在酸性条件下,甲醛与高锰酸钾能够产生较弱的化学发光,而盐酸米托蒽醌能够大大地增强该化学发光强度.在一定浓度范围内,增加的发光强度与盐酸米托蒽醌的浓度呈良好的线性关系.由此建立了一种测定盐酸米托蒽醌的流动注射化学发光新方法,方法的检出限为6·4μg/L(IUPAC),线性范围为0·01~1·0mg/L,对0·5mg/L盐酸米托蒽醌平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为2·8%.  相似文献

在碱性条件下,盐酸肼屈嗪对鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光体系有强烈的增敏作用.结合流动注射技术,建立了流动注射化学发光测定盐酸肼屈嗪的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,测定盐酸肼屈嗪的线性范围为2.0×10-8 mol/L~1.0×10-6 mol/L,检出限为4×10-9 mol/L,对于浓度为6.0×10-7 mol/L的盐酸肼屈嗪连续测定11次,测定值的相对标准偏差为1.6%,以片剂为基体,用标准加入法检验方法的回收率,测得结果为99.1%~100.8%.该方法用于盐酸肼屈嗪片剂中盐酸肼屈嗪的定量分析,结果满意.  相似文献

在碱性介质中,盐酸小檗碱对CoSO4-H2O2-NaHCO3体系所产生的弱化学发光,具有明显的增敏作用。据此,拟定了一种测定盐酸小檗碱的流动注射化学发光法。方法的线性范围为2.0×10-7~1.0×10-5mol·L-1,检出限为8.1×10-8mol·L-1。对2.0×10-6mol·L-1的盐酸小檗碱标准溶液进行9次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.2%。该法可用于胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定。对该化学发光反应机理进行了讨论。  相似文献

用紫外分光光度法测定了胶囊中盐酸托莫西汀的含量,检测波长270nm.盐酸托莫西汀在0.0400g/L~0.2000g/L的范围内,其紫外吸收值与浓度呈线性关系,回归方程为y=0.1901x-0.0027,R=0.9999平均回收率为100.03%,RSD为0.66%(n=9).方法操作简便快速,准确度高,测定结果与HPLC法相符.  相似文献

在酸性介质中,Fe3+-过氧化氢体系生成羟基自由基,强氧化活性的羟基自由基与邻氨基酚产生化学发光反应,罗丹明6G能够增敏化学发光信号,为测定邻氨基酚的含量,建立了灵敏的流动注射化学发光分析法.研究了影响化学发光的各种因素,探讨了可能的机理.邻氨基酚浓度在1.0×10 4~1.0×10 2、1.0×10 2~7.0×10 1和7.0×10 1~3.0×100g/L范围内与化学发光信号强度值呈良好的线性关系,检测限为(3σ)3.0×10 5g/L.对1.0×10 3g/L的没食子酸溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为3.9%.应用本方法测定模拟样品中邻氨基酚的含量,进行了加标回收实验,结果满意.  相似文献

报道了用低压离子色谱分离Cr(Ⅵ),Cr(Ⅵ)与K4Fe(CN)6反应生成K3Fe(CN)6再与Luminol化学发光偶合检测Cr(Ⅵ).荧光素对此化学发光反应有增敏作用.优化条件下,Cr(Ⅵ)浓度与化学发光强度在6·0×10-9-2·8×10-7g·mL-1范围内成正比(r=0·9964).选定Cr(Ⅵ)浓度为1·6×10-7g·mL-1,进行5次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1·24%.检出限(3σ)2·0×10-9g·mL-1,检测灵敏度与二苯碳酰二肼光度法相当.用于江水中Cr(Ⅵ)测定与标准方法无显著差异.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
