荧光染色观察钝节拟丽藻中无丝分裂的研究

用DAPI荧光染色法对处于不同生长时期钝节拟丽藻(Nitellopsis obtuse)的节间,小枝,苞片,节部及假根中细胞的细胞核的分裂方式进行了研究,发现无丝分裂是钝节拟丽藻藻体细胞核的唯一分裂方式.在细胞核无丝分裂过程中,染色质不发生浓缩,不形成染色体,核膜不解体,核的分裂部位不定,产生的子核大小,形状各异.     

贵州轮藻植物资料

首次报道贵州轮藻植物资料,计有:丽藻属16种,1个变种,鸟巢藻属2种,拟丽藻属1种,灯枝藻属1种,轮藻属13种,2个变种.     

新疆轮藻新分类群

本文报导了1989年夏,国家环境保护局全国水生物调查组,在新疆境内采到的16个轮藻标本,2属(轮藻属和丽藻属)、8种中的两个新种:阿尔泰轮藻Chara aertaiensis Diao,sp.nov。和乌紫轮藻 Chara atropurpura Diao,sp. nov. 新疆轮藻的种类组成和内地不同。     

内蒙古的轮藻植物

本文总结了内蒙古的轮藻植物,计有2属,13种和5变种,其中无色丽藻多枝变种Nitella hyalina(D.C.)Agardh var.ramulosa Ling,Qiu et Xie为新变种,细刺轮藻Chara tenuispina Braun为我国新记录。     

现代轮藻地理分布的基本规律的探讨

在地球上的轮藻已知的约有410种,分隶于6个属,即丽藻属(Nitella),拟丽藻属(Nitellopsis),鸟巢藻属(Tolypella),灯枝藻属(Lgchnothamnus).丽枝藻属(Lamprothamnium)和轮藻属(Chara).根据每个种地理分布的统计结果,发现现代轮藻的地理分布有5条基本规律:(1)世界种占有较高的百分比;(2)孤立地区的特有种比较丰富;(3)中国西南地区的地理成分特别复杂;(4)南北两半球的亚热带地区种数最多;(5)结构简单的分类群多分布于南北球.     

福建丽藻属二新种

本文报导了丽藻属的二新种。分别定名为异分枝丽藻(Nitella heterofurcata和穗枝丽藻(Nitella spicata),前者采自福建邵武下沙乡,后者采自福建尤溪双鲤乡。     

山西省的轮藻植物

山西省轮藻植物迄今尚未有过报导。我们自1979年至1984年鉴定了山西的轮藻标本,共得4属、12种及4变种,即轮藻属(9种4变种),丽藻属(1种),鸟巢藻属(1种),拟丽藻属(1种)。其中山西轮藻为一新种,波罗的轮藻北方变种为一新变种,其余的均为山西省的新纪录。本文是中国轮藻志的部分工作,文中对新种及新变种有详细的描述、记载、讨论并附图。     

抚仙湖轮藻植物的时空格局

轮藻是一类大型沉水藻类植物,喜生长于含钙质丰富的硬水和透明度较高的水中.抚仙湖是我国典型的高原深水湖泊,为了解其轮藻植物群落结构及时空格局特征,2005 2011年对抚仙湖沉水植物进行了调查.在抚仙湖共采集沉水植物12种,其中轮藻植物2种：轮藻Charasp.和丽藻Nitellasp..抚仙湖轮藻植物平均生物量约为11...     

云南轮藻植物研究

云南共有轮藻植物５属４８种（包括变种和变型）．在种类组成中，丽藻属最多，轮藻属次之，其它３属的种类较少分布特点具有热带、亚热带性质；区系属于印度一马来西亚，但鸟巢藻属、拟丽藻属、松藻属的地理分布带有地中海沿岸区系的成分。云南轮藻某些种类在形态上存在的差异显示了系统发育的间断性，同时，它们在形态上所具有的一些共同点，反映了在其进化过程中的连续性．     

乳突丽藻(Nitella papillata)的核型分析

本文以乳突丽藻(Nitella papillata Han et al W．Q．Chen)雄配子体的藏精器为材料,观察了乳突丽藻的核型．其染色体基数n=9,分裂间期细胞核的直径变化范围是11．0～13．5μm,染色体长度介于1．83～4．82μm之间,宽度为0．87μm．第9条和其他8条在相对长度和着丝粒的位置上有较大差异,其核型公式为n=x=8m T．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
