以硝酸锶、硝酸钡、钛酸四丁酯、氨水、柠檬酸为前驱体原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备超细Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3(BST)陶瓷粉体,详细研究了柠檬酸量、溶液pH值、分散剂、热处理温度对BST粉体粒径的影响。结果表明:通过控制前驱体溶液pH值可以得到均匀的溶胶。当溶液的pH值为7,分散剂含量为2.5 ml,热处理温度为800℃时,得到了性能较好的BST粉体。相比于传统工艺,热处理温度大大降低,粉体粒度分布较窄,平均粒径约为100 nm。  相似文献

以国产Ba和Sr醋酸盐为主要原材料,采用Sol-Gel技术制备了稳定性极好的(Ba0.73Sr0.27)TiO3(BST27)溶胶-凝胶.研究了BST27溶胶-凝胶的化学和热反应过程.用透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析BST27溶胶可知,其接触达到分子级水平且混合相当均匀.研究结果证明以乙二醇单乙醚为主要溶剂配制BST27溶胶制备BST27铁电薄膜可降低其合成温度,同时也避免了中间相的产生.  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯、醋酸钡、醋酸锶为原料,乙二醇甲醚为溶剂,采用溶胶凝胶法按Ba:Sr=0.65:0.35的组分要求制备了(BaxSr1-x,)TiO3粉体.应用FT-IR、X射线、DTA/TGA等分析手段,研究了Sol—Gel方法制备BST粉体过程中的物理化学过程及其晶化行为.实验结果表明:在BST凝胶中,COO-部分进入了凝胶的空间网络结构,起到一种中间连接体的作用;粉体在750℃时,完全晶化.  相似文献

以硝酸钡、硝酸锶、钛酸丁酯及氨水为原料,首次用酒石酸和乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)作为复合螯合剂,采用有机前驱体低温燃烧法制备了Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3(BST)纳米粉体.采用XRD、TEM分析了粉体的相结构及形貌.结果表明,溶液pH值为7、金属离子与酒石酸物质的量之比为1:1.5的前驱体在较低的温度(650℃)熬处理0.5 h,得到结晶良好、纯度高、平均粒径约为40 nm的BST粉体.  相似文献

以醋酸锶、醋酸钡和钛酸四丁酯为前驱体原料,采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)法,利用旋转涂覆工艺,在不同基底上制备组分为摩尔分数xBa= 0.65, xSr=0.35的(Ba0.65,Sr0.35)TiO3薄膜.用XRD和SEM分析薄膜的组成和表面形貌,研究基底材料对BST薄膜晶化行为及结构的影响.结果表明,经650℃热处理后,BST薄膜在硅基底上已基本形成ABO3型钙钛矿结构,晶粒发育较好,表面光滑致密;BST薄膜与硅基底的晶格匹配度比与玻璃和刚玉基底高;经刚玉粉处理过的硅基底和镀有ZnO薄膜的硅基底能够在一定程度上诱导薄膜生长.  相似文献

以醋酸钡和钛酸丁酯基特殊前驱体为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备钛酸钡锶(Ba0.8Sr0.2)TiO3(BST0.8)铁电薄膜,研究了组织结构、微观形貌和光致发光性能.结果表明,非晶BST0.8铁电薄膜表面表现为尺寸约为20 nm左右的岛状结构,光滑致密,无裂纹和孔洞等缺陷,1μm2表面粗糙度约为1.74 am.激发波长为450nm时,在室温环境下非晶BST0.8薄膜在波长520~610 nm处发出强烈的可见光,峰值为540~570 nm,结晶态的BST0.8薄膜无发光现象.非晶BST0.8薄膜在波长330~900 nm范围表现为极高的透过率,光学透过率大于80%,最高峰值达93%.  相似文献

应用传统的陶瓷制备工艺制备Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3陶瓷靶材,讨论了Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3陶瓷靶材的最佳工艺条件.用XRD衍射仪分析了预烧粉料的物相结构,并结合热失重(TG)分析确定了BST(70/30)粉料的预烧温度,用SEM观察了Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3陶瓷靶材在不同烧结温度下的显微结构,用Agilent 4294A精密阻抗分析仪测得BST靶材的介电性能,用Precise-Workshop测试BST靶材的铁电性能.实验结果表明,采用传统的陶瓷制备工艺制得晶粒较为均匀、结构致密的Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3陶瓷靶材的最佳工艺条件为:在940℃预烧2h,13000C烧结2h.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
