基于知识库的CAPP系统应用

为实现CAPP 系统的高效率、高集成以及高实用性,从某公司工艺设计中诸多问题的分析入手,应用面向对象的知识表示方法和数据库技术,建立工艺知识库并对其进行有效管理.提出在全公司范围内建立以工艺知识库/产品工艺数据库为核心、以交互设计为基础、集成工艺知识管理工具等应用支持工具的实用化CAPP系统的思想.基于知识库的CAPP系统应用在生产中应用后,提高了某公司工艺设计的效率,缩短了工艺准备周期,促进了工艺设计和工艺管理的标准化工作,总结和继承工艺设计知识,提高工艺设计水平和设计质量,并且为该公司的PDM/ERP系统提供基础的工艺数据.

针对农用机械制造水平落后,如自动化程度低、产品一致性差、质量不稳定等问题,以变速箱壳体为研究对象,采用数字化制造技术,设计变速箱壳体柔性加工工艺,制定主要的加工工艺参数。运用正交试验与回归分析法,对加工工艺参数进行分析及优化计算,实现农用机械变速箱壳体系统、高效、经济、智能的数字化加工,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。     

海上油田施工方案的管理优化与探索

随着海上油气资源开发力度的加大,油田施工量逐渐增加。施工方案作为施工项目的实施指导书,对于保障施工质量、提高施工效率有重要作用。在实践中,常规的方案管理办法难以有效管理数量激增的施工方案,暴露出方案标准化不足、审批签字效率低下、文档管理难度大等多项问题。渤海油田某作业公司通过发起“施工方案管理提升行动”,建立一套合规化、标准化、智能化、数字化的施工方案管理体系,起到保障编撰质量、提高审批效率和强化文档管理的作用,为其他海上油田的施工方案管理提供借鉴。

基于CATIA通用产品设计平台的梭车运煤机焊装夹具设计的专用模块开发

基于数字化设计与虚拟制造技术,采用CATIA通用产品设计平台对梭车运煤机焊装夹具设计的专用模块进行开发;在整个产品的设计和制造过程中,溶入三维建模技术、数字仿真技术、数字化检测技术,在产品的设计阶段,保证产品的质量,提高产品的稳定性、可靠性、安全性。通过多年的设计积累,对现有结构件及零部件和典型焊装线进行了规格化、标准化和系列化的处理,建立面向梭车运煤机焊装线的各类焊装设备的通用件模型库,实现焊接设备一些部件的标准化设计,极大缩短产品的开发周期。     

极简主义视域下石材茶盘的产品设计

从极简主义视域看，市场上的石材茶盘多以传统雕刻为主题，将功能叠加、工艺难度作为价值体现，不符合年轻人的现代审美观。可通过对称、平衡、留白、虚实、对比等手法探索最纯粹的简约形态；选用色彩单纯的石材，利用其本身的色彩、纹理、质感体现产品细节；洞悉使用者的需求及使用逻辑，根据不同场景，精炼功能，以形态语义传递使用逻辑；提高材料及生产的标准化程度，采用数字化生产加工方式，提升生产效率，设计出满足年轻人需求的，造型简约化、色彩单纯化、功能纯粹化、材料及工艺标准化的极简主义风格的石材茶盘，以促进茶文化与现代生活接轨，实现茶文化的可持续发展。     

基于ArcGIS Engine和.NET的海水环境数据分析评价系统的设计与实现

以AreGIS Engine技术为核心,.NET为开发平台,集成SQLServer、WinForm和一键导出word等技术,设计了北海区海水环境监测数据分析评价系统,实现监测数据导入与标准化处理、监测数据预警、数据库管理、查询与统计、海水质量评价和一键式产品制作等功能。实际应用表明,系统运行良好。利用代码实现Spatial Analyst Tools中的分析功能,可显著提高业务人员的办公效率和业务质量,为其他海洋环境监测与评价系统的研发提供了示范,并为海洋管理部门实时掌握海洋监测数据信息、快速诊断海洋环境质量状况提供了技术保障。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
