利用介孔分子筛MCM-41内孔壁表面的硅羟基,成功地将酰胺基团嫁接天介孔材料的孔壁上,并通过该官能团与铜离子形成配位键,合成了Cu(Ⅱ)复合物修饰的MCM-41新材料。通过XRD、BET、SEM-EDX、ICP和TG等手段对该杂化材料进行了表征。结果表明,修饰过的MCM-41的有序度降低,比表面积和孔容都有所下降;而铜离子均匀分布在有机-无机杂化材料中。  相似文献

以表面Mol比很低(xsurf/xSiO2=0.07)的阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和阴离子表面活性剂(SL)的混合水溶液为模板,以具有Y沸石次级结构单元的溶胶为前驱体,在碱性条件下合成了孔道结构类似于MCM-41的介孔分子筛,样品的XRD、FT—IR、N2吸附-脱附、SEM等表征表明合成的介孔分子筛是孔壁含Y沸石次级结构单元的六角相结构,该介孔分子筛的孔壁厚于常规水热方法得到的MCM-41材料的孔壁,它的形貌有别于常规水热方法得到的MCM—41的疏松形貌,为网状交叉结构。对样品水热稳定性的考察显示,在600℃ 100%水蒸气下处理10h,仍然可以保持其中孔结构。  相似文献

在碱性条件下,用工业原料和水热法合成了不同硅铝比的Al—MCM—41中孔分子筛,用X射线衍射分析研究了合成时间,晶化温度,n(Si)/n(Al)对MCM-41结构的影响,结果表明,T=120℃,t=24h可以合成晶形较好的Al—MCM—41,通过IR,吡啶-TPD和Al含量分析等手段说明了Al进入分子筛骨架。  相似文献

以ZSM 5沸石分子筛为原始硅铝源,在碱性条件下,通过水热法合成出了孔壁含有ZSM 5预结构单元的MCM 41介孔分子筛。采用XRD、N2 吸附脱附、FT IR和NH3 TPD等表征手段对样品进行分析,结果表明该分子筛是含有ZSM 5 沸石预结构单元的六方晶相结构,该介孔分子筛的孔壁明显厚于常规方法合成的MCM 41,具有较高的水热稳定性和较强的酸性。  相似文献

MCM-41中孔分子筛具有极高的BET比表面积、均一的中孔结构等特点,可广泛用于催化、吸附脱附、分离和传感技术等领域。从合成方法、合成条件的影响、辅助添加剂对分子筛的改性以及合成机理等方面对MCM-41中孔分子筛的研究进展进行了综述。着重分析了MCM-41中孔分子筛的水热稳定性差、酸性弱等问题,并提出了相应的解决方法,重点介绍了MCM-41中孔分子筛增大孔径的几种方法-改变合成条件、添加增孔剂、水热合成后处理、改换模板剂等。对MCM-41中孔分子筛在石油化工催化领域中的应用现状及前景进行了分析,提出了应在改善MCM-41中孔分子筛的热稳定性及水热稳定性、开发合成更大孔径分子筛、研究新型模板剂等方面加强研究。  相似文献

目的 用γ 氨丙基修饰的介孔分子筛MCM 41合成几种配合物并进行了组装。方法 通过XRD,UV Vis,IR对合成的配合物表征。结果 过渡金属Mn(Ⅲ),Fe(Ⅲ)的N,N 双 5 溴水杨醛缩乙二胺(5Br H2salen),N,N 双 5 溴水杨醛缩邻苯二胺(5Br H2salphen),N,N 双 5 氯水杨醛缩邻苯二胺(5Cl H2salphen)的Schiff碱配合物[FeCl(5Br salen)]·H2O,[MnCl(5Br salen)]·H2O,[FeCl(5Br salphen)]·H2O和[MnCl(5Cl salphen)]·H2O组装进入了MCM 41分子筛。结论 γ 氨丙基修饰了的介孔分子筛MCM 41有利于希夫碱配合物的组装。  相似文献

采用水热法合成出不同硅锆摩尔比的Zr - MCM - 41介孔分子筛,采用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、TEM等方法进行表征.将Zr - MCM -41介孔分子筛用H2SO4溶液修饰得到SO2-/Zr - MCM -41,结果表明:合成的样品具有典型的MCM -41六方介孔结构,随着硅锆摩尔比的减小,样品比表面积和孔体积减小,硅锆摩尔比为5时,介孔骨架趋向混乱,MCM - 41介孔结构难以生成;SO24-/Zr - MCM - 41对苯酚与叔丁醇的烷基化反应有较高的催化活性,随反应温度升高,对4-TBP的选择性增加,而对2,4 - DTBP的选择性降低.叔丁醇与苯酚摩尔比为2、空速为2h-1、反应时间为2h、反应温度为140℃时,苯酚转化率达到82.9%.  相似文献

合成了Zn–酞菁化合物,通过水热法将酞菁化合物负载在MCM–41介孔分子筛中。利用FT–IR、UV–vis–Nir、XRD、FESEM、TEM及N2吸附–脱附仪对酞菁负载后的样品进行了表征。研究结果表明:较高浓度Zn–酞菁能够负载到介孔分子筛中,并且随着酞菁配合物浓度的增加,介孔分子筛孔道的有序性及结晶度都提高。  相似文献

以硅酸钠为硅前驱物,硫酸锆为锆源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,分别通过微波辐射法和水热法进行ZrMCM -41介孔分子筛的合成.采用X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、透射电子显微镜和比表面积孔径测定等测试手段对样品进行表征,同时研究了合成的ZrMCM -41介孔分子筛的稳定性.结果表明:采用两种不同方法所合成的样品都具有典型的MCM -41介孔分子筛结构,比表面积分别为891.96和830.35 m2/g,平均孔径为2.56和2.47 nm;所合成的ZrMCM -41介孔分子筛,经750 ℃焙烧3 h或经100 ℃水热处理6 d 后,仍然具有介孔结构,但介孔有序性变差.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
