废旧品作为再制造的对象,其拆卸后的废旧零部件是否适合再制造,需要进行可再制造性评价,而且每个废旧零部件可再制造的程度与其采用的工艺路线相关。针对废旧零部件的材料特征、失效形式和失效程度等均具有高度不确定性的特点,以原产品制造数据和国家环境排放标准为基准,建立了面向工艺路线的废旧零部件可再制造性评价模型。模型包括竞争性因子评价和可持续性因子评价2个模块,采用层次分析法,分别从废旧零部件再制造的经济可行性、质量可行性、资源可行性和环境可行性等4个方面评价其可再制造度,并为适合再制造的废旧零部件选取最优的再制造工艺路线。最后,通过发动机废旧零部件可再制造性评价实例,证明了该评价方法能够有效地解决具体的、个性化的废旧零部件再制造的工程技术操作问题。  相似文献

为了有效地实现生产过程绿色优化运行,提出了一种基于物料流、资源流、环境流和信息流集成分析的生产过程绿色规划优化运行模式,分析了该运行模式的实现思路和构成,从绿色运行技术和系统与现有加工技术和生产流程融合的角度,研究了实现该模式的生产过程资源环境属性综合评价方法、面向资源环境属性的工艺规划技术以及生产过程绿色评价与优化应用支持系统。结合某制造公司阀门生产过程绿色规划,验证了该运行模式的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

作为一种精密制造技术,激光微加工在航空发动机中复杂部件的维护、修理和全面翻修(Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul,MRO)中表现出明显的优势和巨大的潜力.随着新一代航空发动机性能指标的不断提升,其关键零部件将长期服役于更为苛刻的极限环境下,如高温、高压以及高转速等,工况环境对其耐热性、机械强度、表面摩擦系数、防结冰性等方面提出了很高的要求.激光微加工作为一种非接触式的表面处理技术,可以促进以上相关性能的实现.本文将基于激光与航空材料相互作用机理及其应用,介绍激光微加工技术在航空发动机MRO和生产制造中的广泛应用,探究航空发动机先进制造过程中激光加工的具体工艺和特征.由于航空发动机制造和维修的过程十分复杂,研究人员将利用激光的单色性、高亮度、高方向性和相干性等特点,基于光热过程和光化学过程两种机理,探索激光与物质相互作用的物理机制和动态过程,并讨论其在激光微纳制造、清洗、增材制造、冲击强化以及焊接切割等关键制造工艺中的合理应用.本文对激光微加工领域在航空发动机行业中的技术进行了综述,为航空发动机维修和服务保障体系建设中所需的工程技术支援和前沿研究技术联动提供了一种新模式,有望能促进与之相关的保障装备得以快速发展.  相似文献

为有效解决制造网格中资源调度时存在的不确定性、模糊性等问题,建立了双层结构的制造网格系统.将模糊集中的隶属度函数作为粗糙集的属性,通过模糊截集获得系统的分类知识;利用样本的模糊隶属度构造模糊综合评价矩阵,属性重要度构造权值矩阵,采用模糊评价方法对备择集进行评价;并结合一个具体的应用实例说明该模型的计算过程,验证其合理性和实用性.  相似文献

本文通过对传统制造业的分析提出实现可持续发展的制造模式——绿色制造模式,要实现绿色制造模式需关注两个目标:资源利用最大化和环境影响最小化。而基于产品全生命周期的环境评价是实现这两个目标的关键。结合制造业行业的特点,提出在制造业背景下的环境影响评价指标体系和产品环境属性数据库的建立,对当前制造业中绿色制造的实施进行探讨。  相似文献

离合器作为传动系统中连接发动机和变速箱的零部件,必须具备可靠地传递发动机的最大扭矩,以保证汽车平稳起步、保证换档时工作平顺以及操纵轻便等功能;这不仅需要离合器具有一定的设计和制造水平,而且涉及离合器与发动机、变速箱等零部件以及整车的匹配问题;目前国内离合器生产厂商只进行离合器零部件测试评价,而不具备离合器整车测试评价的能力;文章根据汽车离合器的各种使用要求,并对公司的SRV、MPV进行了大量的试验和统计,提出了离合器整车的测试评价方法,以便对离合器与整车匹配的合理性进行评价和改进。  相似文献

为了控制和降低零部件的制造质量风险,在对零部件工艺过程进行分析的基础上,提出基于模糊理论的潜在失效模式及后果分析(PFEMA)方法.通过研究零部件加工过程的风险评估,构建基于生产成本的评价指标;设计评价因素集和因素水平集,并用层次分析法确定评价因素的权重,提出零部件制造工艺的风险评估模型;采用模糊评价决策,定量计算其综合评价值,进而确定其风险等级.以某型号叉车门架系统的横梁加工工艺为例进行实例验证,结果表明:改进后PFMEA方法的可行性和正确性.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
