武汉历史人居环境的保护与重构--再现"汉味"城市建筑风貌与特色

对近代武汉历史建筑及其住宅人居环境保护与更新改造意义进行阐述，在课题论证、实际调查和分析的基础上归纳出近代武汉历史建筑及住宅内外环境的风貌特色，并结合具体的改造工程设计项目实践提出了对其进行保护与重构设计的基本方法。     

南京地区儿童父母病态建筑综合症与家居环境因素的相关性分析

为探讨家居环境各因素对病态建筑综合症的影响,利用CCHH调查问卷对南京市23家幼儿园的6 461名儿童进行问卷调查,共回收了4 017份有效问卷.问卷涵盖了调查人的基本信息、家居环境及病态建筑综合症等各方面的问题.采用logistic模型分析南京地区儿童父母病态建筑综合症与家居环境各因素的关系.研究发现:住宅周边环境、住宅类型、建筑高度、强化木地板、竹地板、石灰、新家具、新装修、潮湿表征是病态建筑综合症症状的危险性因素(P≤0.05);自主拥有住宅、瓷砖、石头、乳胶漆是病态建筑综合症症状的保护性因素(P≤0.05).因此,家居环境因素与南京地区儿童父母病态建筑综合症间有着密切的联系.     

甘肃省部分地区住宅建筑火灾荷载的统计与分析

本文对甘肃省不同档次的住宅类建筑火灾荷载进行调查统计,并利用求算术平均数的方法对数据进行分析,分别得到了兰州市、天水市、白银市的低、中、高三类住宅类建筑的火灾荷载平均值,为火灾研究及性能化设计提供了数据。     

论住宅建筑电气设计与施工监督

在现代城市建设脚步不断加快的今天,我国住宅建设设计与施工行业都得到了快速的发展。作为住宅建筑的重要组成部分,住宅建筑设计与施工监督关系到住宅建筑的电气使用安全、关系到业主的人身财产安全。住宅建筑电气设计与施工监督工作应针对现代社会发展对人们时常用电量、电器使用情况的印象,以科学调研为基础进行住宅建筑电气设计与施工监督,以此实现住宅建筑电气设计目标、保障电气工程施工质量。本文就住宅建筑电气设计与施工监督进行了简要论述。

通过对寒冷地区农村住宅窗户节能现状的调查,发现窗户节能问题较为严重。本文结合农村住宅中的建筑实例进行了测量和分析,提出了较为实际的窗户节能设计方案。

健康住宅已成为人类自身的身心健康的"绿色"生存环境,设计者为了创造中华民族理想的绿色家园,特别重视住宅的"绿色设计",而真正的"绿色建筑",不仅指建筑的低污染、低能耗,对建筑是否具有稳定良好的能量聚集效应,是否有利于人的身心健康应是衡量"绿色"与否的基本标准。本文对住宅能量聚集的影响因素作了一些肤浅的分析,就如何改善住宅能量聚集效应提出了一些措施。要设计能量聚集良好的住宅,还需要经过一个时期的探索和实践,更需要设计师和使用者的共同努力来实现。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
