通过测试碳纤维/环氧复合材料(CFRP)单向层合板单轴拉伸和循环拉伸时的电阻变化,研究了碳纤维复合材料单向层合板自传感特性.结果表明:不同铺层方向CFRP单向层合板拉伸时体积电阻变化特性各不相同,该电阻变化特性比应力、应变能更多地反映有关材料内部结构变化的信息;CFRP单向层合板具有压阻效应,压阻效应随着应力的增加而增加,偏轴拉伸、横向拉伸时压阻效应比纵向拉伸时要大,且随铺层方向角的增大,压阻效应越来越明显.利用CFRP单向层合板这种自传感特性,可实现在线实时自监测以及对其损伤、破坏的自诊断.  相似文献

通过单向拉伸、剪切以及三点弯曲实验研究了玄武岩纤维/铝合金层合板在不同加载方式下的准静态力学性能。利用空气动力枪对玄武岩纤维/铝合金层合板进行了子弹冲击加载实验。实验中得到了层合板材料不同的力学参数以及子弹冲击下典型的变形失效模式。实验结果表明:在单向拉伸载荷作用下层合板中纤维层将首先发生断裂破坏从而导致材料失效,45°拉伸剪切作用下由于纤维不承受拉伸载荷,其剪切强度较低而剪切应变较大,从而导致铝板发生面内弯曲变形。在12 mm子弹冲击载荷下玄武岩纤维/铝合金层合板具有较好的抗冲击性能,其弹道极限为97.9 m/s。  相似文献

基于经典层合板理论,计及加强筋弯曲及扭转运动影响,建立无限大正交加筋层合板传声损失的理论模型.采用空间谐波展开和虚功原理的方法,推导出正交加筋层合板的传声损失计算公式,并将计算结果与简化模型和板梁组合模型的计算结果进行对比,结果吻合良好,验证了所建模型的有效性及广适性.最后,数值分析了层合板铺设方式、铺设角度、刚度、材料损耗因子和加筋间距等参数对结构隔声性能的影响.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
