底层框架——剪力墙结构多层砖房新结构方案的抗震性能研究

为了提高底层框架——剪力墙结构多层砖房的抗震性能,本项目提出了一种新的结构方案：在底层框架——剪力墙结构中,用劲性钢筋混凝土低剪力墙取代普通钢筋混凝土低剪力墙。研究结果表明,劲性钢筋混凝土低剪力墙的抗震性能显著优于钢筋混凝土低剪力墙,在底层采用劲性钢筋混凝土低剪力墙的底层框架——剪力墙结构多层砖房的抗震性能也显著优于底层采用钢筋混凝土低剪力墙的底层框架——剪力墙结构多层砖房。     

底层框架--剪力墙结构多层砖房新结构方案的抗震性能研究

基层编号 992001 完成单位及南京市建筑设计研究所: 剪力墙抗震 主要人员蓝宗建、刘瑗琏、温峰 为了提高底层框架--剪力墙结构多层砖房的抗震性能,本项目提出了一种新的结构方案:在底层框架--剪力墙结构中,用劲性钢筋混凝土低剪力墙取代普通钢筋混凝土低剪力墙.研究结果表明,劲性钢筋混凝土低剪力墙的抗震性能显著优于钢筋混凝土低剪力墙,在底层采用劲性钢筋混凝土低剪力墙的底层框架--剪力墙结构多层砖房的抗震性能也显著优于底层采用钢筋混凝土低剪力墙的底层框架--剪力墙结构多层砖房.当采用本项目提出的结构方案后,这种多层砖房的允许总高度、层数以及二层与底层的侧移刚度比可较现行<建筑抗震设计规范>增大.因此,采用本项目的结构方案后,既可节约建筑用地,又可增大底层的建筑空间.     

底层框架上部砖房混合结构的抗震设计

本文从平立面布置、房屋的高度、第二层与底层的侧移刚度比、抗震墙的最大间距限值、底层钢筋砼抗震墙的高宽比、底层框架抗震墙砖房的结构体系、底层框架抗震墙砖房的底层与上部砖房部分的抗震能力宜相匹配等各方面总结了底层框架上部砖混结构的抗震结构设计应满足的相关设计要求。     

汶川地震底层框架砖房震害分析及底部侧移刚度控制

文章基于汶川地震中底层框架砖房的典型震害调查,了解了底层框架砖房的震害现象,分析了震害产生的原因,探讨了第二层与底层的侧移刚度比取值的合理范围.指出底框砖房底框与上部砖房侧移刚度比的合理取值,应使地震时底层既有充分弹塑性变形,上部砖房破坏亦不重,此时层间极限剪力系数分布比较均匀,有利于结构整体抗震.

底层框架上部砖房的建筑，由于底框结构属下柔上刚，对抗震极为不利，因此正确选择底层框架上部砖房的结构方案，在地震区的房屋建筑设计中显得极为重要，成为结构设计的首要问题，它直接关系到房屋的抗震性能、工程造价、施工工期和结构安全度。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
