中学化学演示实验教学改革的尝试

本文以“激发兴趣,培养能力,提高素质”为目标,对中学化学中的演示实验从演示实验装置的改进、演示实验的增补、演示实验方法的改进、演示实验手段的改进等四个方面作了一些改革和探索。

指出了化学实验中存在的几点不足之处 ,由此讨论了实验改进的目的和必要性 ,提出了实验改进的具体方法 ,给出了改进后的效果     

课堂教学中“转氨基作用实验”的改进

转氨基作用实验是高校生物学专业生化实验教学的重要内容,传统的转氨基实验常采用苯酚作为层析剂,由于苯酚的毒性和腐蚀性,限制了该实验在教学中的开展。笔者整合了近年来发表的有关转"氨基作用实验"的改进方法,总结出了安全、实用的转氨基作用实验方法,包括对该实验材料、试剂和步骤的改进。改进后的实验方法中实验材料易于取材、并采用了对人体无毒性和腐蚀性的层析剂,层析与显色可同时进行,从而缩短了实验时间。改进后的实验方法已在课堂教学中加以实践运用,学生实验取得了良好的实验结果。     

新专业实验室建设经验点滴

根据新专业实验室建设中遇到的问题,指出了加强实验室建设的必要性和紧迫性;介绍了加强实验室建设的一些做法,包括改善实验环境、添置实验设备、编写实验教学大纲和实验指导书、改进实验内容和方法等,最后提出了有待改进的几个方面。     

氨气的制取及性质实验的改进

将氨气的制取、收集和性质实验进行了改进,改进后的实验消除了氨气的污染,且操作方便,现象明显。     

植物生理学设计性实验教学的改进与实践

介绍了植物生理学设计性实验"逆境条件下植物生理生化研究"的教学改进,包括实验材料从植物幼苗扩展到校园植物、关注实验结果的准确性、注重设计性实验论文的科学性、组织设计性实验论文答辩以及考核方式改进等。实践表明,该设计性实验教学的改进提高了实验的可行性,提升了学生的科研基本技能和论文质量,提高了学生的综合能力和实验积极性。     

改进《毒理学基础》课程实验教学的体会

目的:探索<毒理学基础>实验教学方法.方法:在<毒理学基础>的实验教学中,采取了"一个优化",即优化实验教学内容;"三个改进",即从单一的验证性实验向设计性实验改进、从单纯的被动模仿向积极主动参与改进、从传统实验课堂向第二课堂延伸的改进;"三个环节",即把握实验准备和预实验环节、把握课前预习和提问环节、把握实验报告的批阅环节等措施,培养学生的综合素质和创新能力.结果:巩固了<毒理学基础>课程的理论知识,提高了学生的动手能力,强化了学生的基本实验技能.结论:<毒理学基础>实验教学方法的改进得到了学生的肯定,教学质量也得到了进一步提高.     

提高分析化学实验教学质量的思考

针对分析化学实验的教学实际,提出通过改进实验室管理、改进实验教学内容、改进实验教学方法和改进实验考核方法等,全面提高分析化学实验教学质量的思路,有助于分析化学实验的教学改革。     

醋酸铬（Ⅱ）水合物制备实验的改进

对醋酸铬（Ⅱ）水合物制备实验进行了探讨,改进了实验装置。改进后的实验节省了原料盐酸和锌粒的用量,提高了产率,实验效果较好。     

几个中学化学实验的探讨

正处于改革中的中学化学教学,对实验的研究、改进和设计以推动其系统教学的发展无疑十分重要.笔者在教学过程中对以下几个中学化学实验进行了修正和改进.就实验设计和实验效果等方面进行了初步的探讨.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.
