以甲醇-[乙酸-水(2%,V/V)]为流动相,用RP—TLC确定了1,1′-二烷基-乙酰基二茂铁RP—HPLC的分离条件.两系列同系物的Ru、lgk′分别与两个茂环上烷基碳原子数及流动相中甲醇的含量成线性关系;在同类异构体中,对于相同碳数的烷基,支链烷基取代物的保留值小于直链烷基取代物;当两个茂环上烷基相同,取代位置不同时,β-异构体的保留值小于弘异构体,表明β-异构体比α-异构体极性大.  相似文献

用反相高效液相色谱技术分离和测定了7种烷基取代酚、多酚的烷基取代物.经比较不同流动相体系的分离效果,选用三元流动相体系甲醇:乙腈:水最为理想.测定了几种酚类化合物的定量校正因子,确定了不同反应条件下得到的几种酚类混合物样品中各组分的质量百分比.同时获得了在一定的实验条件下,烷基取代酚的 lnk′_1 与碳数 n 间存在着良好的线性关系,lnk′_2 与二元流动相(甲醇:水)的百分比之间也有较好的线性关系.  相似文献

利用灰色理论的GM(1,1)模型研究了5-二甲胺萘-1-磺基胺盐酸盐的同第少在不同组成流动相的反相高效液相色谱中的保留值与取代基碳原子数的关系。根据不同色谱条件下所建立的数学模型,计算和预测了6Dns胺同系物在6种不同流动相组成色谱系统中的保留值k‘,并用相同的方法计算和预测了烷基取代苯和氨基苯甲酸酯系列物的液相色谱保留值。计算和预测值的相对偏差小于3%,误差率高,预测精度比献的预测结果好。  相似文献

用NMR考察了甲醇,乙酯,四氢呋喃,丙酮、1,4-二氧六环与水混合溶液的化学位移,提出了计算反相液相色谱流动相强度的计算公式:f=φ/V*n1/δi,式中f为流动相强度,φ为流动相中有机改性剂的体积百分娄秋有机改性剂的摩尔分子体积,ni为改性剂中与碳原子相连的等价质子数,δi为有机改性剂中与碳原子相连的氢原子的化学位移。由于式得到的流动相强度值,用于不同体系之间流动相的等强度交换,获得满意结果,对  相似文献

建立了较完整的估计重油和沥青中饱和碳浓度数方法,其中包括环烷桥头碳、环烷甲基取代碳、环烷烷基(≥C2)取代碳等。基于理论分析,建立了估计环间的桥链和各种平均结构参数的方法,包括平均芳环环核数和环烷环环核数、芳环和环烷环烷工取代度、单元片上芳环和环烷环数。从实验数据出发,提出了烷基链长分布的公式。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
