报导了蓝色有机电致发光材料9,9'-联二蒽(9,9'-bianthracene,简称BA)作为发光层,研制了结构为ITO/PVK:TPD/BA/Alq3/Al的蓝色有机发光器件.对该器件的发光及电学性能进行了研究.启亮电压约为12 V,在24 V外加电压下亮度达到最大值2 433 cd/m2.  相似文献

 有机电致发光器件(OLED)具有效率高、亮度高、驱动电压低、响应速度快以及能实现大面积光电显示等优点,因其在平板显示和高效照明领域具有极大的应用前景而引起广泛关注。在OLED的制备及优化中,有机电致发光材料包括小分子和聚合物的选择至关重要,其中有机小分子发光材料具有确定的相对分子质量、化学修饰性强、选择范围广、易于提纯、荧光量子产率高以及可以产生红、绿、篮等各种颜色光等优点,一直受到国内外学者的广泛重视。本文综述了近年来国内外有机电致发光小分子发光材料的研究状况,对有机小分子电致发光材料进行分类和评述,并简要介绍了小分子OLED的应用前景和发展趋势。  相似文献

In recent years, Perovskite Light-Emitting Diodes(PeLEDs) have received considerable attention in academia. However, with the development of PeLEDs, commercial applications of full-color PeLED technology are largely limited by the progress of blue-emitting devices, due to the uncontrollably accurate composition, unstable properties, and low luminance. In this article, we add Cesium chloride(CsCl) to the quasi-two-dimensional(quasi-2D)perovskite precursor solution and achieve the relatively blue shifts of PeLED emission peak by introducing chloride ions for photoluminescence(PL) and electroluminescence(EL). We also found that the introduction of chlorine ions can make quasi-2D perovskite films thinner with smoother surface of 0.408 nm. It is interesting that the EL peaks and intensities of PeLED are adjustable under different driving voltages in high concentration chlorine-added perovskite devices, and different processes of photo-excited, photo-quenched, and photo-excited occur sequentially with the increasing driving voltage. Our work provides a path for demonstrating full-color screens in the future.  相似文献

通过有限元方法分析频率、电压、相位差3种调节方式对定子振型影响.结果表明:当驱动频率远离工作模态的谐振频率时,由于非工作模态对定子振型的影响,电机低转速运行会出现不连续现象;过低的相位差则会造成定子应力集中,影响电机寿命;在电机低转速运行时,通过电压调节则可以避免以上问题.以直径60mm行波超声波电机为例,通过构建以DSP芯片TMS320F2812为核心的控制器,进行实验验证,实现电压调节时的电机低转速控制.  相似文献

为解决采用丝网印刷技术制作的碳纳米管显示器件(CNT-FED)驱动电压高、亮度均匀性差的问题,设计并实现了电压控制的寻址与显示分离型的驱动电路.采用分离高压控制器件实现了行、列驱动电压波形,并利用反向高压控制暗像素点,不仅能满足丝网印刷CNT-FED 700~1 000 V的高压驱动要求,并且有效抑制了漏电流导致的串亮现象.在各行电路上设计了限流电阻,对场发射电流起到反馈作用,有效改善了亮度均匀性.该驱动电路成本低,且从电路角度提升了丝网印刷CNT-FED的亮度和发光均匀性.测试结果表明:由新电路驱动的CNT-FED可实现动画显示,峰值亮度可达到1 400 cd/m2.  相似文献

从LED的特性和驱动方式出发,论述了LED的各种驱动方式,以流过LED的电流恒定为基本目的,提出一种基于芯片PT4115的线性恒流驱动解决方案,设计了一个简单的LED驱动电路,并阐述了该驱动电路的基本原理,给出了理论依据。该驱动电路简单、高效、成本低,在电源电压或环境温度变化时可为大功率LED提供恒定的驱动电流,适合当今LED产品的市场化发展。  相似文献

We studied the luminescent and photovoltaic properties of poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene-co-bithiophene)(F8T2) based on ITO/PEDOT:PSS/F8T2/Bphen/LiF(0 or 1 nm)/Al and ITO/PEDOT:PSS/F8T2:PCBM/Bphen/Al.A stable and bright yellow emission was obtained from polymer F8T2,and the electroluminescence power reached 45 ?W at a 15 V driving voltage.Polymer F8T2 shows a broad absorption band from 400 to 500 nm,and has a shorter absorption edge at about 560 nm compared to that of the typical electron donor P3HT(650 nm).The photoluminescence quenching of F8T2 occurs with only a small fraction of blended PCBM due to the effective exciton dissociation at the interface between F8T2 and PCBM.Polymer solar cells(PSCs) using F8T2:PCBM as the active layer show a low power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 0.10% with an open circuit voltage(Voc) of 0.91 V and short circuit current density(Jsc) of 0.23 mA/cm2.The PSCs using F8T2:P3HT:PCBM as the active layer have a Voc of 0.85 V and Jsc of 3.02 mA/cm2,improving the PCE by about 0.90%.We attribute the improved cell performance to the higher number of photons harvested by P3HT molecules.  相似文献

Because organic conjugated materials offer several advantages relative to their inorganic counterparts,the development of organic conjugated materials has been one of the most active research areas in optoelectronic materials.For almost two decades,the search for organic conjugated materials has represented a major driving force for research concerned with controlling the band gap of extended π-conjugated molecules.In particular,among the parameters affecting the performance of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs),the energy levels of organic conjugated materials play an important role because they can affect the driving voltage,wavelength,efficiency,and lifetime of the final device.Balanced injection and transport of electrons and holes are therefore crucial for achieving OLEDs with high quantum efficiency.In this regard,research into adjusting the energy levels of organic conjugated materials is very meaningful for the development of OLEDs.To adjust the energy levels of the organic conjugated materials,Huang et al.have presented a new molecular design and synthesis route that yields p-n diblock conjugated copolymers and oligomers.The present review summarizes and analyzes the progress on adjusting the optoelectronic properties of organic conjugated materials that is due to synthesizing p-n diblock molecules.We discusses primarily work done by Huang et al.,but also discusses work done elsewhere over the past few years.We also point out issues that require attention,and highlight hot spots that require further investigation.  相似文献

提出了一种利用各向异性材料(CFRP)作为振动体的新型超声直线电机,分析了它的工作原理,建立了振动体的动力这方程,求出两人固有频率,分别应对所电机的两个运动方向实验研究了电机的驱动力和速度,结果表明电机的最大驱动力为0.5N速度为0~8mm/s与驱动电压有良好的线形关系,可以通过切换固有频率实现电机的双向运动。  相似文献

Highly ordered porous alumina templates with a large-scale tunable interpore distance (100-445 nm) have been successfully fabricated under an electric field of 40-180 V by modifying oxalic acid solution with adequate alcohol. The results under our experimental conditions show that the phenomena of burning and breakdown during the high-field anodization process can be avoided by adding a proper amount of alcohol to the oxalic acid solution. An excellent linear relationship between interpore distance and anodization voltage is obtained under 40-170 V, and the maximum anodization voltage that could be used to avoid burning and breakdown is 180 V.  相似文献

A complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) transconductor based on a high performance unity-gain buffer driving the degeneration resistor was used to obtain a highly linear voltage-to-current conversion with considerable reduction of the supply voltage. Simulations show that the transconductor using an 0.18-μm standard CMOS process with a 1.2-V supply voltage has less than ?80 dB total harmonic distortion (THD) for a 1-MHz 0.4-Vp-p differential input signal. The third-order intermodulation is less than ?63 dB for 0.25 Vp-p differential inputs at 1 MHz. The DC power consumption in the transconductor core is 240 μW. This topology is a feasible solution for low voltage and low power applications.  相似文献
