皖江城市带是安徽实现中部崛起的“脊梁”,分析皖江城市带的城市化水平及其地域差异是制定皖江城市带发展战略的基础.根据相关统计资料,构建了城市化水平综合评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对皖江城市带9个地级市的城市化水平进行综合评价,并通过聚类分析,认为目前皖江城市带城市化水平存在差异,可以划分为3种类型.最后提出因地制宜的区域协调发展战略.  相似文献

承接产业示范转移,皖江城市带发展现代物流业势在必行。通过研究发现,皖江城市带构建现代物流网络体系条件成熟。根据皖江城市带各城市的基础条件,确定合肥、芜湖和安庆为物流网络的区域中心城市,通过"轴三角"连接,依据区域中心城市的辐射能力和完全覆盖为原则,最终确定皖江城市带现代物流网络体系。最后,从打造产业转移示范平台、培育高端物流人才等方面为构建皖江城市带现代物流体系提出了保障性建议。  相似文献

通过单独构建皖江城市带土地集约利用与社会经济发展评价指标体系,并运用熵值法分别确定08年两个系统指标权重,在此基础上利用协调性函数模型对两个系统进行协调性分析.研究表明皖江城市带各城市土地集约利用与社会经济发展水平均较低,但两个系统间基本协调,只是协调程度上有差别,呈现出城市社会经济越发达土地集约利用程度越高特点,但大部分城市属于土地集约利用与社会经济低水平协调型.  相似文献

以皖江城市带9个城市为研究区域,运用DPSIR方法,建立了包含驱动、压力、状态、影响、响应的5项因素22项指标的低碳经济评价指标体系,并对皖江城市带的低碳经济发展水平进行评价.结果表明:皖江地区各市的低碳经济控制水平有待提高;低碳经济水平从高到低依次为宣城、铜陵、池州、滁州、巢湖、马鞍山、芜湖、安庆、合肥.宣城和铜陵两个城市低碳经济水平相对较好,其资源利用率和单位产出效益水平较高;合肥低碳经济水平排名最后,主要原因是发展中能源消耗、电力、交通路网等压力过大,需要注意能源的有效利用;其他6个城市,各因素层指标比较均衡,但发展中仍需注意对个别极值影响因素的控制.  相似文献

跨界生态环境治理问题是当前学术界和政府关注的热点问题,府际合作对于跨界生态环境治理以及区域经济持续健康发展极为关键. 以安徽省重点发展区域———皖江城市带为案例地,探究了皖江城市带跨界生态环境污染问题的现状及产生原因,深入分析了跨界生态环境治理过程中存在的问题. 从府际纵向和横向合作两个维度,提出跨界生态环境治理,在宏观层面上政府间应加强环境管制系统的顶层设计、理顺环境治理的制度安排以及整合合作治理的组织架构,在微观层面上政府之间应加强建立互动的合作机制、有效的工作机制、完善的利益补偿机制和切实生态补偿机制等,进而实现皖江城市带跨界生态环境的有效治理.  相似文献

利用2012年—2015年皖江城市带地下水污染调查工作所取得的无机测试数据,采用单因子评价法和综合质量评价法进行地下水质量评价,采用无机毒理指标进行了污染评价。地下水无机指标质量综合评价结果显示,皖江城市带可以直接饮用(Ⅰ~Ⅲ类水)或经适当处理可以饮用(Ⅳ类水)的地下水资源占81.7%,不能直接饮用的地下水资源(Ⅴ类水)占18.4%。地下水无机指标污染评价结果显示,未受污染的占34.43%,极重度污染的占13.78%,其余占51.79%。皖江城市带地下水总体来看形势较为严峻,应该尽快组织实施皖江城市带地下水污染防治规划,遏制地下水污染恶化态势,有效保护研究区地下水资源与环境。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
