针对电网信息系统安全评估存在的关键问题,基于国家电网信息安全评估细则,着重研究电网信息安全评估应用模型及其系统实现.所设计系统具有资产评估、威胁评估、脆弱评估以及系统安全风险综合评估等功能,使得对电网信息的安全评估工作达到半自动化管理水平.

分析产生信息安全风险的原因,介绍了信息安全风险评估方法和评估工具,并尝试性地对广西自治区级电子政务网络平台进行安全风险评估.评估结果显示广西自治区级电子政务网络基本处于黄色预警等级,与网络信息系统的现状基本相符.     

一种基于层次模型的网络信息安全风险灰色评估方法

网络信息安全风险评估就是根据有关的信息安全测评标准,对信息资产存在的脆弱性、面临的威胁以及脆弱性被威胁利用会产生的负面影响和危害事件发生的可能性,进行科学评价的过程。运用灰色评估方法,建立信息系统风险多层灰色评估模型,描述了信息系统的风险灰色综合评估过程,并且通过某学院校园网络系统加以实施和验证。     

基于改进PSO算法优化SVR的信息安全风险评估研究

为改善信息安全风险评价的精确度,利用改进的粒子群算法,提出了一种新的优化回归型支持向量机的信息安全风险评估方法。首先,通过模糊理论对信息安全风险因素进行量化预处理;其次,经过预处理后的数据输入到回归型支持向量机模型中;再次,利用改进的粒子群算法来优化和训练回归型支持向量机的参数,得到了优化后的信息安全风险评估模型;最后,通过仿真实验对该模型的性能进行验证。实验结果表明,提出的方法能很好地量化评估信息系统风险,提高了信息安全风险评估的精确性,是一种有效的评估方法。     

信息安全风险评估方法的比较分析

近年来,国内外信息安全风险评估的研究工作取得突飞猛进的进展,各种评估方法层出不穷,大大缩短了评估所花费的时间、资源,提高了评估的效率,改善了评估的效果。然而无论何种方法,基本上都遵循了风险评估流程,只是在具体实施手段和风险计算方面有所不同,其共同的目标都是找出组织信息资产面临的风险,并确定主要安全风险,从而分析其影响,以及目前安全水平与组织安全需求之间的差距。本文重点剖析了九种常见的信息安全风险评估方法及其优缺点。     

基于密码学理论的私密信息安全风险评估方法

为了解决传统方法没有考虑针对私密信息的防控措施,得到评估结果不准确的问题,通过密码学理论研究了私密信息安全风险评估方法。在将资产-威胁-脆弱性作为核心对风险值进行计算的基础上,引入安全防控措施功能进行分析。按照相关原则,建立阶梯层次式私密信息安全风险评估指标体系,通过熵系数对各评估指标的权重进行计算。在不考虑防控措施的情况下计算风险值,通过密码学理论对私密信息安全性进行保护后风险值进行计算,将二者结合在一起,获取考虑密码学理论下防控措施后,私密信息风险值,实现私密信息安全风险评估。结果表明：所提方法可有效实现私密信息安全风险评估;所提方法风险评估结果准确合理。可见所提方法评估性能准确。

钢铁企业在我国国民经济中发挥着极其重要的作用.随着我国信息化和工业化的深度融合,钢铁企业工业控制系统正面临日益严重的信息安全问题.为有效降低钢铁企业工业信息安全风险,结合近期开展的工业控制系统信息安全防护能力评估工作,列举了钢铁企业工业控制系统存在的一些安全问题,分析了安全风险,探讨了相应的安全防护对策.

信息安全风险评估是信息系统安全防御中的一项重要技术,作为自然科学与社会科学的交叉学科分支,信息安全测评和风险评估具有自身的特殊规律。为了识别风险的大小就必须进行风险评估,根据风险评估采取相应的风险防范措施来进行风险控制,风险评估中采用层次分析法与模糊数学计算结合起来的评估方法能使的评估结果更科学、合理。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
