家兔死后时间与血浆中分子物质的含量

中分子物质在血浆中的含量与体内蛋白质的分解代谢有关。动物死亡后体内蛋白质分解加快,故随着死后时间的延长血浆中的中分子物质呈进行性增高。本文报告通过观察家兔死后的不同时间与血浆中的中分子物质的含量变化,发现二者呈正相关,相关系数 r=0.9904。因此,只要测出血浆中的中分子物质的含量,再代入公式X=1.2353y-355即可计算出动物死后的时间(分钟),这对法医确定死后时间很有帮助。     

替硝唑在唾液和血浆中浓度的相关性探讨

目的：探讨替硝唑在唾液浓度和血浆浓度的相关性。方法：８ 名健康男性志愿者交叉口服２ ｇ 的替硝唑胶囊和片剂,用 Ｈ Ｐ Ｌ Ｃ 法测定其在血浆中浓度经时过程及相应时间点的唾液中浓度。结果：替硝唑胶囊的血浆及唾液中的ｔ１／２ｋａ 分别为（０４７ ±０２４） 、（０６３ ±０３８）ｈ ,ｔ１／２ｋｅ 分别为（１３７１ ±１５２） 、（１３７８ ±３３７）ｈ , ρｍａｘ 分别为（５２０７ ±９１１） 、（４８１０ ±８０１） μｇ／ｍ Ｌ, Ａ Ｕ Ｃ 分别为（１ ０９２９８ ±１１１８３） 、（１ ０１１２８ ±１１５２０）μｇ·ｈ／ｍ Ｌ;替硝唑片剂的血浆及唾液中的ｔ１／２ｋａ 分别为（０８６±０６７） 、（０７８ ±０５２）ｈ ,ｔ１／２ｋｅ 分别为（１４１９ ±１９５） 、（１３００ ±２０７）ｈ ,ρｍａｘ 分别为（５１０７ ±１０３２） 、（４９０９ ±９２７）μｇ／ｍ Ｌ, Ａ Ｕ Ｃ 分别为（１ １２３００ ±１２８２５） 、（１ ０４４１５ ±１７９５４）μｇ·ｈ／ｍ Ｌ。结论：替硝唑在唾液和血浆中的药代动力学参数相似,均无显著性差异,替硝唑唾液与血浆浓度呈显著正相     

不同贮藏期鸡蛋中脂质过氧化物含量分析

用ＴＢＡ比色法测定了不同贮藏期鸡蛋蛋清及全蛋液中脂质过氧化物的含量。结果表明：随着贮藏时间的延长，鸡蛋全蛋液中脂质过氧化物的含量明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），但是蛋清中脂质过氧化物含量没有明显变化。新鲜鸡蛋全蛋液和蛋清中脂质过氧化物的含量分别为（２．７０±０．４８）、（０．３２４±０．０４７）μｍｏｌ（ＭＤＡ）／Ｌ全蛋液及蛋清中脂质过氧化物的含量在贮藏４５ｄ时分别为（４．１８±０．４７）、（０．３３６±０．０４４）μｍｏｌ（ＭＤＡ）／Ｌ；在贮藏７０ｄ时分别为（５．３２±０．６３）、（０．３６４±０．０４７）μｍｏｌ（ＭＤＡ）／Ｌ。     

血清异柠檬酸脱氢酶测定泡球蚴患者的临床意义

本文以１００例健康人为对照，测定了９４例泡球蚴患者血清异柠檬酸脱氢酶（ＩＣＤ）的活性，其中７３例与皮内试验及一般血清学测定相符，有２１例仅有影像学的诊断，而皮内试验未检出或血清学假阳性者。我们用血清ＩＣＤ法得到进一步地证实。测定结果表明，泡球蚴患者的血清ＩＣＤ活性（ｘ±ｓｕ／ｍｌ，１２．１±４．４０）较健康对照组（６．５４±２．４８）有显著升高（Ｐ〈０．０１），尤其是用血清ＩＣＤ检测泡球蚴患者综合     

腹部外科手术对家兔血浆中分子物质含量的影响

用改进的紫外吸收法测定家兔腹部外科手术后血浆中分子物质含量的动态变化。结果表明，腹部外科手术组家兔血浆中分子物质含量呈进行性显著性降低；而对照组家兔血浆中分子物质含量无明显变化。结果提示，腹部外科手术可导致血浆中分子物质含量显著性降低。其降低机制可能与应激反应有关。     

提高酸牛奶加工工艺及品质的研究

用保加利亚乳酚杆菌（Ｌａｃｔｏｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓｂｕｌｇａｒｉｃｕｓ）和乳酸链球菌（Ｓｔｒｅｐｔｕｃｏｃｃｕｓｔａｃｔｉｓ），按２．５：１的菌种作为发酵剂，用“正文试验”筛选配方，确定乳中干物质为１２％（±０．１％），用９５℃保温杀菌５ｍｉｎ，接种３％发酵剂，恒温条件４３℃／３ｈ，冷却到４℃３０ｍｉｎ，这些是获得风味良好酸牛奶的主要条件。在酸牛奶中主要风味物质乙醛含量达到４１．５ｐｐｍ，二乙酰含量为１６；４０ｐｐｍ，柠檬酸为１．２ｐｐｍ，达到以上所测成分，是确定酸牛奶加工工艺及提高品质的关键。     

海南坡鹿血浆纤维蛋白原的测定及其意义

采用饱和氯化纳溶液法，通过分光光度计测定海南坡鹿血浆纤维蛋白原的光密度，计算出它的血浆纤维蛋白原的百分浓度．测定结果，海南坡鹿血浆纤维蛋白原的含量为（４２０±２０）ｍｇ／１００ｍｌ．     

以α－D－GPA为标准参照物测定糖化血清蛋白的方法及其反应机理初探

以α－Ｄ－葡萄糖五乙酸酯（α－Ｄ－ＧＰＡ）作为标准参照物，碱性介质中与硝基四氮唑蓝（ＮＢＴ）进行还原反应，用以测定糖化血清蛋白的含量．经２８２例正常人和６５例糖尿病人临床检验，测其糖化血清蛋白的含量分别为１１．２９±１．４０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，１９．２９±５．４０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ（　±ｓ），两者有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）．另对配制标准物溶液所用溶剂、ＮＢＴ稳定性、反应机理等进行了初步探讨．     

跨界原生质体融合产物细胞遗传物质整合过程中DNA含量变化

报导光合细菌球形红假单胞菌与酿酒酵母跨界原生质体融合的最初产物细胞Ｆ０和Ｆ０ａ在连续９６小时的培养过程中细胞ＤＮＡ含量的变化规律．酵母及光合细菌ＤＮＡ含量分别为（４．２１±０．０４）×１０－８μｇ／ｃｅｌ和（２．４４±０．１２）×１０－８μｇ／ｃｅｌ．Ｆ０培养２４小时ＤＮＡ含量为（１０．５±０．５９）×１０－８μｇ／ｃｅｌ，到培养９６小时为（５．３０±０．４０）×１０－８μｇ／ｃｅｌ，高于任一亲株；而Ｆ０ａ则从（１７．１±０．５９）×１０－８μｇ／ｃｅｌ降低至（９．２７±０．３７）×１０－８μｇ／ｃｅｌ，高于双亲ＤＮＡ含量之和．经统计学ｔ检验，融合产物ＤＮＡ含量与双亲ＤＮＡ含量均存在显著差异ｔ＞ｔ０．０１（１０）．本研究表明原生质体融合初期，遗传物质ＤＮＡ在整合过程中数量逐步降低后可达稳定水平，而其含量高于任一亲株细胞的基本规律．     

高产高蛋白优质紫稻新品系的选育

１９８９￣１９９５年应用系统选育、纯化去杂和加代繁殖等育种方法，培育出紫稻新品系：华黑０１、华黑０２。其稻谷平均产量分别为７３４５．５±４６９．５ｋｇ／ｈｍ＾２，６８２８．０±２７６．０ｋｇ／ｈｍ＾２；稻米蛋白质含量分别为１３．４１±０．３７％、１３．１５±０．５４％。８种必需氨基酸中有５￣６种超过ＦＡＤ／ＷＨＯ建议的理想蛋白质标准。具较好的口感和营养品质。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
