对直流电弧等离子喷射化学气相沉积法(CVD)制备的自支撑金刚石薄膜,用X射线衍射测量了薄膜织构,并用扫描电镜观察了薄膜显微组织。发现金刚石薄膜的织构为{110}、{111}、{112}和{221}等纤维织构。实验结果表明,金刚石薄膜比较致密并且晶形比较完整,不同生长因子对应不同立方体-八面体几何形状。分析和讨论了金刚石薄膜的制备工艺参数如衬底温度和甲烷浓度对其织构和显微组织产生的影响。  相似文献

采用X射线衍射法对国内外四家钢厂帘线钢盘条的织构进行了对比研究.结果表明,国内外各钢厂盘条的织构存在明显差异,国内盘条轴向上的{111}织构强度大于国外盘条,然而盘条轴向上的{111}织构是硬取向,不利于盘条的拉拔.通过延长加热炉加热时间、提高加热温度和提高吐丝温度,可以使{111}织构的强度明显降低.  相似文献

测定了半工艺无取向电工钢热轧(终轧温度在Ar1以下)到成品各工序的织构,以取向分布函数(ODF)的形式对加临界变形的半工艺无取向硅钢的织构演变作了分析.发现其热轧板表层织构基本是典型的铁素体再结晶{111}组分,心部和1/4厚度处以铁素体剪切织构和轧制变形织构为主.冷轧变形后,心部和表层织构组分比较接近,{111}、{112}和{100}面织构都增加,但{111}组分增加最明显.软化退火后,{001}<110>与{112}<110>组分迅速降低,织构组分以γ纤维织构为主.通过增加临界变形,在最终去应力退火后,{111}不利面织构大量减少,高斯组分增加明显.Taylor因子可以表征不同取向晶粒对变形能的储存能力,从轧制变形时Taylor因子的分布可以解释该实验结果.  相似文献

运用电子背散射花样技术(EBSP)对本钢深冲板St15再结晶退火过程中的织构演变规律进行了研究.当加热速率为30℃/h时,深冲板St15再结晶开始温度在560℃左右,再结晶完成时间约为2h,最强织构组分为{100}〈110〉.随着温度的升高,深冲板St15的γ纤维织构,尤其是{111}〈112〉织构有所增强.当保温温度为700℃,随保温时间延长,深冲板St15的{111}〈110〉织构明显增强,4h后{111}〈112〉织构开始逐渐增强,到13h时,获得理想的退火织构.  相似文献

对冷轧及退火后无取向硅钢织构及磁性能的变化进行研究.借助电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术测量退火试样的极图,计算取向分布函数(ODF)和织构组分的体积分数,并利用TYU-2000M磁性能测量仪测量试样的磁性能.结果表明,810、840、880 ℃下退火3 min后,试样的再结晶均充分完成,且晶粒随着退火温度的升高而长大;退火后,试样中首先显现{111}〈112〉织构组分,且随退火温度的升高呈增强趋势;退火温度继续升高时,{111}〈110〉织构组分增强,一次再结晶后材料中出现{111}面织构,导致试样的磁感应强度B50降低,同时由于晶粒的长大使得试样的铁损P15减小.  相似文献

借助于三维取向分布函数(ODF)分析,研究了IF深冲钢板在750℃和800℃退火时不同保温时间对其再结晶织构的影响.实验结果表明,750℃和800℃退火试样的再结晶γ纤维织构({111}〈uvw〉)的强度随退火时间的延长而逐渐增强,再结晶α纤维织构中从{001}〈110〉至{112}〈110〉的强度随着退火保温时间的延长而下降然后再回升.同时800℃退火试样的γ纤维织构的强度明显高于750℃退火试样的γ纤维织构的强度,与之对应800℃退火试样的α纤维织构的强度显著低于750℃退火试样的α纤维织构的强度.  相似文献

对冷轧压下率为80%、厚1mm的Ti-IF钢经不同温度退火处理后进行拉伸试验,测量其塑性应变比r值.观察退火试样的显微组织,并利用电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD)对其性能和再结晶织构进行分析.结果表明,冷轧试验钢分别在780、810、840℃退火3min后,均发生了再结晶;随着退火温度的升高,大多数晶粒尺寸由5~6μm增大到9~10μm;试验钢的r值随退火温度升高而增大;退火钢再结晶织构表现为强烈的{111}织构,主要由{111}〈110〉和{111}〈112〉两类取向晶粒组成.  相似文献

对IF钢生产过程中热轧、冷轧及退火试样的织构演变进行研究.分别借助EBSD和XRD测定和计算了热轧、退火及冷轧试样的取向分布函数及相关织构组分的体积分数.结果发现,热轧板在变形过程中发生了动态再结晶,晶粒为细小的等轴晶,为后续组织发展提供了基础;热轧后试样中的织构很弱,不会影响冷轧织构组分及含量.冷轧过程是织构形成的主要过程,试样中含有4种主要的织构组分:{001}〈110〉、{111}〈110〉、{111}〈112〉和{112}〈110〉.退火过程中发生再结晶,4种冷轧织构组分在退火过程中均分别转变为{111}面织构.  相似文献

以两种含Nb量不同的Hi-B钢为研究对象,借助OM、SEM及XRD研究了试验钢在常化、冷轧及脱碳退火过程中织构的演变规律。结果表明,两组试验钢常化板沿板厚方向存在织构差异,表层及次表层主要为{110}112、{112}111及Goss织构组分,中心层以{001}110、{111}112及{112}110织构组分为主,除次表层Goss织构外,低Nb钢中各织构组分含量均高于高Nb钢;冷轧过程中,{112}111和{110}001织构转变为{111}面织构,{112}110织构转向{001}110织构,高Nb钢中各织构组分含量均高于低Nb钢;脱碳退火过程中,两组试验钢中均形成了较强的{111}面织构,高Nb钢中含有更强的{111}面织构和更弱的Goss织构组分,并且Goss晶粒与{111}112晶粒之间的取向差更接近Σ9晶界。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
