C/C复合材料的浸涂抗氧化性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用不同浸渍工艺浸涂C/C复合材料 ,研究了不同浸渍剂浸渍后试样的抗氧化效果 ,以及常压浸渍和抽真空 加压浸渍对C/C复合材料抗氧化性能的影响 .研究结果表明 :材料浸渍磷酸盐后其抗氧化性能可得到明显改善 ,用磷酸盐加压浸渍是提高C/C复合材料抗氧化性能的一种有效途径 ;常压浸渍处理时 ,在所使用的 3种浸渍溶液 (A溶液、Z溶液、M溶液 )中 ,经Z溶液处理的试样其抗氧化性最好 ;浸渍了A溶液、Z溶液的试样的氧化失重曲线 ,其最佳抽真空 加压浸渍压力分别为 0 .8,1.2MPa .  相似文献

用一次浸渍和多次浸渍法制备出高活性、高选择性负载型镍催化剂 ,将其用于糠醇液相加氢制备四氢糠醇的反应中。试验结果表明 ,镍负载量在 2 0 %~ 6 0 %时 ,负载型镍催化剂对糠醇加氢反应的活性和选择性较高 ,采用多次浸渍法可显著地提高催化剂的加氢活性和选择性。在不使用溶剂和较缓和的反应条件下 (催化剂浓度为 10g/L ,温度为 170℃ ,压力为 5~ 6MPa ,停留时间为 4~ 4.5h ,搅拌速度为 10 0 0r/min) ,糠醇转化率达 10 0 % ,四氢糠醇收率为 95 %~ 96 % ,选择性大于 95 %。反应产物经减压蒸馏后四氢糠醇的纯度高达 99%以上。研究结果表明 ,采用多次浸渍法制备的负载型镍催化剂在四氢糠醇生产中具有良好的工业应用前景  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯、乙醇、硝酸为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备玻璃负载型TiO2膜,用醋酸浸渍对其进行表面修饰以增加其光催化活性,用直接耐晒蓝染料模拟废水中难降解的有机污染物.研究结果表明,醋酸浸渍可以增加坡璃负载型TiO2膜光催化活性,当采用0 25mol/L醋酸浸渍玻璃负载型TiO2膜1h,TiO2膜120min内降解率由13 8%提高到42%.  相似文献

1松针饮料松针饮料具有独特的松针清香,甜酸爽口、味美宜人,且营养丰富,所含维生素C、B1、B2等对人体保健大有益处。由于具有一定的药理功能,经常饮用可获得明目、健身、扶风、去痛等疗效。工艺流程原料选择→清洗→浸渍→糖化→过滤→冷却→发酵→配制→灭菌包装。原料选择应是鲜叶,无腐烂变质,天残叶柄、泥土、杂质。清洗用2%的磷酸水溶液浸洗25-30分钟后再用清水冲干净,然后将洗净的松针切成Icm左右的段或用粉碎机斩碎。浸渍按1:2的比例在碎松针中加入25℃的清水及0.5%的柠檬酸和0.05%的末钾酸钠以。及0.05%的山梨酸钾…  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
