论领导者的非权力影响力

随着民主程度的提高和社会主义法制的健全,随着人民群众知识水平的提高和眼界的不断开阔,对领导者非权力性影响力程度的要求越来越高,非权力性影响力同领导者事业成功的关系越来越大。因此,对领导者的非权力性影响力问题应该认真地研究。本文介绍了领导者的非权力性影响力以及非权力性影响力的构成要素和它在领导实际中的作用,探讨了目前领导者非权力性影响力存在的问题,并对如何提高非权力性影响力提出了建议。     

几类等价的算子非紧性测度

证明小算子空间■上的算子非紧性测度都与球算子非紧性测度等价,在Banach空间中给出球算子非紧性测度的表示式,给出Banach空间的子空间算子非紧性测度与原空间算子非紧性测度的关系.     

岩石非均匀特性的DDA方法模拟

采用非连续变形分析(discontinuous deformation analysis,DDA)方法,根据Weibull分布函数引入岩石细观非均匀性模型,对巴西圆盘的劈裂实验进行计算机模拟.在非均匀性模型中考虑弹性模量、泊松比和强度参数的非均匀性.非均匀圆盘和均匀圆盘模拟结果的对比表明,非均匀模型的引入使得细观尺度下采用线性本构能够得到岩石的宏观非线性力学响应,并且非均匀性的引入使得岩石表现出更低的宏观强度特性.通过对比只考虑弹性模量、泊松比的非均匀性和同时考虑弹性模量、泊松比和强度的非均匀性的模拟结果,发现考虑强度非均匀性的巴西圆盘宏观强度更低且裂纹的产生更加分散.研究工作有助于对岩石非均匀和非线性特性的理解及其数值模拟分析.     

塔河油田1区下油组储层非均质性研究

储层非均质性时油气田的勘探和开发效果影响很大。本文基于裘亦楠有关储层非均质性的概念,从储层平面非均质性、层间非均质性、层内非均质性分别对塔河1区三叠系下油组储层非均质性进行研究。     

非均质性对聚合物驱开发指标的影响

应用ECLIPSE软件,选取大庆油田采油一厂已结束注聚的北一区中块的典型井组,利用其静态资料数据,定量研究了纵向层间非均质性、纵向层内非均质性、平面非均质性三个方面非均质性对聚驱开发效果的影响.研究结果表明:三种非均质性对聚驱的驱油效果均有影响.其中,纵向层间非均质性影响较大,渗透率变异系数Kv在0.6-0.8之间聚驱效果均较好;层内非均质性的影响体现在隔层的稳定性,层内若存在2个隔层,则上、下2隔层的连续性对聚驱影响不同,上部隔层连续时,聚驱效果较好,下部隔层的影响不大;平面非均质性的影响呈现多样化.

利用k 集压缩映射不动点定理和新的非紧性测度估计, 证明非瞬时脉冲常微分方程初值问题解的存在性, 进而得到在非线性项满足较弱增长条件和非紧性测度条件, 及非瞬时脉冲函数满足Lipschitz条件的假设下, 非瞬时脉冲常微分方程初值问题解的存在性.     

一致分数阶非瞬时脉冲微分方程非局部问题温和解的存在性

利用算子半群理论、 非紧性测度估计技巧和Darbo’s不动点定理研究一致分数阶非瞬时脉冲微分方程非局部问题温和解的存在性, 在非线性项满足适当增长条件和非紧性测度条件, 非局部项和非瞬时脉冲函数均满足Lipschitz条件下, 得到该问题解的存在性结果, 并举例说明所得结果的有效性.

通过分析权力性影响力和非权力性影响力在管理中的作用，探讨了如何运用权力性和非权力性的影响力实现高校的民主科学化管理。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
