作者采用炭凝集法诊断活猪细颈囊尾蚴病,证明它是一种简便、快速,适于现场操作的方法。炭凝集诊断所用抗原,经试验筛选,以减压分馏提纯细颈囊尾蚴囊液制作的炭抗原为好,其浓度以1—4为宜,符合率86.6%。该抗原与猪姜片形吸虫、猪蛔虫、猪巨吻棘头虫惠猪溶血进行炭凝试验,无交叉反应,其特异性较强。  相似文献

四川省成都市、合川县、乐至县猪细颈囊尾蚴的感染率为36.30—82.75%,感染强度为1—264。感染初期蚴虫主要寄生于肝脏,后期主要寄生于网膜;寄生于犬体的细颈囊尾蚴的成虫——泡状带绦虫,感染率为25—38.8%(屠场附近),犬人工感染细颈囊尾蚴后,在第62—64天开始排出成熟孕节,排出孕节的动态呈波浪式并有明显的季节性,以3—5月和9—11月为高峰,严冬和盛夏很少排出;调查的55头阳性猪,因细颈囊尾蚴寄生,平均每头减少肉重0.35kg,足油0.5kg,我省每年出栏生猪约6千万头,按30%感染率计,每年全省将损失2千多万元人氏币。该研究为防治猪细颈囊尾蚴病(感染)提供了科学依据。  相似文献

1990年7月—1991年7月应用丙硫咪唑治疗猪人工感染细颈囊尾病获得成功,这在国内尚属首次。在多种剂型、剂量和投药方法对比试验中,以粉剂90mg/kg,三次口服疗效最好,驱(杀)虫率为99.44—100%,投药方便无副作用。治疗后6—13天蚴虫死亡,死虫14—25天干酪化,外膜上有一薄层纤维膜。26—60天干酪化、纤维化。177天吸收较好。丙硫咪唑是广谱驱虫药且价格较低,是目前治疗猪细颈囊尾蚴病(感染)较理想的药物。该研究为治疗猪细颈囊尾蚴病(感染)提供了科学依据。  相似文献

通过提取制备猪带绦虫、猪囊尾蚴虫体、猪囊虫囊液、多房型束球绦虫、肝片吸虫、细颈囊尾蚴、细颈囊尾蚴囊液和羊绦虫等8种寄生虫抗原,运用SDS-PAGE电泳法比较各种抗原的蛋白质的组成,不连续SDS-PAGE电泳结果显示猪带绦虫、猪囊尾蚴虫体、猪囊虫囊液、多房示绦虫、肝片吸虫、细颈囊尾蚴、细颈囊尾蚴囊液和羊绦虫等几种抗原的蛋白质在凝胶中分别有31,23,18,17,21,22,8和24条带,分子量在13kD-134kD之间,8种抗原的电泳带之间既有相似性又有特异性,其抗原的共同蛋白质亚基带的分子量为63kD,38kD和24kD。  相似文献

本文介绍采用间接血凝反应(IHA)技术检测猪气喘病。试验结果表明,对患有气喘病猪的检出率可达97.7%,对健康猪的检出率达100%。在诊断猪气喘病方面,IHA是一种快速,敏感的检测方法,比目前普遍采用较长时间的观察临床症状的诊断方法,更具有可靠性和实用性。  相似文献

前言猪肉条虫在我国分布甚广,南北各地均有发现。其感染来源是由于人食入未熟含有囊尾蚴之猪肉而得。因此猪之囊尾蚴感染,为人体猪肉条虫病流行之主要因素;根据上海屠场一年内之统计,囊尾蚴病猪平均发病率为0.2357%,天津为2.5%,青岛市屠场1954年宰猪总数为580971头,囊尾蚴病猪数为2728头,其平均发病率为0.469%。猪囊尾蚴感染率之高低与人类猪肉条虫病的感染有着密切关系。猪肉是我国人民主要的肉食(除个别民族外)。在食用方法上虽各地不同,但在食肉习惯  相似文献

一前言寄生蠕虫对于家畜的危害较为普遍,要想增加畜产质量,提高家畜的役使能力,研究家畜寄生虫病,是很重要的工作之一。几年来我们在西安与汉中屠宰场中采到一些标本,其中吸虫纲五种、绦虫纲四种、线虫纲二种、棘头虫纲一种。在汉中屠宰场采到的有肝片形吸虫、大片形吸虫、胰阔盘吸虫、姜片虫、猪囊虫、细颈囊尾蚴、猪蛔虫等。在西安屠宰场采到的有姜片虫、矛形复腔吸虫、猪囊虫、扩展莫氐绦虫、细颈囊尾蚴、猪蛔虫、捻转血矛线虫及大棘吻棘头虫等。现将这些标本加以整理鉴定,并提出粗浅的建议,供有关部门参考。  相似文献

建立了一种基于恒温隔绝PCR(Insulated isothermal PCR,ii PCR)技术现场检测牛羊包虫病的方法.结果显示,该方法只能检出细粒棘球绦虫,对多房棘球绦虫、肝片吸虫、细颈囊尾蚴、前后盘吸虫、日本血吸虫、金黄色葡萄球菌、伪结核杆菌无关病原不检出;检测下限为100个拷贝,重复性好.对55份牦牛源包囊样本和70份羊源包囊样本的检出率分别为61.8和4.3%,与文献报道的检测方法的符合率分别为100%;本研究建立的ii PCR方法特异性好、灵敏度高、重复性好,从核酸提取到报告检测结果仅需1小时,操作方便,可现场使用,为牛羊包虫病的现场快速诊断提供有力的工具.  相似文献

将猪囊尾蚴抗原基因TS76亚克隆至VR1020真核表达载体中,用菌浇原位杂交法筛选重组质粒,将其转染Cos7细胞,用Northern Blot鉴定插入片段的mRNA转录,用ELISA检测其表达产物。结果表现:VTS76在真核细胞中能够转录TS76基因;表面产物被兔抗猪囊尾蚴高免血清所识别,在转染真核细胞后24h,即可检测到正确表达的猪囊尾蚴抗原蛋白。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
