目的:建立石墨炉法测定膨松剂中微量铝的方法.方法:用湿法消解和微波消解法消解样品,在257.4nm共振线,应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定膨松剂中痕量铝.结果:湿法消解和微波消解法均适用于石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铝的质量浓度,本方法的定量限(LOQ):22.3μg/L,线性范围是:6.0~200μg/L,加标回收实验的回收率92%~108%.结论:该方法准确、可靠,灵敏度好,可满足膨松剂中微量铝的测定.  相似文献

【目的】制备密闭微波消解样品,建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定亚热带水果中铅的方法。【方法】样品经硝酸消解,所得溶液蒸发浓缩后定容至25mL,取适量用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定,并优化微波消解条件和仪器测定条件,对各种最佳分析条件进行探讨和验证。【结果】在最佳工艺条件下,铅的校准曲线在0~8.0μg/L范围内呈线性,方法检出限为1.247μg/L,相对标准偏差为4.7%,回收率为95.0%~102.0%。用标准物质进行对照,其测定值均在给定的标准值范围内。【结论】该方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高、回收率和重复性好等特点,适合亚热带水果中铅含量的测定。  相似文献

尝试用微波消解的方法代替传统的消解方法,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)代替常用的原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定土壤中的铅含量.结果表明,微波消解-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法不仅可以避免传统消解方法中费时长、污染重和消化样品中的铅易流失等缺点,而且检出限为6μg/kg,接近石墨炉原子吸收光谱法的5μg/kg,远低于火焰原子吸收光谱法.本方法的重现性好,对6种土壤样品的测定,其相对偏差(RSD)为3.4%~6.5%(n=21),回收率为88.7%~111.2%.  相似文献

研究了采用微波消解技术作为前处理方式,确定了消解试剂和微波条件.利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,就若干种食品(茶叶,酱油等)中的铅微量元素进行测定.实验通过选用不同基体改进剂消除干扰.建立了食品中微量铅的测定方法.该方法的线性范围为0.6-100.0μg/L,线性回归方程为A=0.0462C+0.00582(C:μg/L),其相关系数r=0.986.以三倍标准偏差计算出方法检出限为0.2μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)7%.样品回收率在98.33%-105.85%之间.该方法可用于常用食品中微量铅的测定.  相似文献

本文采用微波消解绿茶样品,利用石墨炉原子吸收法测定市售几种知名绿茶中的镉、铅的含量。实验结果表明不同省份的绿茶中镉、铅含量有不同的分布规律,其中浙江省西湖龙井茶中的镉和铅的检出限分别为0.067和1.05μg/L,回收率分别81.11~116.23%和87.05~118.68%。相对标准偏差分别3.2~5.9%和3.1~5.5%。该方法分析速度快,结果准确,适合测定绿茶中的镉和铅。  相似文献

采用密闭式微波消解仪,降低了消化过程可能的样品元素损失。利用石墨炉原子吸收法对陕西柿饼中锌、钴的含量进行测定。1600mg/L PdCl_2+2%抗坏血酸溶液10μL作为基体改进剂,经氘灯背景校正,测定钴和锌含量,回收率分别在96.2%~102.4%和89.2%~107.8%之间,方法的相对标准偏差分别为6.1%和8.2%,检出限分别为0.50ng/mL和1.0μg/mL,该法具有方便、快捷、灵敏、稳定、干扰低优点,适于样品中锌钴的分析测定。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
