RP－HPLC法同时测定狼把草中的木犀草素、槲皮素和芹黄素

本文首次用反相高效液相色谱法分离并测定了狼把草中的木犀草素、槲皮素和芹黄素，建立了该中药中有效成分分离、测定的色谱方法．色谱条件：ＯＤＳ柱，甲醇－水－乙酸（７０：３０：０．４Ｖ／Ｖ）为流动相，紫外检测波长２５４ｎｍ．方法简便、灵敏、准确，为扩大该中药资源的开发利用提供了科学依据

用反相高效液相色谱法分离并测定了中药粉防已中的粉防已碱，建立了中药中粉防已碱分离测定的色谱方法，色谱条件：ＯＤＳ柱，甲醇－水－三乙胺（８５：１５：０．２５Ｖ／Ｖ）为流动相，紫外检测波长２８３ｎｍ，方法简便，灵敏、准确快速，本研究中为中药粉防已的质量评价提供了科学依据。     

微流控毛细管电泳-流动注射联用技术在分离和测定中药制剂中麻黄碱与伪麻黄碱的应用

采用较短的毛细管作为分离通道,建立了一种微流控毛细管电泳和流动注射联用的分离测定麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的新体系.该体系由一个H-型微芯片接口、一个水平放置的毛细管(作为分离通道)、两个竖直放置的Tygon管(作为阳极和阴极的电解质流通储液槽)组成.在最佳实验条件下,麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱标准品的进样频率可达到60 h-1,且完全基线分离,重现性良好,检测限(S/N=3)分别为:麻黄1.77 μg/mL,伪麻黄2.03 μg/mL.该微流控体系已用于3种含有麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的市售药品的测定,结果令人满意.     

HPLC法测定小儿清热止咳口服液中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量

采用C18色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm,5μm）,以甲醇-0．02mol／L磷酸二氢钠溶液（含0．2％三乙胺,磷酸调pH值2．5,9：91）为流动相,流速1．0ml·min^-1,检测波长210nm,建立反相高效液相色谱法测定小儿清热止咳H服液中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱含量。结果表明,盐酸麻黄碱在0．102～1．02μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0．9999,平均加样回收率为97．62％,RSD为1．56％（n=6）;盐酸伪麻黄碱在0．1016～1．6256μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0．9999,平均加样回收率为97．55％,RSD为1．84％（,2=6）。本方法分离度好,具有良好的重复性,可以同时测定小儿清热止咳口服液中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量。     

麻黄水煎液及其泡沫中麻黄碱与伪麻黄碱的含量比较研究

目的:测定麻黄水煎液及其泡沫中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱含量。方法:采用RP-HPLC法测定。Diamonsil-C18(250mm*4.6 mm,5um);乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液(4:96)洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长210nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱的回归方程为:Y=34195X-331.2,r=0.9998,在61.5~307.5mg.L-1范围线性关系良好;盐酸伪麻黄碱y=31131X-59.3,r=0.9996,在40.5~324 mg.L-1范围内线性良好。结论:麻黄水煎液及其泡沫中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱含量基本一致。     

HPLC法测半夏露冲剂中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量

目的：建立半夏露冲剂中麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法,采用ZORBAX 80A C18（15cm×4．6μm,5μm）色谱拉,流动相：甲醇-0．4％磷酸溶液（8：92）流速：1mL／min检测波长208nm。外标法计算麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的含量。结果：盐酸麻黄碱在0．014～1．4μg范围内,盐酸伪麻黄碱在0．0655～6．550μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率盐酸麻黄碱为102．69％,RSD为1.20％;盐酸伪麻黄碱为97．92％,RSD为1．41％。结论：本法简单快速,结果准确,可以有效的控制半夏露冲剂的质量。     

新疆戈壁野生木贼麻黄中麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱含量的测定

采用半仿生提取法提取生物碱,以薄层色谱法(TLC)对戈壁野生木贼麻黄的根、茎与果中提取的生物碱进行了签别,用HPLC同时测定新疆和田皮山戈壁野生木贼麻黄中的盐酸麻黄碱与盐酸伪麻黄碱等生物碱的含量,色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(体积比10∶90),测定波长为210 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min.结果显示,测定盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱分别在0.7-4.2μg/m L(r=0.999),0.05-0.3μg/m L(r=0.999)范围内,线性关系良好,平均加标回收率分别为101.6%(RSD=0.3%),102.1%(RSD=0.7%).该法结果准确,重现性好,可用于新疆和田皮山戈壁野生木贼麻黄2种生物碱的含量测定.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
