DrugFET的研究（XⅢ）：四苯硼钠一烟碱FET的研制与应用

本文将离子敏感场效应晶体管（ＩＳＦＥＴ）与药物敏感膜相结合,研制成一种药物敏感场效应晶体管传感器（ＤｒｕｇＦＥＴ）。用四苯硼钠为电活性物质,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂,制成ｐｖｃ膜,对烟碱的线性范围为１．０×１０－２～２．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,斜率为５７．５ｍｖ／ｐｃ,适宜ｐＨ范围为５．５～８．０,检出限为１．０×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。用该传感器分析烟草中烟碱的含量,结果和分光光度法相一致。     

化工原料及制药中间体中二苯胺亚硝化衍生的极谱法测定

报道一种经亚硝化后用极谱定量二苯胺的极谱测定方法。在０．２ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＡｃ－０．０２５ｍｏｌ／ＬＨ＿２ＳＯ＿４－４×１０￣（－６）ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＮＯ＿２底液中，二苯胺的亚硝化产物有一良好的极谱还原波，峰电位为－０．６１Ｖ（ｖｓ，ＳＣＥ），峰高与二苯胺浓度在２×１０￣（－７）～１×１０￣（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内有线性关系（ｒ＝０．９９９９）。     

流动注射化学发光法测定还原型辅酶Ⅰ

将还原型辅酶Ⅰ（ＮＡＤＨ）还原Ｆｅ３＋生成Ｆｅ２＋的化学反应与Ｆｅ２＋催化溶解氧氧化Ｌｕｍｉｎｏｌ的化学发光反应相偶合,同时采用试剂固定化技术将体系中的分析试剂Ｆｅ３＋及Ｌｕｍｉｎｏｌ全部电价固定在离子交换柱中,建立了一种测定还原型辅酶Ⅰ的流动注射化学发光新方法．该法对于ＮＡＤＨ响应的线性范围为１．０×１０－７～１．０×１０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,检出限为５．５×１０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,相对标准偏差小于５％（１．０×１０－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,ｎ＝７）．     

磷酸盐及其结构类似物对文昌鱼酸性磷酸酶的影响

研究了磷酸盐（ＨＰＯ￣（２－）＿４）及其结构类似物钼酸盐（ＭｏＯ￣（２－）＿４），钒酸盐（ＨｖＯ￣（２－）＿４），钨酸盐（ＷＯ￣（２－）＿４）对文昌鱼酸性磷酸酶活力的影响及其抑制机理。实验结果表明：磷酸盐对文昌鱼酸性磷酸酶的抑制作用表现为竞争性抑制类型，而其结构类似物则是通过非竞争性抑制的方式抑制酶活力．抑制常数Ｋｉ分别为：磷酸盐：３．０×１０￣（－４）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，钼酸盐：５．５×１０￣（－７）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，钒酸盐：７．０×１０￣（－７）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，钨酸盐：３．８×１０￣（－８）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，用酸盐对酶活力呈时间抑制过程，表明该类似物可能通过氧化—还原这种新的抑制机理来抑制酶的活力。     

离子敏感微电极的制作及参数测试

本文制作了Ｋ＋，Ｎａ＋液态膜离子敏感微电极（Ｋ＋，Ｎａ＋—ＩＳＭＥ），并稳定了其制作条件，经测试，Ｋ＋—ＩＳＭＥ线性范围为１—１０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，检测下限为３．０×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。对Ｎａ＋选择系数为２．６８×１０－４。电位飘移为±０．１ｍＶ／ｈ。Ｎａ＋—ＩＳＭＥ线性范围为１—２．０×１０－ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，检测下限为５．０×１．０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。对Ｋ＋的选择系数为１．８５×１０－２，对Ｃａ２＋的选择系数为１．４６。上述参数均满足生理实验要求，离子敏感微电极技术可做为生理学研究的重要手段。     

钨的极谱波研究及钼精矿中钨的测定

在ｐＨ２．３的磷酸－１．１８×１０（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ桑色素底液中，钨在－１．１４Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ）有一灵敏的极谱波，可用于微量钨的测定．线性范围４．３５×１０（－１０）～２．１８×１０（－８）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，检出限４．１４×１０（－１１）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ．直接应用于钼精矿中钨的测定，方法简便快速，结果准确．     

新试剂6-(2-羟基-4-二乙基氨苯偶氮)-2,3-二氢-1.4-酞嗪二酮的电化学发光研究

应用自制的ＥＣＬ－１型电致化学发光仪，对新试剂６－（２－羟基－４－二乙基氨苯偶氮）－２．３－二氢－１，４－酞嗪二酮（ＨＤＥＡ）在Ｎａ２ＣＯ３－ＮａＨＣＯ３缓冲介质中的电化学发光行为作了研究．结果发现，当介质ｐＨ值为 １０．５４时，在一定的实验条件下，施加 １．７Ｖ （ＶＳ．ＳＣＥ）三角波脉冲电压，体系的发光强度与ＨＤＥＡ浓度在５．０ × １０－９～１．０×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内呈线性关系，反应的检测限达１．０×１０－９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ．     

钼－桑色素配合物的极谱波研究与应用

在ｐＨ２．１的硫酸－２．９６×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ桑色素－０．１７２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ氯酸钾底液中，钼在－０．４３Ｖ（ＳＣＥ）有一灵敏的极谱催化波，可用于测定微量钼．线性范围１．０４×１０－９～２．５０×１０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，检出限１．８８×１０－１０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ．　极谱催化波法直接应用于三氧化钨光谱标样中微量相的测定，方法简便，准确可靠。     

半胱氨酸与镉（Ⅱ）的配合物极谱波研究

在０．２ｍｏｌ／ＬＢｒｉｔｏｎ－Ｒｏｂｉｎｓｏｎ（ＢＲ）缓冲体系中（ＰＨ＝８．０）,半胱氨酸与镉（Ⅱ）形成的配合物在－０．６２ｖ（ｖｓＳＣＥ）可产生灵敏的阴极化波,其二阶导数波高与镉（Ⅱ）浓度在４．０×１０－８～１．０×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内成线性关系,检出限为１．０×１０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。研究了配合物波的性质,建立了测定镉（Ⅱ）的新方法,可用于烟草中镉的测定。     

土霉素,甲烯土霉素和强力霉素的化学发光分析法

在碱性介质中,铜氨络离子会催化过氧化氢与土霉素、甲烯土霉素或强力霉素的化学发光反应,表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲基铵（ＣＴＭＡＢ）对该反应具有增敏作用．发光强度与土霉素、甲烯土霉素或强力霉素的含量分别在８．０×１０－８～８．０×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ、５．０×１０－８～５．０×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ和１．０×１０－７～１．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的范围内分两个量程呈线性关系．７次平行测定的相对标准偏差分别为１．８％～４．１％、２．４％～３．５％和２．５％～４．０％．标准加入的回收率为９９．６％～１０１．４％、９９．１％～１０２．３％和９９．４％～１０１．４％．应用于尿液中这３种四环素类药物的回收测定,结果满意     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
