高速铣削718模具钢表面粗糙度数学模型建立   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对718模具钢进行高速铣削试验研究,发现铣削速度v、背吃刀量ap、进给速度vf和径向铣削深度ae对表面粗糙度的影响规律.在正交试验结果的基础上,应用多元线性回归分析方法,建立表面粗糙度的回归数学模型,用F检验法验证模型的显著性.运用极差分析法分析铣削用量各参数对表面粗糙度影响程度:影响最大的是径向铣削深度,其次是铣削速度和背吃刀量,每齿进给量的影响最小.  相似文献

如何更好对钛合金材料进行切削加工,以及在保证高切削加工效率,高精度与低切削力的基础上,如何对加工参数进行合理选取一直是钛合金切削加工领域中的一大研究热点。为了探究TC4钛合金的铣削性能与铣削参数优化问题,设计了正交铣削试验方案,分析了铣削参数即背吃刀量,侧吃刀量,主轴转速,进给速度对其铣削力与铣削后表面粗糙度的影响规律。将铣削力,表面粗糙度与材料去除率作为优化目标,建立了多目标优化模型,在Pareto算法的基础上,采用了一种简捷的方法对模型进行求解,并通过试验验证了该方法的可行性。结果显示,对铣削力的影响程度中,背吃刀量影响最大,随后是侧吃刀量与主轴转速,进给速度影响程度最小;对表面粗糙度的影响程度中,进给速度影响最大,其次是侧吃刀量与背吃刀量,主轴转速影响程度最小;Pareto算法所得的参数组通过试验验证,与正交试验组相比,各项指标数值均在较优位置。  相似文献

针对超高强度钢高速铣削过程中刀具磨损严重的问题,采用金属陶瓷刀具对超高强度钢进行高速铣削试验,从而建立刀具磨损速率的预测模型.以切削速度、进给量和轴向切深3个切削工艺参数作为设计变量,以刀具磨损速率最小和切削效率最高作为优化目标,基于遗传算法对切削工艺参数进行优化,获得了最优切削工艺参数组合.  相似文献

研究了新型耐高温钛合金材料Ti750在切削试验中的表现,采用单因素试验法和正交试验法分析了背吃刀量、进给量和切削速度对Ti750切削力的影响,并通过多元非线性回归建立切削力经验公式.探究了山高TS2000、山高TH1000以及PCBN 3种刀具切削Ti750材料时的刀具耐用度.试验结果表明:背吃刀量对Ti750的切削力影响最大,其次是进给量,切削速度对切削力的影响较小;PCBN切削Ti750易崩刃,TH1000表现良好,TS2000的磨损量最小且耐用度最好.  相似文献

在切削速度范围157~1 000 m/min内,综合应用析因试验与速度单因素试验,对航空用难加工材料2Cr13马氏体不锈钢进行了高速干式铣削试验。在分析其切削力显著性影响因素的基础上,对切削力随机信号进行了现代谱分析与小波分析。研究结果表明,高速切削马氏体不锈钢材料时,切削速度和每齿进给量之间的交互作用对切削力有显著影响;铣削深度和每齿进给量之间的交互作用在切削力响应信号中表现为低频周期信号;低频周期信号与高频信号叠加后,其波形的振幅将会增大。  相似文献

使用粉末冶金高速钢和硬质合金刀具,在机床转速n为3 000~8 000 r/min、进给速度vf为300~3 200mm/min、轴向切深ap为5~20 mm、径向切宽aw为5~20 mm的切削用量范围内对铝合金薄壁中空结构件重负荷铣削加工切削力及其影响因素进行研究.结果表明:在筋板交叉处切削力有剧烈波动,其值为切削单层铝合金时的8—10倍;在较宽的切削用量组合范围内,刀具工件系统易发生自激振动;刀具易发生刀尖崩刃和涂层剥落.机床转速是影响切削力的最显著因素,使用冷风气动喷雾射流冲击冷却方式、较大的刀具螺旋角、较多的刀具齿数和后波刃刀具可有效降低切削力.  相似文献

通过正交试验,采用YT14、YT5、YM051三种刀具对45钢焊接件进行切削试验,采集不同切削用量下工件的表面轮廓信号和主切削力信号,评定切削参数对二者的影响.实验结果发现,干式切削过程中背吃刀量、进给量、转速对表面质量和主切削力的影响程度依次降低,且不同刀具所获得优化切削参数也不同;YT14刀具最抗磨,YT5刀具次之,YM051刀具表现出的耐磨性较差.同时,通过对比两种状态下的双谱特征,对优选参数的选择作出了定性评价.  相似文献

针对高温合金材料GH3039的铣削加工性差的特点,设计了陶瓷刀具铣削加工单因素及正交实验,以研究背吃刀量、铣削速度、每齿进给量等铣削用量对高温合金数控铣削过程产生铣削力的影响。通过铣削实验分析,得到背吃刀量与铣削力的变化曲线;利用线性回归方法建立了铣削力经验公式,并通过极差分析得出最优铣削参数。该参数可以为高温合金材料GH3039加工过程中的背吃刀量的选择提供参考。  相似文献

使用(Ti,Al)N涂层硬质合金刀具,对难加工材料中的超高强度合金钢(硬度>50HRc、抗拉强度σb>1.6 GPa)在切削速度118~236 m/min范围内,进行了干式高速端面铣削系统试验.借助能谱探针与电子扫描显微镜(SEM)等工具,选择刀具寿命作为刀具切削性能的评价指标,对硬质合金刀具前、后刀面的磨损形态、磨损机理以及刀具的切削性能进行了分析与研究.研究结果表明,高速切削超高强度合金钢条件下,(Ti,Al)N涂层刀具的失效形式为:前、后刀面磨损失效和发生在主切削刃上的涂层脱落和微崩刃,其主要磨损机理为高温条件下粘结磨损、氧化磨损和扩散磨损的综合作用.  相似文献

为了研究40CrNi2Si2MoVA低合金超高强度钢的跨尺度疲劳失效行为,以约束应力区描述材料的损伤过程,以跨尺度应变能密度因子作为疲劳裂纹扩展的控制参量,建立宏微观跨尺度疲劳裂纹扩展统一模型。采用上述模型,利用光滑试样(应力集中系数Kt=1)的试验S-N曲线,拟合出疲劳模型中的材料参数。当考虑材料微结构对疲劳寿命的影响时,该模型可精确再现出疲劳试验数据的发散特性。利用该模型对不同应力集中系数下(Kt=2,3)含缺口试样的疲劳寿命进行了预测,理论计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。研究结果表明,合金钢材料的初始缺陷及微结构的演化特性,对疲劳寿命有显著影响,是疲劳试验数据发散的主要原因。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
