Summary There was no significant difference in the level of 2,3-DPG in the red blood cells of sheep of different haemoglobin types (Hb A and Hb B) or potassium types (HK and LK). However, low glutathione (GSHL) sheep had significantly higher (p<0.01) level of 2,3-DPG in their red blood cells than high glutathione (GSHH) sheep. There was also significant effect of interactions between glutathione, haemoglobin and potassium types (p<0.05) and glutathione and haemoglobin types (p<0.01) on red cell 2,3-DPG levels. 相似文献

Riassunto Experimenti condotti sul sangue intero di individui neonati e adulti hanno dimostrato che l'affinità del sangue per l'ossigeno (P 50) dipende dalla concentrazione intraeritrocitaria di 2,3-difosfoglicerato (DPG) e dalle proporzioni relative di emoglobina adulta (HbA) e fetale (HbF). I risultati ottenuti indicano che nel sangue in toto l'effetto del DPG sulla P50 della HbF è circa il 40% di quello sulla P50 della HbA. 相似文献

Significantly less peroxidation was observed in intact anemic erythrocytes compared to normal. However, when isolated membrane lipids were subjected to peroxidation, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Red blood cell Magnesium levels were determined in 351 unrelated male subjects with known HLA groups. Significantly lower values are observed among subjects carrying BW 35 allele. Furthermore, significant variations are also noted according to the constitution of HLA-B groups with respect to BW 4 and BW 6 public specificities.
