水稻光温敏核不育系不育性表达的同步性研究

以农垦５８Ｓ、７００１Ｓ、５０４７Ｓ、Ｗ６１５４Ｓ、ＫＳ９、培矮６４Ｓ、安农１Ｓ和５４６０Ｓ８个不同类型的水稻光温敏核不育系为材料，在广州（２３°０８′Ｎ）盛夏７月～８月份对各不育系的不育性表达进行了系统的比较研究，并对育性转换的同步性进行了观察。结果表明，不育性表达的同步性以安农１Ｓ和７００１Ｓ较好，群体不育性整齐，其他６个不育系的不育性表达的同步性较差，株间、株内穗间、穗内颖花间的花粉育性差异显著或极显著。连续单株套袋对降低株间、株内颖花间的花粉育性差异效果不大。遗传纯合的不育系单株间、株内颖花间的育性转换是不完全同步的。不育同步性可作为评价光温敏核不育系优劣的一个重要指标     

东方百合杂交系部分栽培品种的遗传多样性分析

利用125条多态性随机引物对市场上具有代表性的10个东方百合杂交系栽培品种的遗传多样性进行了分析.结果表明：在125条引物中，30条引物能够扩增出多态性片段，引物多态性比例为24%.引物扩增片段数目从3到13条，其中S223可以完全区分10个供试品种.UPGMA法聚类结果表明，10个供试品种之间遗传距离为0.0930～05349，10个供试品种在相似系数0.57处可以分为3类，品种之间遗传变异比较丰富.其中Bernini和Tiber的遗传距离是0.0930，推测两者杂交亲本十分相近；而Aktiva与其它     

野栽远缘杂交来源的反向温敏核雄性不育系不育性遗传研究

利用3个来源于野生稻与栽培稻杂交后代的反向温敏不育系R6S、N13S、Tb7S为材料,开展了反向温敏不育系不育性遗传研究,结果表明反向温敏不育系N13S的育性是细胞核内1对隐性基因控制的;Tb7S的育性是受隐性核基因控制的,F2代的育性分离比为9∶7,不育性状表现为2对基因的独立遗传;R6S的F2代育性分离比为37∶27,受细胞核内的3个隐性基因位点分别位于不同染色体上而通过互补作用的独立遗传.为进一步分离、定位及克隆有关这些反向温敏不育基因及发展分子标记辅助选择选育反向温敏不育系奠定了良好的遗传学基础.     

水稻光温敏核不育系4112S和YW-2S的开花习性观察

通过对水稻光温敏核不育系4112S和YW-2S的开花习性的观察,发现这两个不育系具有开花集中,颖花开颖时间长,张颖角度大,柱头外露率高,柱头生命力不太长且下降快等特点．并就其高产稳产的制种技术措施进行了讨论．     

水稻光敏与温敏核不育基因之间互作效应与利用研究

选育不育期败育彻底、不育性稳定的光、温敏不育系是目前两系法杂交稻制种安全可靠的重要保证.本研究利用光敏不育系7001S与安全型温敏不育系广博S,广培S杂交,将农垦58S光敏不育基因与安农S温敏不育基因重组在一起.进行了重组体的不育性和不育稳定性研究.安农S核不育基因使得重组型光敏不育系的不育性变得非常稳定,不同来源的重组型光敏不育系互交杂种F2代光敏不育株率达70%以上,容易从中筛选到不育起点温度低的重组型光敏不育系.将光敏不育基因回交转移到广博S和广培S中,得到与广博S或广培S相似的重组型光敏不育系光广博S,光广培S,其不育起点温度提高.用光广博S(或光广培S)为父本与广博S(或广培S)杂交产生了不育起点温度极低的温敏不育F1代;用广博S与其重组型温敏不育近等基因系光温广博S杂交,其F1代不育起点温度也很低.研究表明,光敏不育基因与温敏不育基因重组,能够解决光敏不育系难获得和败育不彻底的问题;短日高温下,光敏不育性对温敏不育性表现上位作用;控制农垦58S不育类型不育起点温度表达的遗传因子与安农S不育类型的很可能不同,建立安全型温敏不育系的带有光敏不育基因的近等基因系(重组型光敏不育系或者重组型光温敏不育系),用其作为父本与安全型温敏不育系杂交,其F1代可代替安全型温敏不育系用于生产.

水稻温敏核不育系HD9802S不育性遗传的初步观察

以水稻温敏核不育系HD9802S配组的HD9802S／湘早92和HD9802S／荆楚15的F1和F2代为材料,对这两个杂交早籼稻组合F2群体的花粉育性进行了观察分析．结果表明,F2群体中可育株数和不育株数经卡平方测验符合3：1的理论比例,初步确定温敏核不育系HD9802S的雄性不育性由一对主效隐性核基因控制;同时根据F2群体花粉育性表现出连续分布的特征,推测其雄性不育性还受其他微效基因的影响。     

水稻光温敏雄性不育基因连锁标记的分离与鉴定

两系法杂交稻是一种利用水稻杂种优势的重要途径，主要依据水稻光温敏雄性不育系在不同条件下的育性转换用于配制杂交种．以培矮64S(PTGMS)与明恢63杂种自交的F2代为供试材料，采用随机放大多态性DNA(RAPD)技术分离与培矮64S的PTGMS基因连锁的分子标记．在F2代2个分别代表可育和不育的群体以及亲本株系中，采用100个RAPD引物扩放基因组DNA筛选多态性DNA片段．RAPD引物S8产生的DNA片段中，除重复顺序外，有一个长度为0．85kb片段为单拷贝．分子杂交表明，这一单拷贝标记与培矮64S的PTGMS基因连锁．     

优质早籼不育系HD9802S不育基因tms5的遗传分析及应用研究

tms5是从温敏核不育系安农S-1中鉴定到的不育基因.为验证tms5也是控制不育系HD9802S育性的关键基因,将R287中野生型TMS5基因通过农杆菌介导的转基因方法导入HD9802S中,通过转基因T0代植株育性观察及T1代单株的共分离检测,互补实验从遗传上证明不育系HD9802S不育基因即是tms5.同时本研究通过基因编辑的方法敲除R287中TMS5基因,转基因T0代单株在高温下表现为不育,说明选择合适的受体材料,通过基因编辑技术敲除TMS5基因可以创建新的不育系.

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
