采用琼脂稀释法观察了10种常见中草药水提物对强致病性嗜水气单胞菌ZHYYZ-1的体外抑菌效果,结果表明:(1)五倍子、黄芩、金银花、蒲公英的抑菌效果明显优于连翘、黄连、穿心莲、鱼腥草、板蓝根和大青叶;(2)菌浓度1.0×10^4CFU/mL条件下,五倍子、黄芩、金银花、蒲公英的最小抑菌浓度依次为0.20mg/mL、1.56mg/mL、1.56mg/mL和3.12mg/mL;(3)中草药两两组配,表现抑菌协同效应的组合及条件为:茵浓度1.0×10^7CFU/mL时,蒲公英-黄芩组合,黄芩-金银花组合及蒲公英与五倍子配比为3:2或黄芩与五倍子配比大于等于3:2时的组合;菌浓度1.0)〈106CFU/mL时,蒲公英-黄芩组合,黄芩-金银花组合及蒲公英与金银花的配比小于等于3:2或黄芩与五倍子的配比大于等于3:2时的组合;菌浓度为1.0×10^5CFU/mL时,黄芩一金银花组合及蒲公英与金银花的配比小于等于3:2时的组合。  相似文献

目的观察氨溴特罗止咳露辅助治疗小儿下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法治疗组使用氨溴特罗:6~8月。2.5mL/次.8月~1岁.5mL/次.2~3岁7.5mL.4~6岁10mL/次.6~12岁。15mL/次.2次/d:对照组使用小儿止咳糖浆,6月~1岁,2.5mL/次,2~5岁.5mL/次,6~12岁10mL./次。3次/d。2组均连续服药5d。结果治疗组有效率96.16%.对照组有效率83.9‰。两组差异性P〈O.05。结论氨溴特罗对于改善下呼吸道感染患儿咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等临床症状疗效显著。  相似文献

长瓣金莲花中原金链酸的分离和生物活性   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的:研究长瓣金莲花(Trollius chinensis Bune)中非黄酮类成分的抑菌和抗病毒活性,方法:用柱层析等手段分离化学成分,并用波谱手段作结构鉴定;用微量稀释法作体外抑菌和抗病毒活性研究。结果:从长瓣金莲花中提取分离出原金莲酸;原金莲酸对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌的最低抑菌质量浓度为0.2mg/mL,对A型流感病毒的半抑制质量浓度为184.2μg/mL,治疗指数为4.0。结论:原金莲酸对黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌有抑制活性,对A型流感病毒有弱的抑制活性。  相似文献

研究了以稀土固体超强酸SO^2-4/TiO2/La^3+为催化剂,已酸和烯丙醇为原料合成已酸烯丙酯,并考察了影响反应的因素,结果表明,醇酸比为2.0:1,催化剂用量为0.8g(已酸为0.2mol的情况下),带水剂甲苯为20mL,反应时间为2.0h是最适宜的反应条件,酯化率达96.2%。  相似文献

本文选用了三种二茂铁季铵盐:C2H5F′C-CH2-N^ (CH3)3I^-、C8H17-F′c-CH2N^ (CH3)3I^-、C8H17-F′c-C-F′c-CH2N^ (CH3)3I^ 为电极活性材料,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯为增塑剂,制备了药物甘草次酸和布洛芬电极,其中以C7H17-F′c-NH2N6 (CH3)3I^-为活性材料,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂制备的甘草次酸电极和布洛芬电极性能较了,甘草次酸电极的线性响应范围为10^-6mol/L-10^-2mol/L,斜率为45mV(13℃),检测下限为6.3×10^-7mol/L,pH范围为7.6-10.6,用直接电位法测定甘草次酸的回收率为98.5%-101.8%;布洛芬电极的线性响应范围为10^-6mol/L-10^-2mol/L,斜率为58nV(15℃),检测下限为8.5×10^-7mol/L,pH范围为6.8-10.0,布洛芬的回收率为97.5%-99.5%。  相似文献

以新型Brqbnsted酸功能化[Hmim]HSO4为催化荆,由对羟基苯甲酸和无水乙醇合成对羟基苯甲酸乙酯.考察了反应时间、醇酸摩尔比和离子液体用量对酯产率的影响,得到最佳反应条件为:酯化反应时间为2.5h,酸醇摩尔比为1:1.5。离子液体用量为3mL.在此反应条件下,酯化率可达81.5%.并且离子液体可重复使用5次,其催化性能基本保持不变.  相似文献

用分子蒸馏方法分离莪术油中β-榄香烯,研究了温度、压力、刮膜器转速以及进料速度对β-榄香烯纯度和收率的影响.实验结果表明:在温度60℃,压力50Pa,刮膜器转速220r/min,进料流速2.0mL/min的条件下,分离效果最佳.经过2次分离,β-榄香烯纯度可达到25.3%.  相似文献

取五倍子、乌梅等45种中草药,分别采用水提取法和醇提取法制备提取液,除菌后滴加至Φ6mm空白药敏滤纸片上,制成试验用药敏纸片。测试了提取物对拟态弧菌SM060818、梅氏弧菌SM060813、霍利斯弧菌SM060913等3种分离自锯缘青蟹体外抑菌的效果。结果表明:所试验的45种中药提取物中,有28种中药提取物对试验弧菌表现有抑菌作用;其中五倍子、乌梅、秦皮、艾叶中药提取物抑菌作用较好,对3种菌株均有较好抑菌效果;天冬、白头翁、赤芍、金银花、黄精、黄柏、青蒿等11种中草药提取物仅对2种菌株有较好抑制作用,千里光、穿心莲等17种中药提取物对弧菌无抑制作用;大部分中药抑菌活性成份均为水溶性提取物,青蒿存在明显的醇溶性抑菌物质。测定了五倍子等9种中药提取物对致病弧菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),五倍子、乌梅和天冬3种药物对拟态弧菌和梅氏弧菌的MIC分别为0.172mg/mL、0.461mg/mL、1.042mg/mL,对霍利斯弧菌的MIC分别为0.086mg/mL、0.922mg/mL和1.042mg/mL,有较好的抑菌作用。  相似文献

采用复合催化剂Hβ沸石/TiO2合成了乙酸辛酯。确定反应的最佳条件为:酸醇物质的量比1:1.1、催化剂用量3.0g/mol乙酸、催化剂中TiO2的质量百分比10%、环己烷用量20mL/mol乙酸、反应时间3.5h。与其它单一固体酸催化剂比较,复合催化剂的催化性能更优越,乙酸的转化率更高。  相似文献

研究了活性炭—H2O2催化氧化处理氨基C酸工业废水的氧化脱色效果,活性炭兼具吸附和催化双重作用.试验结果表明,在pH=1.0,氧化剂的用量为H2O2/废水=50mL/L,催化剂的用量为活性炭/H2O2=0.5—0.75g/mL时,废水的CODcr去除率可达62.4%,脱色率达到94.6%.显示了该法处理氨基C酸工业废水良好的氧化脱色效果.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
