几种饮品中水溶性糖的HPLC-ELSD法检测

建立了一种简便、准确、灵敏测定饮品中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和乳糖等水溶性糖含量的高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射(HPLC-ELSD)检测方法。使用Zorbax Carbohydrate(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,以乙腈∶水=77∶23(V/V)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)为检测器,ELSD Spray Chamber温度为30℃,漂移管温度60℃,N2压力为0.5 Mpa。结果表明:果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、乳糖在10.00~2 100.00 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系;几种糖的回收率均在73.1%~114.8%范围之内,相对标准偏差均小于1%,适用于饮品中糖含量的测定。     

不同甜高粱品种叶片中糖分积累规律的研究

实验利用高效液相色谱法,对12个品种甜高粱叶片中不同时期果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和可溶性总糖的含量进行测定,结果表明甜高粱糖分积累主要是以蔗糖为主。叶片中果糖含量与葡萄糖含量具有显著正相关(R=0.705,P0.01),果糖与蔗糖无显著相关性,葡萄糖与蔗糖呈负相关(R=-0.338,P0.05)。在生长最旺盛的拔节期,叶片中葡萄糖和果糖是整个生长期中的最高值,成熟期蔗糖含量达到最高峰。     

高效液相色谱法测定水果中常见的4种糖和糖醇

利用高效液相色谱法,一次进样,同时测定水果中的果糖、山梨醇、葡萄糖和蔗糖等可溶性糖的含量.结果表明,整个分析过程在27 min内完成,各组分能够达到很好的分离,在0.2~20 mg/mL的糖质量浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.9999以上,4种糖的加标回收率为97.07%～100.11%,相对标准偏差小于5%.该方法具有较高的灵敏度与精密度,样品前处理方法简便,可用于快速、准确地测定水果中果糖、山梨醇、葡萄糖和蔗糖等可溶性糖的含量.     

高效液相色谱—蒸发光射检测法测定盐酸大观霉素中的糖

建立了高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)同时测定盐酸大观霉素中糖的新方法.乙腈-水为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃,蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度80℃,氮气作载气,流速2.00 L/min.糖的线性范围:果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖0.5～4.5μg,相关系数为0.9991～0.999 8,四种糖的加标回收率范围为98.8%～109.8%,检出限(S/N=3)低于3μg/mL.

HPLC-ELSD法检测烟草秸秆中水溶性糖

建立一种采用45%乙腈水溶液作提取溶剂于40℃下超声萃取35 min,乙腈水溶液等度洗脱,ZORBAX Carbohydrate糖柱-HPLC-ELSD法测定烟草秸秆中水溶性糖含量的方法。水溶性糖的线性范围:鼠李糖、果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖的实验线性范围为8.0~1 000.0 mg/L,木糖、甘露糖的实验线性范围为16.0~1 000.0 mg/L,麦芽糖的实验线性范围为10.0~1 000.0 mg/L,且在此范围内相关系数均较好。相对标准偏差(RSD)(n=6)均小于3.73。结果表明此法准确简单、易操作、灵敏度高,适用于批量烟草秸秆以及烟草制品中水溶性糖含量的定量分析与测定。     

HPLC-ELSD检测法测定阿莫西林和6-APA中的糖

建立了高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)同时测定阿莫西林和6-APA(6-氨基青霉烷酸)中糖的新方法.乙腈-水为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃,蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度85℃,氮气作载气,流速2.00 L/min.糖的线性范围:果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖0.10～3.00 μg,相关系数为:0.999 1～0.999 8,4种糖的加标回收率范围为88.30%～112.74%,检出鞭限(S/N=3)低于7.00 μg/mL.     

高效液相色谱法测定雪莲果等昆明市售18种水果中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖的含量

采用高效液相色谱法对雪莲果等昆明市售18种水果中的糖进行分析.采用氨基柱进行分离,同时测定水果中葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖,分离度均大于1.5.检测限均为4 mg/L,方法简单、快速、准确.     

冬枣中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖的高效液相色谱分析

为建立冬枣中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖的高效液相色谱分析方法,以C18柱为分离柱进行色谱分析.色谱条件为:流动相V(乙腈)∶V(水)=80∶20,流速1.4mL/min,柱温35℃.样品加标回收率为96%～102%,相对标准偏差小于2.7%.本方法具有回收率高、灵敏度高、精密度高等优点,适用于冬枣中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖的检测。     

HPLC-ELSD法测定烟草中单糖含量

为建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)同步定量测定烟草中果糖、葡萄糖的新方法,将烟草样品处理后,用水提取,用Kromasil NH2柱分离,以乙腈-水(80∶20,V/V)为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温为室温,进样量20μL,ELSD漂移管温度95℃,空气作载气,流速1.5 L/min,使用蒸发光散射检测器进行了单糖检测.结果表明:果糖、葡萄糖的线性范围分别为0.273~2.73 mg/m L,0.294~2.94 mg/m L,在线性范围内糖含量与峰面积线性关系良好;样品中糖的加标回收率范围为98.5%~102.8%,测得烟草样品中果糖、葡萄糖含量分别为10.44%、7.40%故该方法具有快速、有效、质量可控等优点,为烟草中糖含量的测定提供了一种行之有效的分析方法.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
