4种忍冬属植物光响应特性

以紫花忍冬(Lonicera maximowiczii Regel)、早花忍冬(Lonicera praeflorens Batalin)、长白忍冬(Lonicera rupr-echtiana Regel)、金银忍冬(Lonicera maackii Maxim.) 4种忍冬为研究对象,测量光合生理指标,分析净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Cond)、蒸腾速率(Tr)对光合有效辐射(PAR)的响应.结果显示:4种忍冬属植物都属喜光植物,Pn的最大值出现在光合有效辐射为1 800～2 000μmol/(m~2·s)区间,分别为紫花忍冬20.6207μmol/(m~2·s),长白忍冬10.955 0μmol/(m~2·s),金银忍冬7.766 0μmol/(m~2·s),早花忍冬6.884 7μmol/(m~2·s).其中,紫花忍冬的净光合速率明显高于其他3种忍冬;在0～2 000μmol/(m~2·s)区间,Ci整体水平随PAR的增大呈下降趋势;随着PAR的增大,金银忍冬和早花忍冬的Cond呈增大、降低、增大的趋势,长白忍冬呈增大趋势,但幅度较缓慢,紫花忍冬呈先增大后降低的趋势;随光PAR的增强,4种忍冬属植物的Tr增大,其中紫花忍冬的增幅较大.     

福建野生忍冬不同部位绿原酸的检出及含量测定

本文用甲醇提取福建野生忍冬的不同部位的绿原酸并通过纸层析法、紫外分光光度法,对忍冬不同部位的绿原酸进行检出和含量测定.结果表明福建野生忍冬不同部位均含有活性成分绿原酸,不同部位绿原酸含量依次为花＞叶＞藤(多年生的＞一年生的)＞根,且花的绿原酸含量高于山东省日照市商品金银花.本文为福建野生植物忍冬的开发利用提供了依据.     

贵州花江大峡谷黄褐毛忍冬生物学特性初步研究

黄褐毛忍冬 (LonicerafulvotomentosaHsuetS .C .Cheng)系忍冬科忍冬属植物 ,为我国一重要的药物资源及生态治理植物资源。对贵州花江大峡谷喀斯特生态综合治理经济植物黄褐毛忍冬的生物学特性及对其生长环境、根、茎、叶、开花和结实进行了调查和研究。指出 :在典型的喀斯特石山地貌区 ,种植黄褐毛忍冬 ,可有效地进行生态重建 ,且能收到良好的经济效益和社会效益 ,使生态建设可持续发展。     

忍冬属8种药用植物叶表面扫描电镜观察

利用扫描电镜首次对忍冬属8种(包括亚种及变种)药用植物,即金银忍冬[Lonicera maackii]、黄褐毛忍冬[L．fulvotomentosa]、忍冬[L．japonica]、红腺忍冬[L．hypoglauca]、细毡毛忍冬(L．similes]、净花菰腺忍冬[L．hypoglauca subsp．nudiflora]、短柄忍冬(L．pileata]以及异毛忍冬[L．macrantha var．heterotricha]叶表面进行观察,以为其种类鉴别提供新的科学依据。结果表明：忍冬属8种药用植物叶表面特征均有一定的差异,如气孔形状、大小及密度、气孔外拱盖内缘的特征、有无腺毛及腺点、角质纹理的特征等。     

不同金银花种质资源ISSR遗传多样性研究

应用ISSR标记技术,对来自国内忍冬属(Lonicera Linn.)的20个居群进行遗传多样性和遗传结构的分析. 从100条ISSR随机引物中筛选出19条引物对20个忍冬居群进行扩增,共得到308条清晰的扩增位点,其中多态性位点278个,多态位点百分率(PPB)为90.26％. 遗传分化系数(GST)为0.5659,这显示20个居群的分子变异主要存在于居群间。AMOVA分析也显示居群间的遗传分化占到55.35%. 采用UPGMA法,根据ISSR-PCR结果进行聚类分析,得出20个忍冬居群遗传关系图,其种间关系与传统的形态学分类结果基本一致,但也有个别种的归属及种间关系稍有变化. 根据聚类图分析可知,一个称为“南江”的未知种和细毡毛忍冬(Lonicera similes Hemsl.)的三个居群聚在一起,表现出很高相似性,这说明它们之间的亲缘关系较为密切. “南江”可能是细毡毛忍冬的一个变种或栽培种. 本文为保存金银花种源植物的遗传多样性和进一步培育新品种提供了基础.     

5种忍冬属植物种子扫描电镜观察

应用扫描电镜对5种忍冬属植物种子的微形态进行观察、照相和定性描述.依据种子表皮纹饰特征,5种忍冬属植物种子可分为2种纹饰类型:网状纹饰和孔状纹饰;同时,详细观察和描述种子形态和纹饰,编制忍冬属植物分种的种子检索表.研究结果可为忍冬属的分类、种质资源保育和良种选育提供理论依据.     

蓝靛果忍冬利用价值研究进展

作为一种新兴小浆果树种,蓝靛果忍冬具有广阔的发展前景.系统地介绍了蓝靛果忍冬的抗氧化性能、医疗保健价值及开发利用现状,并对存在的问题、发展前景与未来的研究方向做了简要说明.研究结果对蓝靛果忍冬的产业化发展、规模化培育及可持续利用具有指导意义.     

金银花生产与发展概况

<正> 《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部,收载忍冬科植物忍冬(L.japonicaThunb.)、红腺忍冬(L.hypoglauca Mig.)、山银花(L.confusa DC.)或毛花柱忍冬(L.dysystyla Rehd.)4种为法定药用金银花正品,以其干燥的花蕾或带初开的花入药。其性味甘、寒,具有清热解毒,凉散风热之功能。用于“痈肿疔疮、喉痹、丹毒、热血毒痢、风热感冒、瘟病发热”等症,应用历史悠久,是常用大宗药材。特别是世界乃至我国发生的“非典型肺炎(SARS)”,使得金银花价格飚     

小花忍冬叶提取物的抗氧化活性

通过T-AOC法、DPPH法、Fenton法体外抗氧化试验,对小花忍冬叶乙醇提取物的各个萃取部位进行抗氧化活性研究.结果表明,小花忍冬叶5种提取物均具有不同程度的抗氧化活性,乙酸乙酯部分羟自由基清除活性最强,IC_(50)值为67.0μg/mL;清除DPPH·自由基IC_(50)为7.2μg/mL,均高于对照Vc.研究结果提示小花忍冬叶乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部分具有很强的抗氧化活性,可作为一种新型的天然抗氧化剂和自由基清除剂,具有良好的开发前景.     

中国东南部忍冬属一新种

描述了中国忍冬科Caprifoliaceae忍冬属Lonicera的一新种——无毛忍冬L.omissa,并附有线描图和彩色照片.该种形态上接近于淡红忍冬L.acuminata Wall.和无毛淡红忍冬L.acuminata Wall.var.depilataP.S.Hsu et H.J.Wang,不同于前者之处在于植物体完全无毛或仅叶柄有少数糙毛,叶片下面常带粉绿色,花冠淡黄色转橙黄色,花药长为花丝的1/5～1/4,花柱全部被毛;与后者不同在于叶片通常卵状矩圆形、狭椭圆形或卵形,先端急尖或短渐尖,花序梗较粗短,长0～0.5(～2)cm,花冠淡黄色转橙黄色,花柱全部被毛.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
