研究了MgO细粉的加入对Al2O3-尖晶石系浇注料性能的影响.在110℃×24h烘干,1 500℃×3h烧成制度下,通过改变基质中MgO细粉的加入量,对材料物理性能和力学性能进行测试.结果表明3%~5%MgO细粉的加入能显著改善Al2O3-尖晶石系浇注料的综合烧结性能如显气孔率15%~17%;体积密度3.01~3.03 g/cm3,;耐压强度和抗折强度分别高达104~115 MPa和12.5~14.5 MPa;当MgO细粉的加入量大于5%时,由于材料线变化率和显气孔率的过度增大,引起材料结构的松散,导致材料强度的降低和抗渣性能的下降如显气孔率大于20%;体积密度小于2.90 g/cm3,;耐压强度和抗折强度则分别小于100 MPa和11MPa.  相似文献

以各种粒径的棕刚玉、白刚玉(<0.047mm)、镁砂细粉和α-Al2O3为主要原料,铝凝胶粉为结合剂,研究了了Cr2O3粉加入量对精炼钢包铝镁不烧砖线变化率、抗折强度、耐压强度、显气孔率、体积密度和高温抗折强度的影响,并借助XRD和SEM研究了不烧砖的物相组成和显微结构.结果表明:随着Cr2O3粉加入量的增加,材料烘干后的显气孔率降低,体积密度上升,而强度变化不明显;高温处理后,当Cr2O3加入量为超过1%后,材料的抗折耐压强度逐渐降低;高温抗折强度也是先增大、后降低.本实验条件下,Cr2O3粉加入量在1%时,不烧砖的性能较好.  相似文献

以碳化硼微粉作为原料,选用SiC和C为烧结助剂,研究了SiC和C对无压烧结B4C材料的体积密度、硬度、抗折强度和断裂韧性等性能的影响.结果表明,最佳烧结温度为1975℃,保温时间是30min.SiC和C的质量分数对材料密度、硬度和抗折强度的影响都是先增大后减小.烧结助剂SiC和C的最佳添加量分别为6%和5%(质量分数)时,得到相应的无压烧结B4C陶瓷材料的最佳力学性能:体积密度为2.45g/cm3,维氏硬度为35GPa,抗折强度为240MPa,断裂韧性为3.0MPa.m1/2  相似文献

研究了利用粘土、SiC为主要原料,直接合成的Sialon/SiC复相耐火材料的相组成和显微组织,并研究了材料中Sialon含量对复相材料的密度、抗折强度、耐压强度和热震稳定性的影响·结果表明,复相材料的抗折强度和耐压强度均随Sialon相含量的增加而增加,最大抗折强度为876MPa,最大耐压强度为193MPa;材料的体积密度随材料中Al2O3残余相含量的增加而增加,材料的最大体积密度为265g/cm3;材料的热震稳定性随Sialon相含量的增加而下降;材料的显微组织为Sialon和Al2O3形成的连续基质相包裹着SiC颗粒的显微复合组织·  相似文献

为了研究油基岩屑掺合料对混凝土各项力学性能的影响,将油基岩屑替代基准组混凝土中的细集料,对不同替代率(0%,5%,10%,20%,30%,40%)和不同养护时间(7 d,28 d)的油基岩屑掺合料混凝土分别进行了抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度试验。结果表明,油基岩屑掺合料对混凝土的各项力学性能产生了不同程度的影响,混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度随着油基岩屑掺入量增大而减小。随着油基岩屑替代率由0%增大到40%,养护28 d的混凝土抗压强度由32. 1 MPa降低至12. 6 MPa,抗折强度由4. 16 MPa降低至2. 18 MPa,劈裂抗拉强度由2. 61 MPa降低至1. 67 MPa。随着油基岩屑替代率的增加,混凝土拉压比总体呈增大趋势。  相似文献

采用电熔镁砂和电熔尖晶石为主要原料,以葡萄糖和水合硫酸铝为复合结合剂,以金属铝粉和单质硅为添加剂,制备方镁石-铝镁尖晶石质免烧耐火材料,研究了不同热处理温度下铝加入量及硅铝复合添加对耐火材料显微结构、烧结性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着铝粉加入量的增加,方镁石-铝镁尖晶石免烧耐火材料经不同温度处理后的线膨胀率、常温抗折强度和常温耐压强度增加,并且高温抗折强度也不断提高;另外,金属铝和单质硅的添加会引起耐火材料在升温过程中的增重并减少材料的体积膨胀,从而进一步提高材料的常温力学性能。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
