO表面析出并形成2CaO·SiO2固相层;随着CaO组元和3FeO·P2O5化合物向反应界面的不断扩散,生成了2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5和CaO-FeO固溶体.  相似文献

基于熔渣离子理论,利用导电法在高纯氩气保护下测定SiO2-CaO-Al2O3-MgO(-FeO)酸性渣(二元碱度R=0.6)的熔化温度,考察FeO含量对酸性渣熔化温度的影响。结果表明,FeO的加入可以降低酸性母渣SiO2-CaO-Al2O3-MgO的熔化温度,且渣中FeO含量越大,渣样熔化温度越低;当渣中FeO含量低于20%时,随着FeO含量的增加,渣样熔化温度降低幅度较大;当渣中FeO含量高于20%时,随着FeO含量的增加,酸性渣熔化温度降低趋势变缓。  相似文献

通过对低碳含铝钢20Mn2精炼过程的取样分析,得出精炼渣的熔化温度偏高,渣中存在大量固相CaO,并导致钢中含有CaO类夹杂物,精炼渣吸附夹杂物能力差. 利用FactSage热力学计算,从渣的低熔点区域控制和渣-钢反应这两个方面对渣系进行研究与优化. 结果表明,CaO/Al2 O3 质量比在1. 5左右添加质量分数为3% CaF2 可以有效降低渣的熔化温度,渣的熔化温度随着CaF2 含量的升高呈现先降低后升高的趋势,MgO的质量分数控制5%左右低熔点区域面积达到最大. 在SiO2 质量分数大于30%区域,钢中氧含量大体上随着CaO/Al2 O3 质量比的增加而降低,在SiO2 的质量分数低于30%区域随着CaO含量的升高而降低,钢中酸溶铝含量在SiO2 含量高的区域随着Al2 O3/SiO2 质量比的增加而升高,在SiO2 含量低的区域随着CaO/SiO2 质量比的增加而增加. 根据热力学分析结果得出合理的渣系范围:CaO 50% ~60%, Al2 O3 20% ~35%, SiO2 5% ~10%, MgO 5% ~8%, CaF2 0~5%. 优化渣系的实验结果表明,优化后渣系熔化温度降低,钢中夹杂物数量、面积和平均尺寸均有明显下降.  相似文献

研究还原温度、渣相配料碱度和渣中CaF2、K2O、P2O5、S、FeO的含量等因素对2CaO·SiO2形成及其相变的影响规律.结果表明,在快速升温条件下,温度高于1 300 ℃后2CaO·SiO2才大量生成;CaF2、S和FeO对2CaO·SiO2相变不产生影响,但K2O和P2O5对2CaO·SiO2相变具有明显抑制作用;渣相二元碱度R<1.8时渣的自然粉化效果明显变差.  相似文献

针对包钢含氟烧结矿黏结相的流动性进行了试验研究.通过改变黏结相的碱度(w(CaO)/w(SiO2))以及MgO,CaF2和FeO的含量并测得相应黏结相在熔融态下的黏度和表面张力,从而得出烧结矿黏结相物性的一般变化规律.结果表明,碱度为1.4时,黏结相的黏度最小和熔化性温度最低,但表面张力随碱度的升高而增大;适量的MgO能降低黏结相的黏度,而表面张力随MgO含量的增加而增大,当MgO质量分数为5%时,熔化性温度最低;添加CaF2能显著降低黏结相的黏度和表面张力;FeO含量增加,黏结相的黏度和表面张力变小.  相似文献

针对CaO-SiO_2-MgO-Al2O3-TiO_2体系等温线等热力学数据的缺失等问题,采用热丝法(SHTT)熔化析晶性能测定仪对CaO-SiO_2-MgO-10%Al2O3-5%TiO_2五元渣系相图中MgO质量分数分别为5%,10%和15%特定成分下渣系的熔化温度进行测定,得到不同MgO质量分数下温度随碱度的变化规律,并依据同一初晶区内组分与熔化温度的热力学函数关系拟合得到该渣系1 250,1 300和1 350℃下的液相线。将本实验测定的渣系相图信息与文献中相同相图区域进行对比。研究结果表明:采用热丝法熔化析晶性能测定仪测定渣系温度并绘制等温线的方法是可行的。  相似文献

通过建立二次回归正交设计模型,考察了合成精炼渣碱度w(CaO)/w(SiO2),Al2O3和CaF2质量分数对LF深脱硫效果的影响.结果表明,当渣中w(FeO)为0.5%,w(MgO)为9%时,随渣中w(CaO)/w(SiO2)增加,脱硫率均先增大后减小.当w(CaO)/w(SiO2)不同时,Al2O3和CaF2质量分数对脱硫效果的影响程度不同,主要原因是渣中有效CaO含量变化引起的.随渣中w(FeO)降低和渣量增加,脱硫率明显增大.实验优化的最佳脱硫渣系组成为w(CaO)/w(SiO2)=9~11,w(Al2O3)=27%~29%,w(MgO)=9%,w(CaF2)=8%~10%,w(FeO...  相似文献

分别采用FactSage软件计算、高温共聚焦激光显微镜在线观察和示差扫描量热(DSC)分析研究CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-CaF2五元VOD预熔精炼渣的熔化温度,通过热力学计算分析了精炼渣对超纯铁素体不锈钢的脱氧、脱硫能力的影响,对VOD精炼渣的成分进行优化。结果表明,具有合适熔化温度的渣系成分范围是:w(CaO)/w(SiO2)为4,w(Al2O3)为25%~35%,w(MgO)为6%,w(CaF2)为5%;在成分优化的条件下,随着精炼渣中初始Al2O3含量的减少,精炼渣对超纯铁素体不锈钢的脱氧、脱硫能力逐渐增强。  相似文献

测定了合成的不同成份的FeO-CaO-MgO系炉渣的粘度,得知:在炉渣中,当mFe/mso2为1.2~1.5,ωMgO为6%~9%,ωFe3O4为3%~4%,ωCaO为0~9%,温度范围为1250~1450℃时,炉渣粘度随ωFe/ωSiO2和ωCaO的升高而降低,随着ωMgO的升高而增大;在1350℃以上时,上述变化关系则不明显.对于闪速炼镍所采用的FeO-SiO2-CaO-MgO系炉渣,在一般的冶炼操作温度(1300~1350℃)下,当渣中ωMgO高达6%~8%时,仍可获得流动性能良好的渣;当ωMgO在9%以上时,则渣的粘度迅速上升以致不适合于冶炼.同时,在炉渣总量不变的情况下,在一定的范围内通过减少SiO2的加入量和补加CaO含量可使炉渣粘度得到改善.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
