以α-Fe2O3和NiO粉体为原料,NaCl为稀释剂,利用固相机械化学反应,在高能球磨作用下合成了NiFe2O4纳米晶.采用X射线衍射分析了合成NiFe2O4的过程和不同焙烧温度对晶粒尺寸的影响,计算了前驱体热处理过程晶粒长大的活化能.研究结果表明:制备的NiFe2O4纳米晶的晶粒尺寸为20~30 nm;焙烧温度越高,晶粒尺寸越大;NiFe2O4晶粒长大的表观活化能为16.7 kJ/mol,这表明热处理过程的晶粒长大主要以界面扩散为主.  相似文献

以阴离子交换膜为隔膜,在阴极采用电化学沉淀法制备TiO2·xH2O纳米颗粒,并在不同温度下进行焙烧,得到不同晶型和粒度的TiO2.TEM和XRD分析结果表明:在773 K时TiO2微粒呈现出锐钛矿结构,粒径约为30~40 nm;在873 K时TiO2微粒出现以锐钛矿为主含有3.85%金红石相混晶结构,粒径约为50~60 nm;在1 173 K时TiO2微粒已完全转变为金红石相,粒径达到100 nm以上.  相似文献

采用多元醇介质法和氨水沉淀法制备了Bi2O3半导体纳米粒子光催 化剂, 运用XRD, BE T和XPS等手段对其进行表征, 以甲苯的气相光催化氧化为探针反应, 考察了不同制备方法 、 不同温度焙烧处理的Bi2O3纳米粒子的光催化活性. 结果表明, 以 多元醇介质法和氨水沉淀 法制备的Bi2O3微粒均为纳米晶粒, 其晶型主要为四方型; 随焙 烧温度的升高固体表 面电子结合能增大, 导致光催化活性升高; 其光催化活性多元醇介质法优于氨水沉淀法.  相似文献

采用化学沉淀法合成了La(OH)_3超微粒.即先制得草酸镧沉淀后,将其焙烧而得La(OH)_3超微粒.用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析观察了在不同焙烧温度下焙烧1h所制备的微粒结构形态、粒度与分布.结果表明,在T=900℃~1000℃下焙烧1h,经自然吸潮,可得到平均粒径小于0.1μm的球形La(OH)_3超微粒.  相似文献

以LiOH·H2O为锂源、Mn2O3(电解MnO2 680℃焙烧6 h)为锰源,采用一步固相法在氩气中制取正极材料o-LiMnO2.对Mn2O3和LiOH·H2O混合物进行热重分析,然后对影响LiMnO2合成的重要因素进行考察,最后对合成的样品进行Mn平均化合价的测定和SEM分析.研究结果表明:合成LiMnO2的温度应控制500℃以上.合成LiMnO2的最佳实验条件为:锂锰物质的量比1.03、焙烧温度600℃、焙烧时间8h.合成的样品即为LiMnO2;样品的结构为正交层状结构.  相似文献

采用液相和固相两种方法,制备出Cu掺杂ZnO纳米粒子,并利用XRD、TEM和TG-DTA等技术对其进行表征和分析.通过在可见光下对甲基橙进行光催化降解,探讨不同的制备方法、铜掺杂量、焙烧温度、催化剂浓度、溶液pH等因素对甲基橙降解率的影响.结果表明,采用固相法、焙烧温度为450℃,Cu掺杂量为1%,催化剂用量为0.67g.L-1,甲基橙溶液(20mg.L-1)的pH为6.0时,光催化剂对甲基橙的降解效果最好,其降解率达89.70%.  相似文献

研究了添加不同量的纳米NiO对NiFe2O4金属陶瓷电导率的影响.对添加纳米NiO占NiO总量6%-14%的NiFe2O4金属陶瓷试样的电导率进行测试分析,发现试样的电导率随测试温度的升高而增加.当纳米NiO占NiO总量的10%时有最大电导率,测试温度为980℃时的电导率为90.7S/cm.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
