压电电压反馈控制在异形销孔镗削中的应用   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
依据异形销孔加工的现状,采用压电陶瓷驱动的柔性铰链机构实现镗刀的径向微位移.根据活塞异形销孔几何特征和压电陶瓷驱动器控制精度高、刚性好和高频响特点及其具有的传感功能,提出了压电电压反馈的控制系统,并在该系统中引入重复控制和干扰通道的开环前馈控制,从而提高了系统的稳定性和跟踪精度.实验表明,加工精度可达3μm.  相似文献

解决非轴对称曲面的车削加工控制中压陶瓷伺服刀架的滞后问题,消除加工中的滞后误差,在分析压电陶瓷刀具迟滞缺点的基础上建立了3种消除迟滞误差的前馈控制数据模型,即:升压模型,峰值降压模型及任意点降压模型,用这些数字模型进行补偿加工实验,最大位移误差为0.05um,补偿前后的加工精度对比表明,采用前馈控制补偿的加工方法能够大大降低加工中的迟滞误差,提高非轴对称曲面的加工精度。  相似文献

设计了一种压电式微位移补偿机构.采用压电陶瓷作为微位移驱动器,柔性铰链为导向机构,对传统电机驱动的丝杠螺母进给工作台运动位置进行自动补偿,实现了工作台二次精密定位.提高工作台的定位精度。设计的柔性铰链微位移放大器.可使工作台定位精度达0.01μm.满足许多精密、超精密加工场合需要。  相似文献

提出一种新型活塞异形销孔数控加工方法,采用一个基于压电陶瓷驱动的柔性铰链放大机构来实现镗刀的径向微位移.分析了放大机构的工作原理,提出了一种查表与实时检测相结合的控制方法.建立了消除压电陶瓷驱动器磁滞特性的数学模型,分析了柔性铰链刚度参数的设计方法及柔性铰链机构的动态特性.  相似文献

推导了压电陶瓷等效刚度和驱动力的表达式.考虑胶层及预压弹簧的影响,将压电陶瓷简化为等效驱动力作用下的弹簧,设计了共振式压电驱动器.建立了共振式电驱动器的动力学模型,并进行了共振式压电驱动器原理性实验验证.实验与理论分析结果误差在10%以内,结果表明等效弹簧模型在低频范围内能够较为准确地模拟压电陶瓷的动力学特性.共振式压电驱动器可以显著放大压电陶瓷的位移,克服压电陶瓷输出位移小的缺点,有较为广阔的用途.  相似文献

为提高凸轮磨削的加工精度, 减小凸轮的轮廓误差, 并进一步提高磨削系统的鲁棒性, 采用了新的误差补偿方法--仿形跟踪误差补偿, 将实际的仿形跟踪误差值补偿到X 轴的给定数值序列。运用Matlab 搭建了两轴联动反馈系统, 并设计模糊PID(Proportional-Integral-Derivative)控制器以实现对系统的在线补偿。采用一种形状较难加工的凸轮片作为实验对象验证补偿效果和控制器的性能。仿真实验结果表明, 该方法不仅能有效减小凸轮的轮廓误差, 简化了计算过程, 并且使系统的响应速度加快, 与传统PID 控制器相比还具有较好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

利用逆压电效应可以研制各种驱动器.将片状的压电陶瓷(PZT)作为驱动器,对称地粘贴到梁的上下表面,在极性相反的外部电场的作用下,使驱动构件发生弯曲变形.在推导了粘贴有PZT压电驱动片梁的弯曲应变分布表达式的基础上,通过分析驱动片的纵横应变分布,提出了用横向定向加固的方法使压电陶瓷驱动元件表现出明显的正交异性,从而提高了压电驱动的效率,最后通过实验进行了对比验证.  相似文献

为了提高基于压电陶瓷驱动的3-PPSR并联微动机器人的定位精度,将一种电容式微位移传感器集成于并联机构上,采用六点式测量法同时得到并联机器人末端六个自由度的位姿.使用微位移循环修正法进行误差分析和补偿,确定初始误差并在此基础上提出了有效的误差补偿方法.在已有的压电陶瓷闭环控制的基础上,利用测量所得的并联机构末端位姿作为反馈信号,采用模糊PID控制法实现了整个机构的闭环控制.  相似文献

钢顶铝裙活塞是铁路内燃机车发动机的现役活塞品种之一,活塞裙外圆轮廓的加工精度能否保证,直接影响着发动机的性能.为此,一些生产厂家选用PTC-Ⅱ型中凸变椭圆数控车床一"软靠模"数控机床,以代替较早的"硬靠模"仿形加工车床,即活塞轮廓形状全部由高频响伺服刀架代替机械仿形,避免或减少了由于惯性、间隙、摩擦等原因造成的传动误差,大大提高了活塞裙的加工精度.但是其加工的稳定性是一个关键性问题.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
