在成形模具、刀具、轧辊、成形磨削砂轮挤轮及有些另件的成形部份的加工中,常用成形车刀来进行加工。在制造波纹膜片(图一)的成形模时,我们试验应用数字程序控制电火花线切割机床加工成形车刀,以解决成形。车刀的曲线及其后角的加工问题。经用投影放大仪检验冲件的断面,其尺寸符合图纸要求。  相似文献

双相钢已广泛的应用于汽车工业领域,双相钢成型性能是进行工艺制定和模具制造的重要依据。本文以双相钢DP500方形盒件的拉深成型工艺过程为研究对象,基于数值分析,采用正交试验法综合考虑了压边力、板料厚度、摩擦系数和凸凹模间隙因素对拉深成型质量的影响。结果表明,压边力和摩擦条件均对双相钢的拉深性能有重要影响,盒形制件在凹凸模间隙为2.1mm,压边力为30 k N,摩擦系数为0.2,板料厚度为2 mm时获得最佳成形质量,研究结果可提供模具制造和成型控制的有效参考。  相似文献

建立了高温下方盒形件不等温拉深成形的有限元模型.利用正交试验,研究热冲压过程中模具温度对22MnB5钢板的不等温拉深成形能力的影响,并分析零件几何参数对22MnB5钢板的不等温成形能力的影响.结果表明,模具温度越高,22MnB5钢板的成形能力越好;其中凹模温度对成形能力的影响最大,压边圈影响次之,凸模温度影响不大.方盒形件的凸、凹模圆角半径越大,22MnB5钢板在高温下不等温拉深成形能力越好;转角半径越大,转角区域越不易起皱.  相似文献

探讨激光熔覆成形技术直接制造砂型铸造用金属模具的问题.通过分析砂型铸造用金属模具无悬臂结构、有拔模斜度、采用圆弧过渡等结构特点,论证了激光熔覆成形技术适用于这种模具的制造,能降低模具制造成本、缩短工期;提出了在应用中进一步轻量化、低耗化的对策,并指出随着激光熔覆成形技术的发展,砂型铸造金属模具的轻量化、低耗化将逐步实现.  相似文献

为获得高质量的汽车覆盖件金属模具 ,提出了基于快速成形 (RP-Rapid Prototyping)技术的快速金属模具制造技术。分析了 RP技术的离散 /堆积成形原理 ,给出了采用RP技术制造非金属原型的工艺过程 ,介绍了基于并行处理技术的超大型 L OM-160 0快速成形系统。该系统采用非线性有限元对凝固过程中铸件的尺寸精度进行数值模拟 ,通过动态信息反馈优化原型尺寸 ,详细介绍了无焙烧陶瓷型精密铸造技术的工艺及机理。基于 RP技术的汽车覆盖件金属模具制造系统是一种全新的闭环控制模具设计与制造系统 ,经实际生产验证 ,取得良好的效果  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
