研究了以米糠为原料 ,用离子交换树脂提纯制取高纯度肌醇的新工艺。与沉淀法相比 ,产品质量好 ,操作工艺简单 :用 717阴离子交换树脂直接吸附米糠酸浸液中的植酸 ,树脂经 5 %氢氧化钠溶液洗脱后 ,洗脱液在植酸盐浓度为 2 0 %,压力为 1 5MPa的条件下水解 7~ 8h ,过滤并通过 70 1、732阴阳离子交换树脂脱除色素及无机盐后结晶得到高纯度肌醇。其纯度为 99 3%,熔点 2 2 5~ 2 2 6℃ ,肌醇收率以米糠计为 1 34 %。  相似文献

目前我国植酸生产方法为沉淀法和离子交换法两种,前者工艺成熟,后者技术含量高.我们在分析改进的基础上,对两种生产工艺进行了对比性研究,从原料脱脂米糠中提取植酸,产率可达60%以上.并结合我省目前植酸生产与发展状况,进行了分析与展望.  相似文献

植酸即环己六醇六磷酸酯,分子式为C6H18O24P6。植酸加热时发生分解,易溶于水,水溶液显酸性,植酸可溶于乙醇、丙酮,基本上不溶于无水乙醚、氯仿、苯等有机溶剂。植酸具有很强的螯合能力,能与许多金属离子形成螯合物。植酸几乎不以单独的游离形式存在,而以钙、镁及其复盐广泛存在于植物中,尤其存在于种子、谷物、胚芽、米糠等中,其含量如附表。随着农副产品的开发,对植酸的研究也比较活跃,植酸的制备方法更是各见特色。合成植酸的制取主要有两种方法;以环已六醇与磷酸为原料的化学合成法和以米糠等农副产物为原料的萃取法。米糠…  相似文献

采用微波消解技术将植酸转化为磷酸盐,然后用离子色谱法测定磷酸盐,从而获得米糠中植酸含量.实验中比较了米糠直接消解、提取液直接消解和提取液经阴离子交换处理消解的测定结果.离子色谱定量工作曲线方程为y=0.116 1x+0.650 9,相关系数为R2=0.998 0,测定结果相对标准偏差为0.68%,回收率为97.0%~102.3%,结果令人满意.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
