2010年4月在三峡库区重庆段长江干流及部分支流的14个消落带采样点采集消落带土样,对有机质、全氮和全磷进行了测定,并对土壤的化学计量学特征进行了分析.结果表明,淹水过后消落带土壤有机质均值大于对照土壤.消落带植被覆盖状况对消落带土壤有机质和全氮含量变化影响较大,淹水前植被覆盖度高的消落带在落干初期土壤有机质和全氮含量高于对照土壤,而植被覆盖低的消落带土壤有机质和全氮低于对照土壤.消落带土壤全磷含量与植被覆盖度、土地利用类型均没有明显的关系.与对照土壤相比,消落带土壤 C:N、C:P 较大,N:P 较小,消落带土样有机质和全氮含量呈现良好的线性拟合关系,表明两者有相同的来源

KPC-rg1抗H1N1流感病毒活性研究初探

为了研究肉桂提取物KPC-rg1对H1N1流感病毒的抗病毒活性.本研究以C57BL/6近交系小鼠为研究对象,并将小鼠分为3组,分别是健康空白组、对照组和实验组,分别对应给予磷酸缓冲盐(PBS)溶液、H1N1流感病毒溶液和H1N1流感病毒+KPC-rg1混合溶液,饲养28 d,观察实验过程中各组小鼠的存活率,通过红细胞凝集抑制实验(HI)分析KPC-rg1抗H1N1流感病毒的血凝抑制效价,并采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法定量检测病毒载量.与健康空白组相比,对照组小鼠接受H1N1病毒攻击后,体质量急剧下降,并在第3天出现死亡,而实验组小鼠给药后2 d内体质量略微下降,之后恢复到正常增长水平,且无小鼠死亡;小鼠感染28 d后,对照组和实验组小鼠血清中均检测出高滴度的血凝抑制效价(128 HAV);病毒攻击后3 d,对照组和实验组小鼠肺部病毒载量均达到1×10~7 copies/50 mg(1 IU≈5.6 copies);实验终点所有攻毒存活小鼠的肺组织病毒均得到了有效的清除.由此可知,KPC-rg1可有效地灭活H1N1流感病毒,对小鼠有显著的保护预防作用;被灭活的病毒保留了完整的抗原性,形成"原位固化灭活"效应;KPC-rg1可促使小鼠产生强烈的免疫应答反应,使机体产生高滴度的抗病毒抗体.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
