超声波对纤维素酶活力的影响

通过外加超声场对纤维素酶活力影响的实验研究发现:较低功率的超声波能使孢子的酶活力有一定提高;在无底物时纤维素酶活力下降,而底物存在时可使纤维素酶的活力有一定提高;超声功率与超声振荡时间对纤维素酶活力影响显著.     

高温大曲中筛选产纤维素酶的耐高温芽孢杆菌

从高温大曲中筛选出产纤维素酶的芽孢杆菌1株,进行形态特征、生化鉴定和16S rDNA序列分子鉴定,该菌株鉴定为Bacillus cereusFrankland.对该菌株进行产酶摇瓶液体发酵,测定其内切纤维素酶活力和外切纤维素酶活力分别为260.32,87.22u.mL-1,对该菌株进行产酶固态发酵,测定其内切纤维素酶活力和外切纤维素酶活力分别为556.64,121.47u.mL-1.酶的稳定性实验显示该菌株产纤维素酶在60℃以下和在pH4～8范围内具有良好的热稳定性和pH稳定性,利用响应面法优化固态发酵产酶培养基,优化后测定纤维素酶活提高至1 643.27u.mL-1.     

黑曲霉β-葡萄糖苷酶菌株的筛选

采用牛津杯平板透明圈法对研究室保藏的17株黑曲霉菌株进行了β-葡萄糖苷酶产生菌初筛,得到5株透明圈相对明显的菌株,经固态发酵产酶复筛及相关纤维素酶活力的检测,选出一株β-葡萄糖苷酶酶活力高、且纤维素酶活力也较高的菌株niger-2,其β-葡萄糖苷酶酶活力为78.75 U/g、纤维素酶(CMC)活力为312.15 U/g...     

新疆蜗牛酶的研制

以野生蜗牛嗉囊为原料提取蜗牛酶产品,检测所含纤维素酶、淀粉酶的活性,对其蜗牛酶产品进一步测试,结果表明新疆蜗牛酶中的纤维素酶活力为450U/g淀粉酶为405U/g。验证了新疆蜗牛酶中纤维素酶的活力很高。     

溴氰菊酯对蚯蚓体重及体内纤维素酶乙酰胆碱酶活力的影响

通过急性和亚急性暴露实验研究发现,不同浓度的溴氰菊酯可使蚯蚓体重降低,形态发生伤害性改变.进一步分析蚯蚓体内纤维素酶活力和乙酰胆碱酶的活力,结果显示:溴氰菊酯不同浓度、不同作用时间对蚯蚓体内的纤维素酶活力、乙酰胆碱酶活力有不同程度的抑制作用.     

温度和pH对可口革囊星虫消化酶活力的影响

采用酶学分析方法研究了温度和pH值对可口革囊星虫(Phascolosoma esculenta)肠道蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶活力的影响.结果表明:在5～65℃温度范围内,温度显著影响可口革囊星虫肠道中蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶的活力(P<0.01),蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶活力的最适温度分别为50...     

一株纤维素分解菌的分离选育

以天然秸秆纤维素为碳源,从土壤、酒糟及牛粪中共分离到5株能分解纤维素的真菌菌株.分别对其进行了滤纸分解度、羧甲基纤维素酶活力(CM C ase)、滤纸糖化力(FPA)和天然纤维素酶活力的测定.结果表明:F-25菌株对滤纸的分解能力最强,不到12 h滤纸全成糊状;同时羧甲基纤维素酶活力、滤纸糖化力和天然纤维素酶活力也最高,分别为2.884(m g/mL).30 m in、0.36(m g/mL).h和2768(m g/mL).d.     

几种珍稀食用菌菌种纤维素酶系组分活性的比较

比较在液体和固体培养条件下鸡腿菇、秀珍菇、鲍鱼菇和杏鲍菇1号等4株珍稀食用菌产纤维素酶系的组分活力特征，分析菌菇降解纤维素基质的生理差异．结果显示：不同菌株的纤维素酶系组分活力存在显著的差异，其中C1组分活力相近，Cx组分鸡腿菇最强而鲍鱼菇最弱，β-葡萄糖苷酶组分活力也存在明显差异．实验还表明：采用低结晶化程度的纤维素基质对纤维素酶组分活力有较强的诱导作用．     

小荚蛏消化酶活性的季节变化

研究了小荚蛏蛋白酶、淀粉酶和纤维素酶在不同季节的活力变化。结果表明:三种消化酶的活力在不同季节差异极显著。纤维素酶的活力大小为:冬季>秋季>春季和夏季;蛋白酶的活力大小为:春季和秋季>冬季和夏季;淀粉酶的活力大小为:秋季>冬季和春季>夏季;三种消化酶的活力均为夏季最低。     

提取蜗牛内脏废弃物中纤维素酶的工艺条件研究

利用白玉蜗牛的内脏废弃物,对蜗牛纤维素酶的提取工艺条件进行了实验研究.采用正交实验与神经网络相结合的方法,建立了蜗牛纤维素酶活力与提取工艺因素之间的神经网络模型.通过基于模型的优化和具体实验,获得了最佳提取工艺条件是:蜗牛纤维素酶的提取时间为12 h,pH值为5.0,提取温度为0℃,盐析饱和度为70%,此条件下,纤维素酶粗品的最高酶活力为3.186 U.mL-1.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
