一种新型空间三自由度并联机器人的运动学与工作空间分析

提出一种新型三自由度并联机器人机构．该新型并联机器人由定平台、动平台和3个连接支链组成,其动平台相对于定平台具有两个转动和一个移动自由度．各运动支链结构完全相同,且都含有一个闭环子链．该并联机器人只含转动副,具有结构对称和工作空间大的特点．文中对该新型并联机器人的结构进行了详细描述,并应用螺旋理论分析了其运动特性;根据运动链等价替换原理,给出了该并联机器人的运动学反解和正解,并进行了工作空间分析。     

调平二自由度球面并联机构运动学分析与求解

球面并联机构操作灵活、控制简单,尤其适合于飞行器运动模拟、光束指向控制及平台调平领域。为了提高调平效率,提出了一种适用于调平领域的球面并联机构,首先介绍该机构构型,由动平台、底座、两对称分布驱动支链及球副支腿构成。针对机构特点,基于螺旋理论分析机构自由度与约束,给出机构自由度矩阵与约束矩阵,得出该机构有2个转动自由度。依据构型建立机构坐标系,通过构造闭环矢量,建立驱动长度与动平台转动角度的数学模型并求得运动学逆解。利用3D模型进行运动学仿真,求解机构位移、速度、加速度。结果表明,所提出的机构具有较好的位移分辨率且结构简单,可作为倒装键合等调平机构的基础件,具有很好的应用价值。     

五自由度作业要求下 Stewart 平台的运动特性

根据Ｓｔｅｗａｒｔ平台在制造业的应用特点，分析了五自由度（或者低于五自由度）作业运动要求的应用情况，提出了多余自由度的概念。针对运动平台作为旋转运动刀具载体的情况，提出了多余自由度的允许运动范围的计算方法以及利用多余自由度改进机构运动特性的方法。以一种典型的平台模型为例进行计算，就作业空间和可操作性等问题验证了所提出方法的有效性。从算例可以看出，多余自由度在Ｓｔｅｗａｒｔ平台的实时控制中可以得到较好的应用。     

6—6并联机构封闭运动不位姿正解单解

用代数法研究了６－６六自由度Ｓｔｅｗａｒｔ并联机构封闭运动学位姿正解单解。在添加了一个附加位移传感器的基础上,解得了上平台六铰接点中三个铰接点在惯性坐标系中的矢量分量。并将其直接转化为六个自由度,从而获得了６－６六自由度Ｓｔｅｗａｒｔ并联机构封闭运动学位姿正解单解及其存在的条件。     

基于螺旋理论的3-RRR并联机构设计与仿真

基于螺旋理论分析了一种3-RRR并联机构的自由度和构型.通过分析动平台和各分支机构的约束螺旋系,构造3-RRR串联分支,运用修正Crübler-Kutabath公式计算出其自由度满足3个转动自由度.基于虚拟样机技术建立3-RRR并联机构虚拟仿真模型,进行正向运动学仿真和工作空间分析,从而找到该机构存在的缺陷,为少自由度并联机构运动学和动力学分析提供保证.     

6-RRS冗余驱动飞行模拟器运动学与工作空间分析

提出一种以6-RRS球面并联机构作为运动机构的冗余驱动飞行模拟器.该机构具有3个转动自由度、6个驱动、3个冗余驱动,由2个完全相同的3-RRS球面并联机构构成6-RRS球面并联机构.该机构广义上具有一个定平台和一个动平台,整个动平台即为飞行模式器座舱.在3-RRS球面并联机构运动学分析的基础上,给出了6-RRS球面冗余驱动并联机构的运动学分析,包括机构的方向余弦的建立、反解和正解及该机构的工作空间分析.     

基于6-PTS机构虚拟轴机床的运动学分析

针对基于Ｓｔｅｗａｒｔ平台虚拟轴机床伸缩杆结构设计的困难及难及热变形对精度的影响等特点,提出了一种基于移动副（Ｐ）、虎克铰（Ｔ）、球铰（Ｓ）及固定杆长的６－ＰＴＳ机构。计算了６－ＰＴＳ机构的运动自由度,建立了６－ＰＴＳ机构运动学反解的数学模型,运用求导法推导了６－ＰＴＳ机构的一阶影响系数矩阵,即揭示了动平台的位姿速度与移动副速度之间关系的正逆雅可比矩阵,为进一步研究该机构特性奠定了基础。     

一种2R1T并联机构位置反解和工作空间分析

设计了一种带封闭支链的2R1T并联机构，机构主体组成包括定平台、动平台、两条RPS支链、一条由封闭支链2SPR和S组成的支链。通过改变三个P副的位移大小来控制动平台的位置及姿态。基于螺旋理论，对2T1R并联机构进行自由度分析，分析得到该机构有两个转动自由度和一个移动自由度。建立机构运动学的反解模型并进行反解求解。应用SolidWorks建立2R1T并联机构的模型并用Matlab建立运动学模型。应用数值搜索法基于位置反解在Matlab中求解得到并联机构的工作空间。     

基于ADAMS的六自由度运动平台运动学分析

针对一种六自由度运动平台,建立其运动学模型,应用ADAMS分析软件进行了运动学仿真,证明了ADAMS分析软件对并联机构运动学正面和反面问题求解的有效性.     

Stewart并行机构位姿误差分析

在获得６－６ＳＰＳ六自由度Ｓｔｅｗａｒｔ并行机构封闭运动学位姿正解精确解析的基础上,提出了六自由度并行机构位姿误差的一种分析方法。针对一种Ｘ－型Ｓｔｅｗａｒｔ并行机构,进行了必要的数字模拟位姿误差分析。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.
