目的:建立蒙药四味土木香散中氧化苦参碱含量测定的HPLC方法.方法:色谱柱为Shim-packCLC-ODS色谱柱(6.0×150mm,5μm);流动相为0.05mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钠溶液-甲醇-高氯酸钠(750:250:20g),流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为215nm;室温.结果:氧化苦参碱在0.200~1.600μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999.平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.4%(n=5).结论:该方法操作简便、准确、专属性好,可以用于测定蒙药四味土木香散中氧化苦参碱的含量.  相似文献

采用薄层色谱法对四数九里香药材中补骨脂素定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法测定补骨脂素含量,建立四数九里香中补骨脂素的定性定量分析方法。色谱柱为大连依力特C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(52∶48),流速1.0ml/min;检测波长246nm。结果表明,TLC斑点清晰,补骨脂素在0.06~0.36μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9992),平均回收率为101.6%,RSD为1.84%(n=6)。该方法准确、可靠,可以作为四数九里香药材的质量标准制定分析方法。  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法测定乌头须根中准格尔乌头胺和宋果灵两种生物碱类化合物的质量比.用Zorbax Extend-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm ODS,5μm)色谱柱,以V(甲醇)∶V(w(三乙胺)=0.1%)=6∶4为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长220nm,柱温25℃.结果表明:在选择的色谱条件下,两种生物碱类成分可实现基线分离,且线性范围宽(0.1~10.0μg),r2=0.999 8;平均加样回收率分别为99.8%和99.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.49%,1.46%(n=6),质量比分别为57.0,110.0μg/g.  相似文献

滇桂艾纳香茎和叶中挥发性化学成分的HS-SPME-GC-MS 分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
 采用固相微萃取法提取中草药滇桂艾纳香茎和叶中挥发性成分,经气相色谱/质谱测定其化学成分和相对含量,共鉴定了98种化学成分,茎和叶中各82种。主要挥发成分及含量为:大叶香烯 D(茎:36.59%;叶:40.87%)、香木兰烯(茎:13.20%;叶:17.00%)、顺 α 没药烯(茎:6.06%;叶:7.48%)、β 荜澄茄油烯(茎:4.83%;叶:5.85%)、γ 依兰油烯(茎:2.18%;叶:2.58%)和1,2,4a,5,6,8a-六氢-4,7-二甲基-1-(1-甲乙基)-萘(茎:2.03%;叶:2.55%),它们都为倍半萜类化合物。本实验中发现滇桂艾纳香茎和叶的中倍半萜类化合物含量分别占挥发性成分含量的91.75%和94.52%。  相似文献

研究土壤镉(Cd)污染(0.5,2.0,5.0,10.0,20.0和40.0mg/kg)下艾纳香生长及体内Cd的积累和分布特征,以初步了解艾纳香耐镉机制.结果表明:经过120d的盆栽试验,0.5mg/kg Cd处理对艾纳香的生长基本无影响,而2~40mg/kg Cd处理则对植株产生危害,其存活率分别为70%,60%,30%,10%和0%.10mg/kg Cd处理对艾纳香叶、根和植株生物量有明显抑制作用.根、茎、嫩叶和衰老叶中Cd的质量分数随着Cd处理质量分数的增加而增加.Cd在艾纳香各器官积累量从大到小顺序为:衰老叶、嫩叶、茎、根;植株地上部富集系数(3.57~9.51)和转移系数(2.12~9.23)随着Cd处理质量分数的增加而降低,但均大于1.根、茎和叶中Cd的亚细胞质量分数从大到小顺序均为:可溶组分、细胞壁、细胞器,且随着Cd处理质量分数的增加而增加.不同器官细胞壁Cd积累相对比例从大到小顺序均为:茎、叶、根,可溶组分、细胞器Cd积累相对比例因受土壤Cd处理质量分数的影响而变得复杂.艾纳香主要通过可溶组分对镉储存实现对Cd胁迫的适应.  相似文献

建立微波萃取-毛细管电泳-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱联用方法,用于分析中草药艾纳香中钙元素的形态.研究表明艾纳香中钙以4种形态存在,以标准钙和加标后迁移时间对游离态的钙进行表征,各形态迁移时间RSD<3%.采用峰面积对艾纳香中各形态钙的含量进行定量,其中游离钙的含量为6.86mg·L-1,钙的加标回收率为97%~102.2%,RSD<5%.  相似文献

采用篮法,以0.1mol/L盐酸为溶出介质,温度37±0.5℃,转速100r/min,取样时间为30min;采用C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以四氢呋喃-水-冰醋酸(25∶75∶0.4)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃,建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定贝那普利、氢氯噻嗪的溶出度。结果表明,氢氯噻嗪和贝那普利的线性范围分别为0.999 2~14.99μg/mL(r=0.999 7)和0.798 4~9.581μg/mL(r=0.999 6),平均回收率分别为99.9%和100.2%。方法简便、准确,专属性强,可有效测定贝那普利氢氯噻嗪片的溶出度。  相似文献

目的:探讨大头艾纳香提取物中总黄酮含量。方法:采用超声波从大头艾纳香中提取总黄酮类物质,对提取的黄酮类物质用分光光度法测定含量。结果:大头艾纳香中总黄酮含量平均值为3.1312%,加标回收率101.2﹪~96.76﹪之间,平均加标回收率达98.59﹪,精密度高(RSD=1.65﹪,n=5)。结论:该法操作简便、快速、数据可靠、精密度高,可用于大头艾纳香提取物中总黄酮含量的测定。  相似文献

建立了太太美容口服液中阿魏酸含量的HPLC测定方法.色谱柱为Shim-PackVP-ODS柱(150mm×4·6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇水冰醋酸(32∶66∶2);流速1mL/min;323nm处进行检测.阿魏酸的线性范围为0·252~5·04μg/mL,r=0·9993,平均回收率为99·9%(n=5),相对标准偏差为1·2%.实验证明该方法简便、快速、准确,适合于太太美容口服液中阿魏酸含量的测定.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
