Based on the high frequency techniques such as frequency response measurement, equivalent circuit modeling and packaging parasitics compensation, a comprehensive optimization method for packaging high-speed semiconductor laser module is presented in this paper. The experiments show that the small-signal magnitude frequency response of the TO packaged laser module is superior to that of laser diode in frequencies, and the in-band flatness and the phase-frequency linearity are also improved significantly.  相似文献

Fatigue failures are often encountered in steel structures under heavy cyclic loadings. This paper presents metal fatigue problems in structural engineering using outcomes of recent advancements in numerical qualitative reasoning. Qualitative reasoning provides an effective and sound technique for solving complex and uncertain scenarios, regardless of the uncertainty or linearity of the design parameters and their constraints. This paper introduces the algorithms behind a software platform, built upon numerical qualitative reasoning for engineering applications. The software expresses the results of the analysis in variable ranges and diagrams showing a two-dimensional design space. The capability of representing design parameters and outcomes in solution spaces provides a practical way for engineers to leverage their existing knowledge and experience. Case studies in metal fatigue design are given to reflect on the capability of qualitative reasoning in engineering applications.  相似文献

Noise and linearity performances are critical characteristics for radio frequency integrated circuits( RFICs), especially for low noise amplifiers (LNAs) . In this paper, a detailed analysis of noise and lineaxity for the cascode architecture, a widely used circuit structure in LNA designs, is presented. The noise and the hnearity improvement techniques for cascode structures are also developed and have been proven by computer simulating experiments. Theoretical analysis and simulation results showed that, for cascode structure LNAs,the first metallic oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) dominates the noise performance of the LNA, while the second MOSFET contributes more to the linearity. A conclusion is thus obtained that the first and second MOSFET of the LNA can be designed to optimize the noise performance and the hnearity performance separately, without trade-offs. The 1 .9 GHz Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (CMOS) LNA simulation results are also given as an application of the developed theory.  相似文献

In this paper, the applications of orthogonal linear polarized lasers in self-sensing are reviewed. The properties for such a laser include the production of a new frequency in one longitudinal mode spacing, the tuning of frequency difference, the change of polarization states as cavity tuning, the control of mode competition intensity, the optical feedback, and so on. The orthogonal polarized lasers have been used as a laser nanometer ruler based on competition between two polarized lights in a HeNe laser and as a displacement measurement tool based on the optical feedback in the orthogonal polarized lasers. They are also used in the phase retardation measurement of a waveplate, the angle measurement, the vibration measurement, the pressure/force measurement, the weak magnetic field measurement, and so on. The structures of these new devices are simple and compact with the great advantages of high resolution and high accuracy. Some of these devices can trace to the source of the laser wavelength. The nanometer laser ruler is an example whose measurement range is 12 mm, resolution is 79 nm and linearity is less than 5×10-5. The repeatability of the phase retardation measuring system of waveplate can reach 3′.  相似文献

The objective of this study is to quantify the puerarin in rat plasma following oral administration of TZ18 and compare the pharmacokinetics characteristics of puerarin in normal rats with that in depression model rats. A high performance liquid chromatography method was used to quantify the puerarin due to its good selectivity and linearity (coefficient correlation, r2 = 0.9991) within the tested range (0.028-0.889 μg·mL-1). Intra- and inter-day precision coefficients of variation and accuracy bias were acceptable (Maximum coeffi- cient of variation was 5.74% for intra-day and 3.09% for inter-day) over the entire range. The recoveries were found to be 98.3%, 101.4%, and 103.4% for concentrations of 0.028, 0.222, and 0.444 μg·mL-1, re- spectively. The concentration-time curves for both normal rats and depression model rats were fit to a two- compartment model with the first order absorption. The results show significant differences in the main phar- macokinetic parameters of peak time, peak concentration, and the area under the concentration-time curve between the two kinds of rats.  相似文献

In this weighinmotion (WIM) research, a novel fiber Bragg grating (FBG)based weighinmotion (WIM) system was introduced. The design derived from the idea using inservice bridge abutments as the weigh scale. The bridge beam was replaced by a piece of steel plate which supports the weight of the traveling vehicle. All weights would be finally transferred into the tubes where four FBGs were attached and could record the weightinduced strains by shifting their Bragg wavelengths. The system identification algorithm based on parameters estimation was initiated. Over 40ton load had been applied on the system and the experimental results showed a good repeatability and linearity. The system resolution had been achieved as low as 10 kg. Compared with other designs of fiberoptic WIM systems, this design is easy and reliable.  相似文献

A 4~(th)-order low-pass filter(LPF) based on active-G_m-RC structure for multi-standard system application is presented in this paper.The performances of LPF are controlled by a 1-bit controlvoltage,and the cut-off frequency,channel selectivity,and linearity of the proposed filter can be reconfigured accordingly.In order to improve the accuracy of the cut-off frequency,a binary-weighted switched-capacitor array is employed as the auto-tuning circuits to calibrate the RC-time constant.Fabricated in TSMC 0.18μm RF CMOS process,the proposed LPF achieves a measured cutoff frequency of 1.95 and 12.3MHz for WCDMA and GPS/Galileo application with a bandwidth deviation less than 4%.The measured 1dB compression points are-3.0dBm and-5.1dBm respectively for different modes.The core circuit of LPF consumes 1mW and 1.6mW for WCDMA and GPS/Galileo respectively.And the proposed LPF occupies an area of 0.78mm~2.  相似文献

A fully integrated low noise amplifier( LNA) for WLAN 802. 11 ac is presented in this article.A cascode topology combining BJT and MOS transistor is used for better performance. An inductive source degeneration is chosen to get 50 Ohm impedance matching at the input. The noise contribution of common gate transistor is analyzed for the first time. The designed LNA is verified with IBM silicon-germanium(SiGe ) 0. 13μm BiCMOS process. The measured results show that the designed LNA has the gain of 13 dB and NF of 2. 8 dB at the center frequency of 5. 5 GHz. The input reflection S11 and output reflection S22 are equal to-19 dB and-11 dB respectively. The P-1 dB and IIP3 are-8. 9 dBm and 6. 6 dBm for the linearity performance respectively. The power consumption is only 1. 3 mW under the 1. 2 V supply. LNA achieves high gain,low noise,and high linearity performance,allowing it to be used for the WLAN 802. 11 ac applications.  相似文献

This study presents a rapid, specific and sensitive liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) assay for determination of risperidone (RIS) in human serum using paroxetine as an internal standard (IS). An Alltima-C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 3 μm) and a mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acid-acetonitrile (40:60, v/v) were used for separation. The analysis was performed by selected reaction monitoring (SRM) method, and the peak area of the m/z 411.3→191.1 transition for RIS was measured versus that of the m/z 330.1→192.1 transition for IS to generate the standard curves. The assay linearity of RIS was confirmed over the range 0.25-50.00 ng/ml and the limit of quantitation was 0.05 ng/ml. The linear range corresponds well with the serum concentrations of the analytes obtained in clinical pharmacokinetic studies. Intraday and interday relative standard deviations were 1.85%-9.09% and 1.56%-4.38%, respectively. The recovery of RIS from serum was in the range of 70.20%-84.50%. The method was successfully applied to investigate the bioequivalence between two kinds of tablets (test versus reference products) in 18 healthy male Chinese volunteers. The result suggests that two formulations are bioequivalent.  相似文献

The enantiomer residues of metalaxyl, napropamide, triticonazole and metconazole were detected in soil by Qu EChERS-ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). The soil sample was extracted with acetonitrile containing 1% acetic acid and purified using Qu ECh ERS method. Quantitative analysis for the enantiomers of these four chiral pesticides was performed in MS in multi-response monitoring(MRM) mode by external standard method. All enantiomers showed good linearity in the range of 0.5 to 50 μg/L. The average recoveries of enantiomers in soil were 81.74% to 105.79% with relative standard deviations(RSDs) from 3.69% to 7.86%. The method quantitative limit(MQL) was 5.3-30.3 ng/kg. The method can be used for rapid screening and determination of chiral pesticides in soil.  相似文献

A sensitive analytical method, constant-energy synchronous fluorimetry, has been used to determine benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) selectively in airborne particulates (AP). A constant-energy difference of 1 400 cm^-1 was selected for obtaining single spectral peak. The method could easily identify BaP in an 18-component polycylic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) mixtures. Calibration plots in methanol solution and in sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) micellar media show a good linearity (R〉0.999) in the BaP concentration range generally fotund in the environment. The method gives a detection limit of 0.40 nmol/L in SDS micellar medium and 1.34 nmol/L in methanol solution.  相似文献

The paper presents a fully integrated ultra-wide band(UWB) low noise amplifier(LNA) for 3-10 GHz applications. It employs self-biased resistive-feedback and current-reused technique to achieve wide input matching and low power characteristics. An improved biased architecture is adopted in the second stage to attain a better gain-compensation performance. The design is verified with TSMC standard 1 P6 M 0.18 μm RF CMOS process. The measurement results show that the parasitic problem of the transistors at high frequencies is solved. A high and flat S_(21) of 9.7±1.5 dB and the lowest NF 3.5 dB are achieved in the desired frequency band. The power consumption is only 7.5 mA under 1.6 V supply. The proposed LNA achieves broadband flat gain, low noise, and high linearity performance simultaneously, allowing it to be used in 3-10 GHz UWB applications.  相似文献

The reduction of 1-3 mm fine powder of iron ore by H2 was conducted in a lab-fabricated kg class high temperature fluidized bed. The results show that the differential pressure in the fluidized bed, which has small fluctuation with time, increases with the increase of gas flowing velocity. The utilization ratio of gas decreases when the reaction lasts longer time indicating that the reaction is faster at the beginning of reduction and becomes slower in the latter process. The higher the reaction temperature is, the higher the utilization ratio of gas is, but the difference of utilization ratio among the different temperatures becomes smaller with time. The utilization ratio of gas and the metallization ratio can reach 9% and 84% respectively at 750℃ for 20 min, which shows the reduction reaction by H2 is very fast. The increase of metallization ratio with gas velocity performs quite good linearity, which shows that a higher velocity of reducing gas can be used to improve the productivity of the reactor when H2 is used as reducing gas. With the increase of charge height, the metallization ratio decreases, but the utilization ratio of gas increases. The reaction temperature can be reduced to 700-750℃ from 800-850℃ when H2 is used as reducing gas.  相似文献

A highly reliable, quantitative and sensitive analytical method for determining the residues of the fungicide, hexaconazole in black tea is described. The proposed method is based on liquid-liquid extraction followed by gas chromatographic determination, using nitrogen phosphorus detector (GC-NPD) for the identification and quantitation of hexaconazole. The most appropriate solvent mixture for extracting hexaconazole residues from black tea was n-hexane:acetone at 1 :1 (v/v). The extract was cleaned up by adsorption column chromatography using activated florisil. Performance of the method was assessed by evaluating quality parameters such as recovery value, repeatability, reproducibility, linearity and limits of detection and quantitation. When the method was assessed for repeatability, the percentage of recovery ranged between 86% and 96% while the relative standard deviation was between 0.30% and 2.35%. In studies on reproducibility the recovery ranged from 81% to 85% and relative standard deviation from 1.68% to 5.13%, implying that the method was reliable. A field trial was conducted to verify the application of this method with real samples. Results prove that the validated method was suitable for extracting hexaconazole residues.  相似文献

The relationship between phase transformation and electric re sistivity of Ti-42.6Ni-7Cu SMA was investigated. In the isothermal tensile tests, stress—strain curve shows large hysteresis and nonlinearity, whereas the resistivity—strain curve can be fitted by linearity. The resistivity of SMAs can be determined from the volume fractions of the martensitic and austenitic phas es. This characteristics leads to that the resistance of the SMAs is used as a parameter of strain of SMAs. A SMA actuator using resistance feedback control system was proposed, which can control and retain positioning at any positions without using sensor devices, and the deviation of position of this system was less than 3 μm.  相似文献

Heavy metal contamination of soils, derived from sewage irrigation, mining and inappropriate utilization of various agrochemicals and pesticides, and so on, has been of wide concern in the last several decades. The Shenyang Zhangshi Irrigation Area (SZIA) in China is a representative area of heavy metal contamination of soils resulting from sewage irrigation for about 30 years. This study investigated the spatial distribution and temporal variation of soil cadmium (Cd) and copper (Cu) contamination in the SZIA. The soil samples were collected from the SZIA in 1990 and 2004; Cd and Cu in soils was analyzed and then the spatial distribution and temporal variation of Cd and Cu in soils were modeled using Kriging methods. The results show that long-term sewage irrigation had caused serious Cd and Cu contamination in soils. The mean and the maximum of soil Cd are markedly higher than the levels in second grade standard soil (LSGSS) in China, and the maximum of soil Cu is close to the LSGSS in China in 2004 and is more than the LSGSS in China in 1990. The contamination magnitude of soil Cd and the soil extent of Cd con- tamination had evidently increased since sewage irrigation ceased in 1992. The contamination magnitude of soil Cu and the soil extent of Cu contamination had evidently increased in topsoil, but obviously decresed in subsoil. The soil contamination of Cd and Cu was mainly related to Cd and Cu reactivation of contaminated sediments in Shenyang Xi River and the import of Cd and Cu during irrigation. The eluviation of Cd and Cu in contaminated topsoil with rainfall and irrigation water was another factor of temporal-spatial variability of Cd and Cu contamination in soils.  相似文献

Fe80Ga20?xAlx (x = 0, 6, 9, 14) ingots were prepared from high purity elements using a vacuum induction system. X-ray diffraction patterns show that the alloys are A2 disordered structures. The influence of the partial substitution of Ga in Fe-Ga alloys with Al on their magnetostrictive properties was investigated, and the effects of different heat treatment conditions on the magnetostriction and microstructure of the alloy rods were also examined. The saturation magnetostriction value of Fe80Ga20 can reach to 240·10?6 under a compressive stress of 20 MPa. The Fe80Ga11Al9 alloy has many good properties, such as low hysteresis, high linearity of the magnetostriction curve, and low saturated magnetic field, which make it a potential candidate for magnetostrictive actuator and transducer applications. It is found that subgrains have little influence on the magnetostriction of Fe-Ga alloys.  相似文献

The transpiration characteristics of the tamarind artificial forest in the arid-hot valleys of Jinshajiang River, Yunnan were investigated through the measurement of the transpiration rate, stomatal conductance of tamarind leaf and the related envi- ronmental factors. The results showed that the transpiration of the tamarind in the clear sky had the close positive correlations with photosynthetically active radiation and air temperature and negative correlation with atmosphere moisture in the whole growth period. The daily change tendency of the transpiration rate was the similar with stomatal conductance, and the transpiration had the positive correlation with stomatal conductance. The transpiration rate of tamarind was highest in the rainy season of June and July and was relatively low in the drought season of March and April. The transpiration water consumption in rainy season of June and July was obviously higher than that in drought season of March and April. It fully suggested that the tamarind showed very good drought resistance and adaptability to the arid-hot valleys of Yunnan .  相似文献
