中国钢铁行业上市公司绩效评价

钢铁行业是国民经济的支柱行业,钢铁企业经营状况直接影响着国民经济的运行效率。以钢铁行业上市公司财务指标为基础,使用因子分析方法客观而全面地从收益能力、成长能力、抗风险能力和市场评价能力等四个方面评价了其经营绩效,指出收益能力和抗风险能力低下是造成钢铁企业整体效益不佳的主要原因。

中国钢铁行业重点企业中战略集团与绩效关系的研究(1993-1994年)

建立在移动障碍的基础上,以全员劳动生产率、资本金利润率和资产利润率为企业绩效度量指标,对中国钢铁行业中64家重点企业中战略集团间的绩效进行了历史追踪研究·结果表明,在各战略集团之间存在着显著的绩效差异·综合此结果以及其他研究者的结果,表明不论在理论上还是实践中,都应将战略集团看作是影响企业绩效的许多种因素中的一个重要因素·     

企业环保投资与财务绩效的相关性研究——以钢铁行业为例

环境保护与治理作为社会责任的重要组成部分,一直都是公众和政府关注的焦点.这不仅是一系列宏观体制、外部环境和企业内部因素相互作用的结果,也是推动企业履行相关社会责任、提高其财务绩效的不竭动力,同时也是实现企业社会和经济职能的前提.分析了选题的背景和意义,国内外相关文献研究综述,利用2014-2017年国内钢铁行业上市公司的数据,探究环保投资对企业财务绩效的影响.研究发现,环保投资与企业财务绩效的相关性及其滞后性主要体现在总资产报酬率、每股收益以及Tobin's Q值上.这表明企业的环保投资从长远来看,有利于提高企业的财务绩效,并根据研究结论提出了相关建议.     

中国钢铁行业上市公司盈余管理实证研究

以2008-2010年中国钢铁行业A股上市公司为研究样本,对中国钢铁行业上市公司盈余管理的存在性以及盈余管理的方式进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,中国钢铁行业盈余管理现象仍然比较严重,钢铁企业在市场形势严峻的2008-2009年,倾向于调减当年盈余为以后年度储存利润。     

中国钢铁行业的生态足迹

为分析我国钢铁行业资源效率和环境效率,尝试提出钢铁行业生态足迹的概念和研究方法,并对中国钢铁行业的生态足迹及其构成和变化进行了实证研究.研究结果表明:钢铁行业的万吨钢生态足迹呈下降趋势,但由于钢铁产量的迅猛增长,造成钢铁行业生态足迹大幅度增长.钢铁行业生态足迹的主体是能源间接占用地(占到钢铁行业生态占用的99%以上),降低钢铁行业生态足迹的关键是要进一步降低能耗及减少污染.近年来钢铁行业水足迹下降较快,该行业在节水和减少污水排放方面,取得了一定的成效.     

钢铁行业工序能耗分析及节能发展方向探讨

基于钢铁行业各工序平均能耗以及钢铁行业原燃料结构,对钢铁行业焦化、烧结、炼铁、炼钢、轧钢等工序的原燃料结构、能耗特点和节能技术进行了分析,在此基础上对钢铁行业节能发展的重点进行了讨论,并针对炼铁工序焦比、煤气利用率、二次能源回收等重点环节的发展方向进行了探讨,对于钢铁行业的节能降耗有着较大的实际意义。

分析了钢铁行业所面临的问题和挑战,阐述了在钢铁行业进行品牌建设的必要性和重要意义,提出了在钢铁行业进行品牌建设的实施措施。     

我国钢铁行业集中度与外贸定价能力

本文试图从产业集中度的角度,利用行业集中度指数分析我国钢铁行业的集中度,以国际贸易中的定价能力为出发点分析论证了提高我国钢铁行业集中度的必要性和在金融危机给我国钢铁行业带来的机遇。     

广东省钢铁行业节能减排现状与技术选择研究

本文通过对广东省钢铁行业近年发展形势的深入分析,阐述了广东省钢铁行业的整体技术水平、能耗现状和污染物排放情况等,并以此为基础,对全省钢铁行业的节能减排潜力进行研究,在技术进步、管理模式及政策导向等方面给出有效建议,从而为广东省钢铁行业节能减排的健康发展和目标实现提供有效指导.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
